The views were breathtaking. The house was beautifully presented.

A few maintenance snags, eg outside lights tripping.

no curtains in the main bedroom , especially in summer light at 5am..next doors neighbor's spot light .shinning at night into main bedroom

The house is exquisite and has everything in it. All rooms were en-suite and the furniture was amazing. The house felt safe and is situated in an exclusive Estate with breathtaking views.

Too many rules. The furniture and appliances are mainly made of glass, so we were extra careful with everything we touched. We were expected to pay extra for cleaning and it did not come as part of the package. Too many papers to sign, which are expected to be handed in within 24 hours. We were generally always mindful because of all the things we were told about the Estate and its rules.

Maintenance on the house. It was raining and leaked in the house, Main bedroom, which forced us to move to another room

The property is situated on a small cliff overlooking the ocean. The luxury 4-bedroom villa is ideal for a family seeking only the best.

The views of the coastline and bay are outstanding. We could see pods of dolphins and a whale or two. The house is very comfortable and beautifully furnished. Madel was a gracious host, always available. When we had a problem with the DSTV, she attended to it immediately, excellent service from her.
