Superb location for Christmas markets

apartment was totally basic. not enough kitchen utensils. it was very hot in the rooms but no cooling facilities like a/c or table fans. No wardrobes in the rooms. no hooks to hang clothes.

Location was amazing. A minute walk from the old square.

First of all, if you like a lie in, this apartment (at the time of our stay at least) isn’t for you! The first morning we were met with workmen with pneumatic hammers taking off the rendering at 05:30 in the morning Every other morning during our visit they allowed us a lie in until around 06:00 - 06:30. The apartment block had a square in the middle which was an access with stairs to allow the other residents/guests to gain access into their apartments. Most of them seem to be having maintenance work or painters/plasterers working often until midnight. Under the apartment was a very busy supermarket whilst handy for groceries was often noisy. We had the middle bedroom which had nowhere to put our clothes. During our visit we had to move in a couple of the dining chairs so we could put our clothes on them. The curtains in the living room were not wide enough to give us privacy to the workmen carrying out their work a couple of metres outside the window. On occasion, there were up to a dozen workmen there. The TV never worked during the duration of our stay even though we highlighted it to them. The beds had slats supporting the mattresses and on two of the three beds, the slats kept slipping causing the mattress to fall almost to the floor by simply getting in and out of bed. The shower was tiny and the shower room did not have any shelving for the toiletries and soaps etc. With the work being carried by out it was difficult to keep the windows open as when we did open them the dust was awful. The communal dustbins were shared with both the workmen and the shop below so were invariably full. We felt that security into the apartment was often compromised as the outside door was often wedged open by the various work groups. A number of the light fittings in the rooms had lamps that were not working. The sofa had a number of splits and was in need of replacing. The attention to detail was somewhat lacking.

Beautiful property, lovely decor and clean. Excellent location.

Shower in the smaller bathroom only ran cold water. We were not given the initial entry code to the building, just the lockbox inside the building but this was quickly sorted by a quick call to the booking.com team.

Difficult to get through that safe didn't work.

The location was perfect and close by to everything Krakow has to offer. Very helpful staff that always answered my questions in a matter of minutes. Spacious apartment.

The shower in one of the bathrooms could be fixed in the hose. Could also be stored some more toiletpaper for 7 people. It was a little loud during the night from one of the neighbours when they had a nachspiel in the backyard. It would also have been nice to have some kind of cleaning cloth for the benches.
