Este espacioso y confortable casa fue construida en la familia, y es propiedad de una familia. Esta casa es favorable a los niños. This is just a great, comfortable house and I can say that as a repeat guest! One of the best stocked kitchens of any rental I've ever booked. We hardly ever leave the house. Can't wait for next summer!

Cottage was the cutest cleanest cottage. Our family of six completely enjoyed ourselves. We love being able to walk to the beach every day and some great restaurants right around the corner. Fantastic host! We would definitely come back.

My kids and I enjoyed being able to walk to multiple restaurants/other options and to several beaches. We were also well placed to drive to any of the other Dennis beaches or attractions.
Having Central AC, a washer/dryer and outdoor shower was invaluable for keeping up with the kids during our stay.
We had a beautiful week of weather, but the house is well equipped with games and other distractions if you have a rainy week.

This is such a wonderful rental! Perfect for our small family. Linda was an incredible communicator and we worked as a team on our week. The beds are very comfortable and the cottage is outfitted with all the things you need. The outdoor space behind is sweet and cozy, and there is a shed with some toys and Beach gear for the family. Highly recommend it!

Great place to stay in Dennisport
The photos do not do this cottage justice - it is much nicer than we expected! Great location, nice size, very clean and comfortable, has everything for your stay - hot beach day or rain. Wi-fi is very strong and reliable. Linda is a great host! Hope to come back next year!

Charming Cottage
Hi Linda,
I wanted to say thank you for letting us stay at grandmas beach house. It was so cozy and had just the right amount of charm! We had a wonderful time, and made some amazing memories. My husband watered all the flowers everyday(he can’t sit still). We hated that our vacation had to end! We did clean the house as best we could before we left and hope the cleaning staff did not have much to do (it is a habit of ours and we all work in nursing, sanitizing is our specialty lately!!!) once again I thank you so much for letting our family make amazing memories at your place!

A much needed escape
We had an amazing time getting away at the end of the summer! A nice location for walks to the beach at any time of day- we loved looking at stars from the beach. We had everything we needed and loved morning coffee on the deck and the outdoor shower!

Great place!
This was a sweet, cozy beach house with everything we needed to be comfortable on our vacation. Very clean, quiet neighborhood, within walking distance of a number of places. One really thoughtful touch was a gift bag filled with genuine Cape Cod goodies. I would definitely rent this house again.

My daughter and my grandchildren truly enjoyed sharing this cottage with me for the week. We loved the ceiling fans at night for a comfy sleep and the ac's on those muggy days to come home to.The backyard and deck allowed us to play all kind of games to keep the kids entertained when hanging out at the cottage.Such a nice quiet street and neighborhood! The beach was within walking distance which saved on parking fee.Hot Dog stand and Joey's pizza also a hit with everyone. I would recommend this cottage to a family for sure!

Clean, cozy with all the comforts of home!
This cottage was the perfect Summer vacation spot for our family. The house was clean and decorated very nicely. We ate out on the deck almost every night, and our kids liked relaxing in the spacious back yard. The outdoor shower was great and the best part about the house was the location! A quick walk to several restaurants, and walkable to the beach! Dennisport is one of the best little towns on the Cape and this little cottage was in the center of it all. We would definitely return!

It worked for us!
We have been vacationing on the Cape for a number of years. This was the first time we needed a 3 bedroom house. Grammy's Beach House was very accommodating in that way. The curb appeal did need some work. It looked like the grass was not cut for some time. One of the things a house has to have for us is an outdoor shower. This one was quite primitive! We were a little taken back but just 2 of us were brave enough to use it. All in all, the location was good, quiet neighborhood, easy to get around & we would stay there again.

Grammy's Beach House was great!
We wanted to explore many areas of the Cape so staying in this central area worked out very well for us. There was plenty of room for our family of 5 which included our 2 adult children and one teenager. They enjoyed being able to walk to the store and 2 restaurants. They loved The Dog House! Glendon Road Beach was a quick 10 minute walk from the rental. The shed was filled with beach stuff and was handy for storing the 2 bikes we brought with us. The kitchen had everything we needed, and we enjoyed the back porch. We felt comfortable at Grammy's Beach House and the owner was very nice to work with. Thank you for helping to contribute to a great Cape Cod vacation!

Very nice
I would like to thank you for the cottage. We had a wonderful week and had a lot of pleasure discovering your world. The kids were so excited about the beach. My 17 month old son had a great time running in the cottage and in the backyard. Your cottage is clean and very pleasant to look at.
It was exactly how you describe it on the Internet. Do not be surprised if you received email from people in Québec about you cottage, because we will talk about it to our friends.

Pennsylvanians enjoy the Cape
My husband and I had a great time at this house. It is convenient for side trips to towns on the Cape and only a short distance to get to the bike trail. There are casual eateries within walking distance and other restaurants only a short drive away. If you don't mind a short bike ride or 4 block walk to the beach you can enjoy the ocean and not pay to park. The house itself was very clean and ready with plate, cups, etc...which we didn't use much as we dined out most evenings! The neighborhood was very quiet .The yard would work great if you had kids.We enjoyed sitting out on the new back porch. Thanks for sharing your home.
