Stayed on our arrival - close to the airport. Well stocked and had everything we needed. Parking was a bit challenging but otherwise a good place to stay

Me and my mom really loved this newly renovated place, and it is in a quiet neighborhood, perfect place to stay for the weekend.

This home is comfortable and affordable. The owner responded very quickly to a couple of questions/concerns.
It was a great location for us visiting with family and doing a little sight-seeing. The whole place was clean overall, but the main bathroom could use a full deep cleaning.

Great place to stay at an affordable price. The host was very helpful and left us ideas for eating places. Clean space, every needful thing provided (and then some). Quiet, pleasant neighborhood, not far from airport and good shopping facilities. Some travel guide/tourist books right in the apartment. Good internet. Only thing we had some trouble with was the front sidewalk, which needs some repairs. (Probably wouldn't have been a problem except that we had some mobility problems.) Certainly would recommend staying there and would stay again if we ever have the opportunity to go back to Alaska.

It is centrally located, nice decor and furnishings, old kitchen cookware, needs attention to cleaning details(mildew on shower curtain, carpet leaving dirt on socks, dust on walls and fixtures).

This place worked well for our family. With two bedrooms, we each had private space compared to a hotel. And with the full bath - and second half bath - it also allowed us feel less rushed when getting ready. Read the travel directions, and look at the map, closely, as it is otherwise difficult to find. Thanks again!

Cozy apartment perfect for 2 couples. Bathrooms updated, newer kitchen appliances and kitchen well stocked including condiments and comfy furniture. Washer/ dryer with detergent were a welcome addition for our post cruise stay! We'd recommend for an affordable comfy stay while in Anchorage.
Finding the unit was tricky 1st time and the scent of cleaning product over strong upon arrival but we were able to air it out. Overall a pleasant stay.

I came in for a three week work trip and absolutely loved the property. The kitchen was well stocked and the bed was very comfortable. I would definitely recommend and come back again!

This was a great choice for our busy weekend. Nice hub for our chosen activities. Owner gave great directions and instructions. Great amenities. Quiet and cosy. Easy distance from anything you want do in the area.
The only problem we had was that the Smart TV in the downstairs needs some kind of update. Gives a constant interupting message that it is short of storage and that some apps should be deleted.

This unit is nice. They have everything. The location was a bit tough to find, but we made our way. The parking is close to the front door, but not designated. We didn't have any problems with parking. Easy check in and out.

I enjoyed my stay & will definitely revisit if the property is available. I noticed part of the decorum pictured on the web was not on the wall, and the owner brought it just for me to see!

This is our second time staying at this property and as the last time we enjoyed our stay. We had no problems checking in/out, the unit was clean, had everything we needed from bathroom supplies to laundry supplies. The location was convenient. Scott was very helpful and responded very quickly. I'm sure our next long trip to Anchorage we will be booking in the future.

The property fit my needs perfectly. It was close to downtown which is where I needed to be. Finding the apartment was a bit challenging as I did not know it was a 4 plex & our apartment was in the back.
I was impressed by the cleanliness. The kitchen was spotless. Even the refrigerator.
All & all it was perfect for my needs at the time & the host was great.

This apartment is very cosy and nicely decorated and furnished by owner. Communications were easy. Location was excellent. Most of the needed utensils and kitchen necessities were available. Owner was gracious enough to let us check in early to coordinate with our flight arrival. We would definitely stay there again if we visited Anchorage

My only problem with this place was that I am older and have back problems and the beds were not supportive, so I had trouble sleeping here but otherwise place was well equipped for travelers and was peaceful

Nice spot with a garage. Smart TV's with Fire TV and multiple subscriptions, which was nice. Two bathrooms, and that was GREAT, considering our five-person family.
Only drawback was that the ground floor was cold. In the process of warming it up, the upstairs floor got very hot and moist.
That being said, the quietness and safety of the neighborhood is well worth the reservation.

We stayed in the Polarbear Den for two nights while we stayed in Anchorage. It was very clean, very comfortable and the owner was polite and easy to get a hold of. We will definitely stay here again, if we come back!

Cozy two bedroom home. Everything was clean and the kitchen had a few snacks for munching. Close to the airport and an easy 1 mile walk to Fred Meyer for food. We enjoyed our stay!

Let’s be honest
The location was very convenient and we were able to accomplish what we needed to do in a short period. We appreciate the accommodations but we did have some concerns. Some safety concerns were the entrance area which was uneven, the stairs to the upstairs area was steep and the railings felt like they needed to be fastened down more. Some issues on cleanliness: we did find some hair in the sink and on the bedsheets, also some unknown stains on the powder room door. Drainage for the shower and bathroom sinks were very slow. Regulating the shower temperature was very tricky. Also the vent to the guest room was inconsistent since one day felt cold and the next was very warm.

Good location and reasonable price
Check in and out was easy. Location is nice and seemed safe. Property manager is nice and easy to get a hold of. I stayed with my son and our two friends and we had plenty of room. I would definitely stay again.

Townhome was clean, comfortable and well equipped. Enjoyed the decorations. Good communications from host. Sidewalk and stairs leading into home are in need of replacement/repair.
