House was exactly as pictured, communication with owner was excellent. We were able to access the Lake Naomi membership for the duration of the rental. Quiet location with ample outdoor space and a great hot tub. Beds were comfortable and house was very clean. Kitchen was reasonably well-stocked, but you do need to bring towels/sheets and will likely to re-stock paper products. All in all, a pleasant well-curated stay.

We had a wonderful stay. There was lots of local activities to keep occupied - I did not realise you had to stay a week to get a temp pass for the community facilities. There were plenty of options to eat in or dine out.

Great holiday vacation in a beautiful community!
We had a nice vacation for the Thanksgiving holiday at Joanne's house. The house was a cozy and quiet retreat. Joanne was very helpful. The house was a little more worn than the pictures and description in the listing but more than nice enough to have a great vacation at in the Poconos!

We had a great weekend-Joanna was very responsive and helpful through out! The external of the listing wasn’t as pristine as the pic(maybe winter vs summer) but inside was exactly as advertised. It was our first time visiting the Poconos and we will def be returning!

One of our best Pocono trips

Great Place in the Poconos!
My wife and I recently celebrated our wedding anniversary with a week at Joanna's house. First, I must say that Joanna is a really great host. She was very, very quick to respond to all of my inquiries, before, during, and after our stay. The house itself is really cozy and comfortable and has all the modern conveniences. It was immaculately clean too. Although we didn't take advantage of the Lake Naomi Club itself, we found plenty to do that wasn't too far away - Bushkill Falls, Camelback Mountain, the Mount Airy Casino, the Premium Outlets, etc. In fact we didn't have time to do everything we wanted to, and will definitely want to come back to the area. Thanks again Joanna for a great house and a great week in the Poconos!

Good Times…
Joanna was super patient and kind with all the questions and messages my family sent her during the stay. The house was spacious and clean and the area was secluded enough for privacy.
The only draw back was that the yard wasn’t fenced in but the dog still had a great time.

Nothing to do here
The house was fine but there was very little to do in the area. The Lake Naomi club was closed this time of year, and there was only one restaurant in the area. No shopping and no restaurants. We were very bored and went home early.

Poconos Escape
This was an absolutely lovely stay for my big family. The home is beautiful inside and the yard is big! We spent lots of time grilling, using the fire pit and most of all relaxing. We loved that the dining room had a guide with a list of activities we could do and some restaurants we could visit or order in from. Joana was incredibly helpful and responsive before, during, and after our stay. We’re hoping to come back again next summer!

We had a great stay with family. Clean, quiet and comfortable. Location was near lakes, parks, shopping areas but also quiet and secluded. Property owners were very responsive to any questions. We would definitely stay there again.

Great little getaway
My family and I came here for my birthday and it was the perfect getaway. The house is super cozy and the yard is perfect to just sit and relax on the hammock or play games like we did. We had fun grilling and using the fire pit to make s'mores. Joanna is great and responds super quick. We ended up staying extra days because we didn't want to leave :) wifi is great and the TV's are Roku TV so you have plenty to watch. Bring your towels and sheets for the beds. There are some quilts there in case you forget. Also, Walmart and other stores are super close for anything you need. We definitely will be back.

Great getaway
The property was clean, close to the ski resorts, nice and open to the environment with lots of windows. It was easy to get to from the turnpike. Bedrooms and bathrooms were homey and the living room and dining room were perfect for the six of us with nice big TV's, beautiful fireplace and cozy.

Wonderful getaway!
We really enjoyed our stay at the Lake Naomi retreat house. My favorite thing was how much light the sliding doors allow into the living area - it brings the feel of the outdoors inside. Everything was clean and comfortable. We loved the cozy sofa and the big TV. We took several hikes on trails in the community and it's a beautiful area. There were restaurants nearby to get takeout from and the kitchen was also nicely stocked. The owner was very responsive to questions. Overall I definitely recommend this property.

Idyllic getaway
We had a wonderful vacation. The home was immaculately clean upon our arrival. We really appreciated that access was a punch code lock rather than a key. So, there were no delays in getting in. Joanna, the owner was consistently quickly responsive to questions and made great recommendations for us. Having 2 full bathrooms was a convenience (we were able to give one bathroom to my 87 year old Dad, while my husband, daughter and I used the other). Also, nice for my Dad that this is all on one level. The WiFi is excellent (better than it had to be), which made life easier when we needed to work. The Roku TVs were also really great for movie nights. The layout of the house allows for quiet bedrooms even when fun is happening in the living room. And, there is not a more serene place to enjoy morning coffee than sitting on the porch among the trees. Very private, yet close to everything. We willl be back.

Delightful Family Getaway!
My family and I stayed at this property for a much needed getaway from the city. It was exactly what we hoped it would be and more! The home was beautiful, clean, and spacious. We enjoyed relaxing on the patio and the yard was perfect for playing with the kids and our tiny dog. Joanna was very helpful and responded to all questions within minutes. I really appreciated the intimacy and tranquility of this property. My daughter was very happy to spend her 10th birthday in such a lovely place. We are grateful to have had such a delightful family getaway and hope to return soon!

Long Weekend Getaway
After sheltering at home in our Brooklyn apartment the house and property were just what we needed. The house is secluded except a slight opening with the house next door. That area of the house is not really used so not a big issue. The deck was a perfect place for us to work and relax. The windows along the deck and around the house give a lot of natural light. The area is surrounded by lots of beautiful lakes, streams and rivers. Easy Peasy. Joanna responded to all questions quickly and made the transition seamless.
