Hice un alquiler a corto plazo con todo lo que amo tener cuando estoy en alquileres a corto plazo. 4 dormitorios, 3 baños completos con una sala de bonificación en el piso de arriba con una mesa de futbolín y enormes sillones con pufs. 1 rey, 1 reina, 2 gemelos, 1 cama de día con 2 colchones gemelos. 3 televisores, wifi, entrada sin llave, lavadora / secadora y una parrilla en el patio. Digo que duerme ocho con camas, pero también tengo cómodos sofás y colchones hinchables e incluso un portabicicletas si su grupo es un poco más grande. Algo en cierto modo aleatorio, pero tienes que intentarlo es un bidet en el baño principal :) Amplia cocina perfecta para cocinar y una nevera que es enorme. Súper cerca de los puntos de venta de Round Rock, del complejo multideportes Round Rock (torneos de fútbol y béisbol de fin de semana), del equipo de béisbol Round Rock Express, del campus Dell y de los mundialmente famosos restaurantes de donas Round Rock y tiendas de comestibles. Los numerosos centros médicos de tratamiento de cáncer RR están a menos de 5 millas si las familias necesitan un lugar para quedarse. Está a solo una corta distancia en auto de la autopista de 20 millas hasta el centro de austin para los festivales y actividades de música. The house was open and spacious. Beds are extremely comfortable. Plenty of room for our group to spread out and have their own space. Game room was a hit. Kitchen was completely stocked with basically anything we would need! Laundry room had plenty of detergent. This was by far above and beyond most other places that we have stayed. I would definitely stay again.

We attended a family wedding in Hutto and could not have picked a better house for our stay. It easily accommodated 4 adults and 3 children. It was very kid friendly with a playroom and toys. It was also extremely well appointed and stocked - plenty of towels, dishes, etc. As a bonus, there was a nice assortment of snacks which were greatly appreciated by everyone. The neighborhood is safe and easily accessible to major thoroughfares. I would highly recommend this property as it was the best STR experience we've ever had.

Its is always a perfect location for all your needs from close grocery stores ,hospitals and shopping etc. Its perfect ! My famly loves this house . We have a lot of family all over . The owner is very sweet and helpful. And very easy to contact.

Clean, well laid out property that met our family needs extremely well. Bright and open living spaces and the home was very well stocked with extra pillows, blankets , towels etc.
We were in Round Rock for a Celebration of Life so having 3 bathrooms ensured everyone could get ready for the event without fighting over bathrooms! 😀

We enjoyed our stay. We were coming in for a business event and had several adults. The three bathrooms was a plus as well as the number of beds. Nice place would like to stay again.

Rented home for family reunion. Home was very close to sister's home where all the gatherings took place. Overall a very good experience. There was an issue with the AC unit but home owner responded quickly and had a technician out the next day. I understand that things can go wrong in the home but it's all about the response of the host.

This house is absolutely beautiful. Very spacious & equipped with everything you will need while away from home. Joy was a pleasure to communicate with. Her response time is literally right back. Will stay here again if I visit Texas again. Great for large families.

Our boys had a soccer tourney and this house is located close to the different parks. The house was very spacious and the game room was awesome for the boys. Overall great house and the owner was responsive and great answering quick questions.

We booked Joy’s place days before we planned to arrive. She was up front about the AC not working well and already had a tech scheduled. She went above and beyond to make sure the house still stayed cool with the 100 degree weather outside. The house has plenty of room, comfortable beds and fully stocked with everything you need. Having garage access was a plus! We loved the loft area. Wonderful home!!

Our overall impression of this property... GOALS!
We were blown away at the accommodations, space, and cleanliness of this home. It had everything we needed and then some. Plus, it was near all of the activities that we planned for our family-- 28 mins from Lake Travis and only 13 mins from Kalahari Indoor Waterpark. We are super inspired to purchase our forever home together after staying here. We are newlyweds, so this experience helped bring our blended family closer together :)
The only con was that the A/C was subpar. With the summer heat, it would've been nice to have cooler temperatures inside the home.. it stayed at around 76 our entire stay. However, there were ceiling fans in all the rooms so it helped a bit.

Joy was wonderful to deal with. We rented her home at the last second and she was very accommodating and helpful. House was clean and well stocked. Everything was exactly as described. We would definitely stay in this home again.

Very Comfortable
The house was spotless and close to everything. The hosts thought of everything, the house had anything you could need. Plenty of towels, linens, comfy blankets for couch. Games and a basket of necessities handy.

Repeat!
Everything about property was easy from check in and out and communications with owner. Place was clean and well stocked with supplies, towels, etc. just some minor glitches with getting cable straight but it was immediately addressed. Nice neighborhood - a lot of Xmas decorations up!! Repeat stay for us- we’ll look to stay again if we’re in Austin again.

Excellent Stay
The check in process was so easy. We were given the code in advance with no delays. There were easy written instructions on who to contact for any issues, instructions on how to turn on the tv’s, grill and most importantly the WiFi name and password. We contacted the owner with some questions while we stayed there and got immediate responses. The bed is so comfortable, rooms are big and love the bathroom. There was coffee available for our entire stay. The neighborhood was quiet and 10 minutes drive to see the local Triple A baseball team, the Round Rock Express. Convenient to Georgetown, Round Rock, Cedar Park and surrounding areas. Austin is just a short 20-30 minute drive away too. I would recommend and stay again. 5 stars!!

Wedding Celebration Weekend
Wow!! We had such a blast at this home. It was spacious, clean, well stocked and when we had questions, our hostess Joy was helpful and accommodating. Definitely would return!!

This was an awesome home in a great location. We stayed here for my son's baseball world series at old settlers Park. Let's just say the pictures of the interior of this home do not do it justice. Plenty of room and high ceiling which we love. Joy was very responsive when we had questions. We would recommend this rental.

Clean and Quiet
Very nice experience. Close enough to Austin far enough away for some relaxation. Close to good shopping and good food. Entertainment at the house even for the kids. Almost felt like it was home. It was spacious and we weren’t tripping over each other.

Everything about this experience was 5 stars! Joy answered questions before we arrived and provided info on things to do around the area. The home was beautiful, spacious and very clean. There was cleaning and laundry supplies left for us to use! The bathrooms were stocked with towels and hand clothes! We especially loved the foosball table in the game room! Definitely will rent again and recommend as well.

Best owner/hostess I’ve ever worked with!!!! She was extremely accommodating. Everything we needed she had supplied. The house is extremely clean. Very large for a family with game room and all. Beds comfy, great kitchen! Flat screens with all the apps you need!! Xbox, etc Basically saved our lives since she let us rent at a moments notice during ice storm when we had nothing! Perfect!
A member of our family had a procedure done at the Baylor Scott and White Hospital. This house was a perfect location for the whole family to stay together and be comfortable. Because of Covid, only one person could visit, but the whole family got be together and close for support. We were so pleased with how clean and homey it felt. There were throws to use in the living room, and extra coffee pods and lots of towels. The house was beautiful and was very clean. This house helped keep us sane during a difficult time. We loved it.
