We have stayed at this place twice now, it is very walkable to the beach and the prom. It was the just the right size for 10 people, 4 bedroom and 3 baths. Well equipped kitchen. This is our go to place for Seaside!

Loved our time in this home. It’s right on the prom, and well-equipped and well-maintained. It was easy to walk to the Seaside center or just to walk the beautiful prom or beach. Eating area was perfect for our six guests and could be a little tight, but doable, for larger groups.

We had a great time with our family! The kids had a blast with the toys in the house and the quick walk to the beach to play. The house is beautiful and well maintained. It had everything we needed for cooking, cleaning, resting, and even a few items we forgot or didn’t know we needed (stroller, beach chairs, toys, card/board games, etc).

We had the best time in this lovely home on the Prom. We’ve stayed before and we’re so happy to have the chance to do it again! The house is so well equipped and the location is perfect! We are ready to book again next year ! Thanks for letting us make more sweet memories

The property is right on the prom in Seaside, about 200 yards from the beach. Clean and lots of windows and light. It is well maintained and convenient

We will have family memories for the rest of our lives. The view was awesome and my 86 year old mom sat either in front of windows or on porch just sinking in the view. You can see the ocean from every room in the house.the taffy was a hit. My grandkids 4 and 6 had so much fun. I brought extra silverware like knives and spatulas and they were not needed the kitchen had everything. My son from Colorado just left the prom being right there he was just smiling all the time and going for walks. My daughter-in-law is taking the kids to the beach It's right there We went to the aquarium also. The location was fabulous.We will be back maybe every year now we enjoyed ourselves so much.

My family had a blast, enjoying a long weekend stay here, and would look at renting property again!!

Had a great time golfing and going to the Crab and Seafood festival. Only downside was that someone came onto the property and stole our propane fire pit and propane tank

A nice, spacious home on South Prom that is a quick walk to the Aquarium and other activities. A beautiful beach awaits right out front. Property managers are easy to work with.

The pictures make it look small but it’s actually a very big house. It was an amazing experience to bring my family out here and have awesome vacation. Will definitely be coming back in the summer to enjoy the water!!!!

So much space! I loved all the nooks and crannies this home had. Hide-and-seek for the children was constant. LOL We loved waking up as well as having coffee in front of the HUGE windows where we could look out on the ocean and watch smiling people go by on the promenade. WONDERFUL PLACE!

We had a wonderful time taking it easy on our winter beach stay. The view was lovely and the fireplace was the perfect touch. Plus you could walk to everything! One suggestion—might need a bigger hot water heater or turn this one up? 2 showers was definitely max for the hot water! Still we would rebook this one. Just what we wanted ;)

This was the first time we've all gotten together in a long while and this house was perfect for our family gathering. Plenty of room for everyone without feeling cavernous our like we were on top of each other. Beds were comfortable enough, quirky yet cool rooms. Plenty of bathrooms. The kitchen has everything that was needed to produce a sizeable Thanksgiving meal! All those extra pans I brought "just in case" were not needed. The only thing people complained about is the lighting. The kitchen lights look cool, but don't produce enough to see well when preparing food. The living room lights were okay, but all have the cold white light instead of a warm glow.

It was as close as you could be on the promenade to the beach. It felt very homey and cozy. The house had everything you need to hunker in for a cold, rainy days or play on the beach with sand toys. Space for privacy, if you need quiet time, lots of hot water to warm up after chasing waves and comfy beds to recharge for the next day.

Even though previous comments had addressed burned out light bulbs it apparently hadn't been addressed. The view was lovely but parts of the house, especially the kitchen, seemed dark. There was fuzz on the interior window screens in two of the bedrooms and the house felt like it could use a deep clean.

The kitchen had EVERYTHING we could have possibly needed. All of the furniture was very comfortable, beds wonderful. Bathroom & kitchen linens very nice. Every old house has it's quirks...sinks in the bedroom....but charming. If I could have anything improved on: 1. Replace the lighting fixture in the kitchen with 1 brighter "in ceiling" unit 2. Add safety bars in the tubs 3. Have a portable toilet paper dispenser in the 1st floor bathroom. Current location hard to access. Mind you, these are not complaints. It was wonderful feeling the sea breeze, hearing & watching the waves from our front yard or inside the house. The distance to the sand was perfect. Very peaceful & relaxing. Thank you!!!

The home was a perfect location and space for our multi-generation family trip. The home was cute with alot of character. The kids loved exploring all the rooms and having a sink in each room proved rather convenient. Lots of space inside and on the deck to watch the waves, weather and people walking by. We wished we would have brought our propane fire pit to keep warm outside on the cool evenings, but we LOVED the inside fireplace. The kitchen counter space was small, but that is rather normal of older homes and the only other dilema is having enough seeting at the TV for a movie night. The home was very well stocked with everything... (could use a larger garbage can and maybe a can for recycling in the kitchen as the garbage filled up quick with 10 people). Overall we would come back again! A nice touch was the candy dishes full of taffy.

Very well stocked with towels toiletries and cooking supplies. Just a couple small issues. All the knives were very dull and the lighting in the house was not too good at night. Lots of burnt out bulbs

We found this house for a girls reunion/getaway. What a find. It was way more house than we needed for 3 of us but the location is perfect. We walked everywhere and didn’t touch our cars again until departing. We sipped wine from the front room and watched the ocean and enjoyed the short walk to the beach to dip our toes in the sand. The people watching on the prom from the house was amazing. Each room had a sink. Plenty of kitchen items to cook with. Definitely will come back to this fun, quirky house.

Peaceful, beautiful scenery, great seafood! Wish we could live here! 😉 The house itself is spectacular! Lot’s of room, different places to sit and read, knit or snooze. Comfy beds. Nice washer & dryer and good roomy kitchen for 2 cooks!

It was a nice place to stay, we had no major problems whatsoever. Would like to rent the same unit in the future.

Nice house. Door needs to be shut really hard or it comes open. Nice stay, overall.
