Lack of air con in the bedroomd

Pin code for key was not sent via sms, so a little confusing on how to enter the house late afternoon of arrival date. The front lounge light was flashing when turned on. Rang the owner & noted but couldn't fix it over the time of stay. There were no floor mats in the bathroom, dangerous if water was on the floor. There was a timber floor mat, but felt unstable. The place looked tired needing maintenance. The swing set was disappointing. A storm presented on day 3 & the wind blew the roof of the play house all night keeping us all awake. Luckily it didn't blow off. The lounge was pleasant and roomy for children to play games. The game cupboard was appreciated. There were limited supply of rubbish bags and no soap provided in bathrooms.

very good position , close to Dunsborough shops , close to viniards, house very nice set up, all facilities there for adults or family with kids , nice decor, easy key access , very quiet, wiev on golf course ,

the location is fantastic. it’s only 4 mins drive to the town centre :) the place is clean and the rooms are quite comfortable too.

The fan in one of the rooms is a bit old and was making squeaking noise which had to be turned off. the TV turned itself on at 12am which is quite spooky and scared the hell out of us

Cosy spot on nice quiet street and close to everything. Clean, nice decorating and comfortable. We had a winter holiday there and it was lovely.

Everything about the property was fantastic. The house is surprisingly big! Everything was very clean and house is very nicely styled. Would definitely stay again.

The only thing I could pick on was the fact that the lawn out the back wasn’t mowed and the weeds coming through the back patio were a bit out of control. Would of made the feel of the place that little bit nicer of those things were done.

Good evening Sophie We found the following negatives: Bedroom floor not clean at all, we should have taken photos of this as evidence. Stove: only one small element worked, others dead rendering the meal preparation so time consuming and disappointing. We should have photographed this. As 6 adults we only spent time in kitchen in evenings, no one used the TV room as its far away from the bedrooms, and we are tired after daytime sightseeing not interested in any TV. so the stain you found could well be from previous guests.
