We were very happy with our stay. The unit was very well-appointed and very clean. We were across the street from the beach and within walking distance to Carlsbad Village and all its offerings. We wished we could have stayed longer!

We really enjoyed our stay very to everything beach, restaurant having a parking space is a plus.

We come to Carlsbad every summer, and we’ve stayed in many different homes. We keep coming back to Sean and Lily’s because it’s just the best. Newer, clean, well-stocked, great location a couple of blocks from the beach. This is just the best place to stay!

No complaints and will definitely be coming back. Close to the village area and walking distance to everything wanted!!

Enjoyed the umbrellas, boogie boards, and beach chairs provided. Didn’t need to pack much. Property was clean with all the comforts of home. Wish we could’ve stayed longer.

Love the second story private balcony. Bedrooms were large with 2 ling beds and one room with twin beds. Laundry room easily accessible. Close to the beach and Carlsbad Blvd. Parking was tight. Glad we brought the car, don't think we could have gotten the truck to the spot. Great open kitchen, dining, living space. TVs in Kong bedrooms with direct TV. Didn't use the TV in the living room. Beacj wagon was great. Chairs pretty worn but they did the job. Highly recommend.

Booking was easy ,communication was excellent, checking in was as easy as 123. Luv it.

My siblings and I had a great stay at this location. The place was well equipt and the location was perfect for walking everywhere. Dini's restaurant right on the corner was our favorite eats. When I booked I was confused as I had set my search to "homes". There were no pictures of the place from the street. So, I was a little surprised that it is an apartment. But it is big, well furnished and has a nice patio that we used a lot. So, I was not disappointed. I would book this location again.

Definitely found our “place” in Carlsbad! We stayed in the 3-bed unit as a family of 5 (husband and myself, and kids aged 7, 5, and 2). The condo is half a block to the beach, and a 5-10 minute walk to Carlsbad Village Avenue and many shops and restaurants. We were instantly impressed when we arrived, as were the friends we were visiting. There is a very comfortable sectional and large TV to watch, plenty of seating around a large table plus 4 stools at the peninsula. The kitchen was well-equipped with ample dishware, silverware, and all the cookware needed to even cook an Easter dinner! The unit was supplied with dish soap, sponges, and pods for the dishwasher. The 3 bedrooms each had very comfortable beds (I mean VERY comfortable!), ample, fluffy pillows, and appropriate bedding (still chilly at night, so the extra blanket and comforter were much appreciated). The 2 bathrooms each had good space and amenities, including plenty of towels (extras in the hall closet), toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The shower heads were a little strong, but it was fine. The complex has 2 sets of shared washer and dryer, for which I bought my own detergent and dryer sheets, and rarely did I have a situation where we had to wait to use them. There was some detergent there, but we preferred to get our own, and could tell others used it as well (I don’t mind sharing! I certainly wasn’t going to bring it home!). There were plenty of beach towels, but since it was still a bit too cold for the beach, we didn’t utilize anything else. There was covered parking for 1 vehicle, but the driveway and parking spaces were a little tight for our van, but better than finding parking on the street! Only “complaint” I have is that it was a little musty in the back by the bathrooms, causing the master closet to be musty, and we constantly had to leave windows and doors open to circulate the air. I had requested a pack n play, which was in the master closet, but when I opened it up, it smelled so musty I chose to not use it. Also, I would suggest having a broom, Swiffer, or small sweeper/vacuum to do some tidying. Being a beach town, it is difficult to avoid bringing in sand, as well I often like to clean up any messes since I have 3 small children, and had to resort to wiping up much of the floors by hand. Otherwise was an amazing place, and I would definitely stay here again!

Great location, fabulous restaurants, friendliest people around !

This property was clean and very comfortable. It's within walking distance to just about everywhere you'd need to go and the fire pit was wonderful. There is A/C, but only in the bedrooms, but if you keep all the room doors open, it cools down the living area. Other than the master bath in serious need of a new shower head, this was a great place to stay. We will definitely be going back.

The location is great, walking distance to the beach and a few restaurants. The condo was clean, comfortable and with all amenities. The parking was a challenge. For a three-bedroom place and four adults, we had four cars, and one parking space. It also was noisy. There were loud neighbors from surrounding buildings, motorcycles, etc Other than that, it was a nice stay.

Beach across the street and great food and drink just minutes away.

My wife and I have booked family trips in Carlsbad for the past 5 years at 4 different locations. Carlsbad is the only place our teenagers want to vacation and THIS IS BY FAR THE BEST! It's near the beach (walk back to the room if you need supplies and a clean bathroom) and walking distance to restaurants. Plus: parking, beach chairs, umbrellas, wagons, coolers, full kitchen, barbeques, laundry.... We schedule a family trip in July and my wife books the girls' trip in September. This is the place we stay and this is where we'll stay in the future. Thanks for the memories.

This was a great property just 1 block up from the beach. There is a great little restaurant right at the corner that we ate with our family and it was wonderful. The proximity to the ocean was easy to walk back and forth for our young kids to come back to take naps etc. Great BBQ area and firepit that was a shared area for the complex but was quite and wonderful for our stay. Everything was clean and easy to find. Parking is a little tight if you have a larger vehicle (we had a full size suburban) if you want to use their parking spots in back but there was also usually plenty of street parking as needed too. We were able to park the suburban in the assigned spot it was just a little tight navigating in and out. Overall was a fantastic property and we would stay there again!

We appreciated this location since we could walk to the beach and into downtown Carlsbad. The bathrooms were small and the parking was tight. We were glad to have the bedroom space that we needed. Thanks for letting us stay!

Walking distance to everything! Well stocked kitchen. Great patio and courtyard with fire pit and a couple BBQs and plenty of seating. Cornhole games too. Bathrooms are small but they do the job. Very clean and beds are comfy!!

The accommodations were comfortable and the location to restaurants and shopping was perfect for us.

Clean and well kept. would stay there again.

Would definitely rent again

Our 3-generation family of six had a delightful time. The kitchen was full-service and friendly. Even though it’s October, we needed a hit of A/C in the bedrooms at night, and the wall units efficiently took care of that. The beach was a relatively short walk away. We appreciated the beach toys, beach towels, wagon, boogie boards. The common area was great for Sunday lunch and kid play. We hope to return!

My family of 4 adults and 2 children enjoyed our stay at Shaun and Lisa’s condo in Carlsbad. There was a wagon with beach chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards at our disposal , along with beach towels. All this made our excursions to the beach more delightful. Everything was in walkable distance ( beach, shopping, and restaurants. The Condo was very clean and beds were very comfortable. Nothing like a comfy bed and the ocean breeze to help you rest! The owners were easy to reach. It was a great stay for us and we hope to go back again

The property was a great place to stay.

The apartment has a great location, and it is large and comfortable. We walked to coffee, shops and restaurants, as well as the beach over New Years holiday. The kitchen is very well stocked, way better than average, and the courtyard is a nice feature. The owners are quite responsive. Overall a fine stay. Our only issue was that it is on the second floor which made it a bit difficult for my elderly aunt to come to dinner.

The location of this unit is wonderful--we walked to everything in the village and at the beach. The unit itself is clean and well kept up. We were impressed with the kitchen and how well equipped it is. Lily was helpful and the entire week was a pleasure. We hope to return in the future.
