Usted es recibido por un gran porche delantero con un columpio y muchos muebles de patio, árboles maduros y hermosos paisajes. Dormitorio principal en el primer piso con baño completo en suite y amplio vestidor. Sala de estar y cocina con comedor. Arriba tiene tres dormitorios y un baño completo. Mudroom en la parte trasera de la casa que conduce a un bonito patio perfecto para el agujero de maíz y para disfrutar de la hoguera de propano. Casa bien equipada con nueva decoración y amplio estacionamiento. Una joya de encontrar en Boyne City propiamente dicha.

The house was perfect for our group of 11 (8 adults,2 kids and a baby). The living room and kitchen are even better than the pictures. We found the beds to be very comfortable too. We’d definitely stay here again!

Great place, super easy to check in and check out. Very clean, and comfortable. I miss it already. Plenty of room for the three kids upstairs, and my wife and I in the master bedroom. Brought our little dog (Cavalier King Charles Spaniel) and he liked it as well.
Boyne is a beautiful town. We loved Cafe Sante and the grassy waterfront parks. But also nice to be within 30 minutes of Charlevoix and Petoskey/Harbor Springs. Petoskey State Park has a wonderful beach.
The place is on the upper end of our price range but we found it worth the splurge. We would come back and just might.

Great rental
The house was comfortable, clean and in a good location. Had a few issues and the property management company came out promptly and they were very pleasant. This is our third year renting in Boyne City and this house was the best! Sadly, we won’t be returning to BC due to a transfer to Texas but if we were, this would be the house for us!

Great house but....
The house was great... very nice, but three of our cars were towed Friday night off the street. There are no signs of any kind on the street. We were told by the police that it’s “just known” that you can’t park on the street. There was no warning communication from the owner on the street/parking rules.
