Everything is as pictured. The bed sleeps comfortably. The view is amazing. We were here for New Years Eve and we were able to see the fireworks!

I booked for a week here and it was wonderful from the minute I got there! Great neighborhood and Checkin was so easy , and the property is so luxe. The pool was perfect temp and huge. Never too crowded . Had dinner at Ciprianis which was delicious. I slept well there too. I would definitely stay again!

Great place in the heart of it all! Walking distance to the mall and many good restaurants! You get condo for a better deal than a hotel!

Upon arrival to the property, the hostess attempted to sound surprised as if she couldn’t have warned us of what lie ahead. I’m conversation she admitted that she had learned of the nightmare situation prior to our arrival. We rented this property for the beautiful view, balcony and the pool, as my husband is a triathlete. We were not able to enjoy any of that. When the hostess took us up to our room, she said you can enjoy the room, just don’t go outside and definitely don’t look at the pool area. Why? That’s the whole reason we are here. Someone had jumped from the balcony by ours. The body was literally right under our balcony 7 floors down. She assured us it was cleaned up… no we went outside and saw the poor remains of the person sticking out of a sheet. The body was as there along with investigators, police, etc… all evening. Then we were able to spend our whole morning with people in hazmat suits scrubbing the remains of the person off of the pool deck. After telling her how traumatic this whole experience was and how it did not seem right that we should pay full price for this horrifying stay, she ghosted us. This was the absolute worse experience and I hate that this was my husband’s surprise birthday trip. I don’t believe this was handled appropriately.

It was a beautiful apartment with a beautiful view! I wish we had gotten there earlier to enjoy it longer.

Had to go to Miami for work on Valentines Day, very glad we chose to stay here.

Best place yet, enjoyed every minute of my view and location. Most definitely will be back in the MIA.

The condition and cleanliness of the unit was very poor. There were holes in the walls, there was a picture missing from a hook on the wall, there was a lot of dust and debris on items, there were stains on almost all furniture, there was a yellow stain on the bed sheets, and there were scuffs, marks and chipping paint on all walls. I was pretty bummed out with the condition of the place and it was not as represented in the photos. The hosts and Miami Vacation Rentals gave me a refund for the cleaning fee and offered me a refund for the nights I didn’t stay only if I left immediately without another place to stay. This would have left me with several hundred dollars of vrbo and other fees that would not have been refunded. The hosts wasted a ton of my time dealing with these issues. I don’t recommend renting from them unfortunately.

The property was in a great location, checking in was easy. There are plenty of restaurants and shops in walking distance. The view was EXCELLENT from the 22nd floor. I would definitely rent this property when I return back to Miami.
