Hands down the view is amazing! We rented this for 11 days. We only had a half roll of paper towel, you would have thought they would have at least one extra full roll, but no. The living room TV was stuck on 9 for volume, you couldn't hear it. We had to go to the bedroom to watch TV. This really sucked, here you had a sectional in the living room for relaxing and watching a good movie, but couldn't. Instead you had to sit or lay across the bed and watch TV. For what we paid, we could have saved and stayed at a hotel with a couch.
NO wash clothes and only 1 dish coloth. this was ridiculous. We had to go to walmart and buy some.
The apartment wasnt as clean as we expected. It desperately needs to be painted and updated. We will not be returning again. This was a VERY EXPENSIVE mistake.

The apartment was nice, and worked for what we needed. The light in the 2nd bedroom closet didn't work. The tiles on the drop ceiling need to be replaced. They made the unit lose some appeal. The owner and manager were great to work with. Very responsive and helpful. Overall we had a wonderful time.

This condo was very nice. I only wish the balcony was bigger but we were able to get 4 people on it. Great security at the Tides.

Cons: Issue with the door locking. The response was immediate to assist us.
Something must have be burned in another unit and the smell was horrible in the hallway.
Master bathroom: Sink was clogged and toliet was leaking from the bottom on our last night.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There were a few upgrades needed. Could use some more face clothes and towels. Perfectly stocked otherwise. The property manager answered our concerns quickly. Check in is a bit challenging.

What a super location and the communications were awesome. Found great places to eat, Wal-Mart was just a few blocks away. Access to the beach was so convenient and the Boardwalk was a quick ride away. Only thing was that with 3 women, 4 bath towels were not enough. Had to do laundry 3 times to supply us for 5 days. Suggest at least 8 towels and we had only 2 handtowels. Need to address that situation. But overall, I would definitely stay again, and will.

We had a great time. Gustavo was great and responsive to help us check-in (we got there late due to flight). Condo was clean and everything was in working order. Kitchen was well stocked. Beach chairs and umbrella were in great condition and we used them at the beach each day we were there. Cafe in bottom of building was very convenient for lunch and snacks as well. Grocery was less than 1 mile away to stock up for family. Overall great trip and a great condo. 1 fob is included in the rent and the property manager will come by with cash to reimburse if you had to pay it at checkin.

Check in was so fast and efficient. The property manager was wonderful. Location is everything and this property provided pretty much everything within that. The store inside the complex made things so easy! Believe it or not we never had to wait for an elevator which can be very frustrating!! The pool and beach access couldn’t have been better. We will be coming back often! Thank you for sharing your beautiful property!

Located right on the beach this condo offers beautiful views. Plenty of restaurants to walk to as well as the Enjoy cafe near the lobby. There is also a small shop that offers small snacks and toiletries. I only wished there was a manual on how to work the TV’s. We found it difficult and service was often interrupted. Otherwise, I would totally recommend to stay here

Tastefully decorated, well stocked condo. Very well thought out to have everything available for a hassel free stay for guests. I made all of our meals with no issues because good variety of kitchen tools and utensils. Nice set of beach chairs and beach umbrella available in the closet. Shower towels and beach towels were in the condo for everyone- very much appreciated. Plentiful hooks throughout the place for shower and beach towels- very convenient and thoughtfully placed! Stick vacuum and broom were very handy for sand that came back from beach with us.
Great ocean view. Upon our arrival, the large windows and sliding door were dirty from recent storms. The owner was so kind and attentive, and sent someone to clean them for us right away once I notified him. Property management is great!
The beach is beautiful, great for swimming and playing.
The complex understandably requires a key fab for entrance and doors to elevator areas, as well as the gate to/from the beach. You have to wear a plastic bracelet at all times for the facilities. Small nickel sizes key fab is separate, easy to misplace and leave behind when you leave the condo. We had to make multiple trips back up for it after heading all of the way down to the beach/pool, only to realize that we forgot it upstairs. If you do this, you have to sit and wait for someone to come through the door so that you can get back in to go get your fab. Would be nice for the complex to combine fab and bracelet

Very clean. Very spacious. Great location on beach and pools. I will most return again. We were a family of 4 but could have easily accommodated 6. 5 stars all the way!

The check in process is too much you have to visit the the front valet and fill out papers and pay (75.00/wk) then head to an office where you will pay more (60.00 for 2 key fobs and 20.00 for a parking pass and if you lose a cheap plastic bracelet then you are charged 10.00 for replacements which is ridiculous.
The room was dirty, i wish i could post the pictures i have. The bed comforter had yellow stains, the mattress protector had yellow and pink stains. The pillows do not have pillow protectors. The plastic mattress protector was torn so not sure why that hadnt been replaced. The kids beds had stains and atear in the mattress protector as well. The towels had huge makeup stains on them, the microwave had greasy fingerprints, the fridge had stains in it, the shower had mold in it, the ceiling tiles were stained from previous leaks, paint peeling on the ceiling in the master. So with all of this the place felt gross. After making this knownVRBO and the host and telling them i wanted a refund, i got no response from VRBO, they said they would contact me back in 24-72 hours and never heard anything fromm the owners or managers. The host did bring at my request all new sheets which were cheap but they were new, and brought us 4 new towels to utilize during our stay. There was not 1 wash cloth, not for the bathroom or the kitchen. The soap dispensers are refilled with cheap soap, you get only 1 trashbag to start, and the lightingnis terrible.

We especially loved the beach view from the LR/balcony. Enormous TV & very roomy leather couch with recliners. Well-equipped kitchen + dining room for 6. 2 full baths. 1 bedroom has a King, second has 2 double beds. All excellent. There’s a cafe in the building - delivers to pool & beach! We used this cafe everyday. Laundry on every floor and a gym downstairs but we didn’t use these. The pool is right there, the beach too. So pleased with how close the beach was - truly right there. Parking garage was easy and fair price. Pool rule - can’t save seats for >30 minutes. I loved this because of experiences where people throw towels on chairs for the day (so greedy!).
Things we didn’t like, all of which are out of apartment owner’s and manager’s control, but impact the visit: (A) The pool was closed 2 of the 3 days we were there!! We were able to use the pool at the 2nd building, so that helped, but it was doubley crowded. (B) Most of the buildings along the strip supply umbrellas and chairs, already set up for you. At The Tides, it’s bring your own. It was ok though, as chairs, umbrella, cooler, and beach towels were all available in the apartment. (C) 1 key fob is included in price, 2nd is $30, and the other two members of our family didn’t get a fob at all. The fob is tiny with nothing to connect it to, very awkward to carry and use. But getting around w/o fob wasn’t too bad (D) Elevators slow. (E) few restaurants and nothing to do in walking distance

From the moment I met with Lilianna to the moment I walked through the door to 11N it was absolutely wonderful. The views are breathtaking. The condo was spacious and spotless. I was there with spouse. He went home. Then friends they went home. I was there for a couple days by myself. I felt safe. Everyone was so kind. From the Valet parking men to the Enjoy Cafe to the front desk lobby people. I loved this place and would recommend anyone to go there.
It was so smooth and seamless. I loved every minute there!!!

Had a great vacation. Condo was exactly as expected. Very clean which was so great the condo was very nicely decorated.
Beach was wonderful even though we didn’t have the best weather. Pool was okay. A little dated but it was nice for my youngest to play and swim. We much prefer the beach anyways. Not much to do in the area walking distance. Would have hoped it was closer to Hollywood area and the boardwalk. But it’s a quick drive.
We had a week full of activities planned so not much sitting around for us. We really enjoyed going to Flickers lite in Hollywood for the Chicago style pizza. A nice place to safe the wallet as it can be expensive with a family of 5.
Went to the local Walmart to get some groceries for the condo. Snacks and breakfast foods. Would just suggest getting toilet paper and paper towels and garbage bags as well. Depending on you lenght of stay.

We woke up without power towards the end of our stay. Just us, the neighbors did not lose power. The maintenance staff at the condo attributed it to the owner’s failure to pay his electric bill. Of course, the property manager disputed this. All we know is that we had no power and had to sleep in a dark, hot condo later that night. It ruined our vacation and the owner apparently is unwilling to refund us for the inconvenience. In fact, he did not even respond to our request. That’s exactly our experience and we very much regret our decision to book here.

Property run down, beach dirty. The condo also is tired. There was mold in both showers, dishwasher, kitchen, ceiling tiles. Parking is a rip off! There are MUCH better beaches north or south of here.

The property was exactly as in the photos, great ocean view. Check in and check out were an ease with Lillian. Nicely updated furnishing and up to date appliances, big screen TV are perfect for family cooking and gatherings with lots of items for the beach. Both pools were busy but clean and great way to relax. We will definitely make this our first choice when coming to Hollywood FL

Great stay, family friendly
Stayed here because I wanted to be close to the beach and the boardwalk but also have a kitchen. Family of 6 in one place and the availability of 2 bathrooms and a kitchen is what we needed. Place was clean and well furnished. Property manager was prompt and great to deal with. I will definitely be back next year.
