Beautiful1-Bedroom Condo, 1 Block to Beach
Construido en 2019, Harborview es el edificio de condominios más nuevo de Hampton Beach. Harborview está ubicado en 180 Ashworth Avenue y está a un corto paseo de todas las atracciones del paseo marítimo y a 5 minutos a pie de la arena. La unidad 104 tiene muebles nuevos y todas las comodidades que necesitas para una gran semana en Hampton Beach. Just what was needed for a relaxing weekend. Security was perfect and parking was safe. Appliances and AC all in working order. Would absolutely recommend!

My husband and I had an awesome stay. The place is very well kept and very spacious.
Wish there was a few more kitchen items, such as baking sheets but we made do. Also wish there was a grill on site but not a huge deal breaker.
The host was great at getting back to us if we had any questions too.
Overall we would definitely stay here again.

Rich was wonderful to work with - the property is exactly as described. Perfect location to walk downtown and plenty of restaurants in the area for food. The entire building is well maintained and clean.

This place was absolutely wonderful top to bottom! The beds couches, furnishings and little details that were in place made it a fantastic stay. He has everything one might need and I would absolutely love to be contacted about how he gets that wonderful water pressure in the shower. It’s a stones throw from the beach and one of the best accommodations I have stayed in. 100/10!!

Condo was exactly as advertised and exceptionally clean. When there were any questions, Rich was just a text or email away and always replied super quickly. Would highly recommend this location to anyone lucky enough to visit the area!!

Great location- 1 block from beach but still quiet and private. Comfortable bed. Amenities were a bit sparse and needed restocking. 2 single women need wine glasses and ice.

Linens are there, laundry in unit, every convenience and for Hampton remarkably quiet. Highly recommend, great experience with the rental.

Rich was a great host and his property was as advertised. We had a great stay, really beautiful place. It was close to the beach and shops. We spend a lot of time in the condo due to it raining a lot during our stay, and it felt very homey.
