Very good location for walking into Salcombe, North Sands beach and exploring the area. Well equipped, nice kitchen, washing machine, dryer and good central heating.

The bed mattress is old and lumpy, very uncomfortable. The outside of the windows were very dirty, plants growing in the gutters, the garden was completely overgrown, you can only just walk up the path next to the hedge. The outside needs some TLC and the inside is looking end of season tired. Nice to have parking but it’s a very small grass verge, just enough for a micro sized car, not nice that it’s used as a dog toilet too.

The cottage was comfortable and cozy.

The mattresses on all beds are old and worn requiring renewal. The bed frames are loose and squeaking and need adjustment/tightening.

HAVING TO PICKUP AND RETURN KEYS TO OFFICE

Breakfast was not provided we were self catering. We found it difficult to find property initially.

The property was excellent, clean tidy and very homely, There was nothing to dislike.
