Everything about our trip was amazing. Neomi was an incredible host and all the staff were wonderful and so friendly and helpful. The location was fantastic with the beach (which was beautiful) on your doorstep and an array of restaurants in walking distance. My children loved the pool and the setting was beautiful. The property itself was stunning and very stylish. We are already looking forward to visiting again.

absolutely beautiful villa! It was perfect for us, you cannot beat the proximity to the beach, and the added bonus of a lovely pool. The hosts Pietro and Naomi were so lovely and helpful, we cannot thank them enough for a wonderful stay. Even our children were sad to leave as they loved it so much! We hope to be back soon!

Our host Noemi was amazing! Perfect location (we are beach bums), outdoor area and pool was beautiful, photos didn’t do this place justice.

No breakfast included, however there was a breakfast option which we took up and though pricey it was lovely to do once.

Good size room in a nice building with a very good location. Bathroom facilities were excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Villa Olimpia was stunning! We paid to park at the property on arrival and the rooms were well appointed with air conditioning, bottled water and comfortable and stylish furnishings. We liked being close to the beach, the bus stop and the harbor with all the restaurants. The extra fee for breakfast was worth it! Breakfast was delightful!

Too hot, AC not working well, very narrow steps and low ceilings to get all the way up to the room, very hard with luggage, no help, felt very much like staying at someone’s house, home is very nice, deck also was nice, was able to park on property

The Villa is absolutely gorgeous, so clean, so homely. The host is great, so friendly and helpful. The beach is on the doorstep. The breakfast is 100% worth it, one of the best breakfasts we had all of our holiday. Had such a great stay.

Although there was only us and another couple staying in the villa, the pool became very busy in the day with children so we couldn’t really enjoy it as much as we would have liked.

Location was great, right across from the beach. Well appointed rooms and amazing staff. Great place to go with children given the swimming pool.

it was a quiet oasis in the middle of a busy beach town. After four four flights and 20 hours of travel time, it was a short drive from the airport and easy transition. Noemi, her family and staff couldn’t have been more accommodating. We were able to rest in the afternoon, relax by the pool and have a fantastic dinner that evening….. all without having to leave this beautiful B&B.

Would be nice to have a small microwave in hallway on second floor for guests to share and possibly a small refrigerator if one can not be added to the rooms.

Perfect location just on the front of the beach, room was clean and big .... owner was really helpful...if we will back to Mondello we will definitely stay again in Villa Olimpia

Fantastic view from the room terrace, spacious room and bathroom (junior suite - best room), which was with walk-in shower. Terrace is shared but separated from other rooms, - so one has own private space. Very nice and helpful hosts, - all request were helped with immediately. Excellent in-house dining. Very convenient airport pick up service. Highly recommended! Very good value for money 🙂

There was a building site next door, - not under control of the hosts. Sound insulation is not perfect- depends what one is used to... was not a problem for us but might be for some.

Amazing place for family holiday! Noemi, Piero, Toto and Matteo made us feel like a part of their family. Spacious villa with beautiful view and easy access to all amenities and beach just across the road. My youngest son enjoyed pool which is suitable for kids as well as adults. Homemade dinner was the best meal we had in Sicily. Highly recommending for holiday stay. Definitely planning to return next year!

Absolutely outstanding stay. Noemi and all the staff were so friendly helpful and accommodating. The location is ideal directly across from the beach and walking distance to the beach front bars and restaurants. The villa itself was spacious, relaxed and felt very luxurious. The breakfast option was delicious and very convenient, with lovely atmosphere sitting by the pool. Noemi especially was so helpful and kind, giving recommendations for lunch/dinner and even offering to request reservations for us. Check in and check out were straight forward and hassle free. Would recommend to anyone and will definitely stay again!

Amazing location with wonderful hosts! Absolutely beautiful villa within walking distance to just about everything you need. We definitely wished we could have stayed longer and enjoyed more of the villa's amenities and the area.

My stay at Villa Olimpia was exceptional. From the booking and airport transfers to other special requests, Noemi, Piero and their team made my time in Mondello effortless and enjoyable. I was made to feel so welcome and greeted each morning with breakfast and a smile to put me on the right course for the day. The villa itself is clean, spacious and comfortable with contemporary style in a location perfect for beach activities and central to great dining to the south and in the old town centre to the north. Thanks guys for your warm hospitality - it was a highlight of my trip.

Everything met or was above expectations. Next time I will book earlier to get a room with a view though.
