Friends wanted a trip to the Pacific, so a quick trip down. This cute retro cottage was perfect. Kid-friendly, easily walk to the beach and comfortable. Highly recommended for a small group.

We just spent the best week in Seaside! The location is walking distance to the beach where we had a great time building bonfires and roasting hot dogs and s'mores and making memories with our kids. There were lots of towels and beach chairs which we greatly appreciated. The space may sound small, but our family of 6 loved the time spent together and the layout was very family friendly. The sun porch is a fabulous spot to play games and enjoy breakfast in the mornings. We drove 12 hours to get to Seaside and loved the ease of checking in by door code and not having to worry about meeting the host to get the keys, etc. Thank you!

What a perfect stay for us. The price point was great for us and for how close you are to the beach, you can't go wrong. The home and furnishings are a little dated, but I like to call that "character." It kept us cozy throughout the many nights we rested there and had all the amenities we could have thought of. Honestly everything we needed in the house. Yard is dog freindly. Beach is very close. Property owners were more than accommodating for check in and check out. Kids were happy with all the stuff at the house. More than enough to do.

This was a great little place for my husband and our pups! Had everything we needed for visiting family for the holidays. They even had dog toys, even though are guys were not interested, it was a nice gesture. Bed was super comfy, couch was comfy, fenced yard was a plus for our furbabies. Location was amazing, easy walk to the beach! Check in was easy and the auto lock doors made us feel safe i. A unknown town. We would come back to this house for sure.

This vacation was very much needed and it was just what we had hoped for. Real cute comfortable beach house. The beach is a walk away uphill. If you're not able to walk up hills, there is a parking lot for the beach. The weather couldn't have been nicer. I would definitely rent this house again. Also, our dog loved the fenced yard. He wasn't stuck inside or on a leash.

Close to the Prom and within walking distance on the main strip in Seaside. Ms Pac-Man Game was just like the arcade and a nice touch. Well stocked. Great ocean cabin.

We had Ana amazing time staying at this property! So close to the beach, the entire house was charming and cozy. We brought our lab with us and it was so easy to be outside with him in the fully fenced yard. The neighborhood was quiet but also an easy walk downtown on the prom. I’ll definitely be back!

The place is as described. I expected some shabbiness just from the price, and it is shabby and in need of repairs (creaky wobbly floors, old fixtures, evidence of lots of DIY). It is well appointed though, and my kid loved the arcade machine and the yard. Beds are moderately comfortable, on the hard side. We brought our own pillows and were glad we did. The code we were sent did not work when we arrived, and had to call the manager. Phone reception with him was awful, but we eventually figured it out. Doors eventually did open with the code after some time. The bathroom mat was sopping wet when we arrived, and mildewy smelling, but we laundered it and the washer and dryer worked fine.
The neighborhood was quiet, super close to the beach (less than a block away) and excellent access to Broadway street via a sweet walk on the promenade. Also within walking distance is the aquarium which was great fun. I would say the location is what makes this place, so if you don't mind a little bit of a "grandma's creaky house" vibe, it's a great stay for a small family.

Darren is a truly gracious host who helped me with a computer problem when the issue was obviously my computer and not the internet connection. His response was prompt and kind, and the sweet maintenance man even stopped by to check and see if he could help. BTW, the connection speed does support zoom meetings. I'm looking forward to coming back!

We loved our short stay in the house! It was so comfortable and quiet, everything was clean, the booking and check-in process was the easiest I have experienced! Darren is so responsive and helpful! We loved the fireplace and extra blankets. It was just a short walk to the beach along a quiet street. The yard was perfect for our dog. Would definitely stay again!

We loved our stay at the house, this was my first time to Seaside and I’m so glad we stayed here. This is an older house which we love and found incredibly charming, the enclosed porch is such a great feature! The house is very close to the promenade and walkable beach entrance. The host Darren is incredibly responsive and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again.

Brought some family to celebrate my sister's birthday. Drove out from Montana to come to the beach. House very nice did think it was 3 bdrm but we made it work. All in all had a great time. We left some icecream in freezer you can have. Couldn't take it with us

This quaint cottage offers close proximity to the beach (1 block) and walking distance to all the Seaside attractions downtown. The bright kitchen and sunporch made it a happy place. Of course the PacMan video game was a huge hit with visiting grandkids.

One block from beach and clean interior and exterior. Great amenities, including a great dog dish and kite! Supplies in kitchen were sufficient and check in process was super easy. Property manager and landscape maintenance personnel were also kind and checked in with us. Kids enjoyed the location and amenities too!

Great Seaside Getaway!
This is a wonderful Seaside property that's a 10-minute walk to the Seaside Promenade. We enjoyed the property inside out, especially the separate screened porch so that teens and adults could have separate spaces for games or visiting. Highly recommended!

Perfect
Seaside has been our family getaway spot for many decades. We used to own a place off the south prom. LOVE the quieter north end. This little house is bright, cheery and we'll equipped. Ignore the photo of the basketball hoop in the listing. It's not there. Otherwise it's exactly as advertising and every surprise is a good one.

All of us loved the house. It was the perfect location very close to the beach. The fenced in yard was an extra bonus. We didn’t have to worry about the dog getting out. We definitely will be back. Thank you Darrin
