Room was big and had all facilities. Issue is reception was hidden and hotel itself was hard to find.

Reception staff were hidden and they wouldn't come out to attend the hotel guests. If one doesn't know, can end up going 10 times around the hidden reception without finding it and nobody sees or approaches you.

Our room was quite comfortable and the beds and the bathroom were fine.

The reception didn't inform us at check-in that the doors of the hotels will be closed at night so we didn't know what to do when we arrived late at night!! Hopefully we could find a person who was going to the casino and informed us! We called the reception several times but no-one answered! The next morning we wanted to check out, but the reception was also not there at the time of the check-out! I couldn't just believe it!

Garni hotel is a part of small shoping centre (main REWE supermarket) out of city centre, but good conection by public transport (bus) to centre (by foot apr. 30 min)

the kitchen equipment was insufficient to prepare a simple breakfast, the view from the window to the roof of the building and the windows of the opposite rooms (we had to keep the sunblinds closed), one window could not be opened, from the shower there was a window into the room (strange)

First off all location-hotel are in supermarket. Room was without windows and air condition.Windows was on inside coridor when always switch on lights when somebody going there.Staff not even inform about parking conditions and how go out with car. Worst choice last 5 years with useing bookimg com

Location is close to horrible, both surrounding of the building and the building itself. Views are that of a warehouse looking into another concrete block. Quite depressing. The kitchenette should definitely be better equipped. Doors open v loudly - impossible not to wake up someone else sleeping there; Otherwise ok, ie showers good and beds good.

The room was very spacious and the check in was very easy even without the staff bein present. It had a little kitchen which I did not use but look very handy and well equipped.

The refrigerator was very laud and disrupted my sleep. Parking was not included in the price.

Room was large and soundproofing good

Hard to find. Room was very plain and dishes needed to be replaced and other things needed repair. While not quite shabby it is heading there.
