-Room was really big and spacious, clean & comfy beds. I slept well during my stay. -staff in person helpful and friendly when needing things such as extra water in the room. -Decent location to be able to walk to markets, restaurants or the beach.

I first off have to start with an issue I had even before staying here. I tried to cancel my booking well over a month in advance due to an unfortunate family circumstance, and they were not helpful, accommodating or sympathetic to my situation at all. It was straight up no ability to cancel, no refund, no option to change dates, nothing to help me at all. I found it very stressful and not helpful at all. After contacting booking.com I managed to at least change the dates of my booking, after alot of emails & calls, so I was able to use my stay at a different time, but it was not easy to get them to even change the dates for me. The stay; -Toilet in my room did not flush properly. -Breakfast was okay, a small buffet selection of bread, boiled eggs, cheeses and meats etc. -rooftop pool snd seating area is nice however very cold (at the time i went, November) and Pigeons often going in/drinking out of it which put me off going in it again. -Room amenities could be better, such a mugs, spoons, sugar and maybe some mini milks to make drinks. My room only had a kettle and some Teabags.

Das Personal an der Rezeption war ausgesprochen freundlich. Hafen fußläufig erreichbar. Parken kostenfrei vor der Tür. Kostenloser Shuttle zum Beach club. Frühstück auf der Dachterrasse.

Lokatie moeilijk te vinden, overal bouwmaterialen, douchen betekent alles nat in de badkamer, ontbijt wat een chaos is en heel lang wachten op die ene lift met je bagage.

La piscine, bien que la propreté laisse à désirer. Eau aromatisée au citron à l’accueil, quand ce n’est pas vide.

Hormis un cafouillage de chambre à l’arrivée, qui a été réglé (mauvaise chambre donnée ne correspondant pas à la réservation) j’ai du mal à comprendre les commentaires précédents. Quartier assez délabré et hôtel assez loin du centre touristique, donnant sur la route et donc très bruyant. Douche sans paroi et avec l’eau qui sort d’un pommeau du plafond = inondation de la sdb. Pas de tapis de bain, pas de gel douche ni en mini format ni dans les distributeurs prévus à cet effet, uniquement du shampoing et pas d’eau à disposition dans les chambres. Saleté de manière générale, VMC pleine de poussière et moissisure dans la douche. Espace piscine assez sale, surtout les sanitaires commun, déjections de pigeons au bord de la piscine, manque d’ombre et pas de personnel au bar/café. Petit déjeuner décevant.

Early check-in appreciated. Good value, convenient location and free parking. Friendly staff. Lock on door broken but quickly fixed.

Breakfast was poor. Ran out of bread and flies everywhere due to buffet being outside. Nothing was replenished quickly, if at all, and no service on the rooftop after breakfast.

Wonderful place to stay at the Dead Sea!
