The space was clean, comfortable and just steps across the street to the beach. The owner was responsive within 3 days with a slight TV issue. The two main reasons for a 4 star were the loud fan in the bathroom whenever the light is turned on, and the beach chairs that were provided. There is no separate light and fan control in the bathroom, and the loud fan sound became extremely annoying, The beach chairs are camping chairs, and there is no way to sit back on them, just straight up. This was also a deal breaker for us, as we come to the beach for a week to relax, so this is important to have chairs that are actually beach chairs. Other than that, we were able to cook meals, rest and relax, and the bed was comfortable .too.

This apartment is beautifully decorated. Has everything you could need. You can walk across the street to Sunset Beach…..one of my favorite beaches!!!!

The condo was perfect for us . The bed was comfortable & the condo was clean.

The place is clean, comfortable, and very close to the beach with easy access. The only thing I'd note is that the kitchen island is on wheels so casually leaning against it isn't recommended lol (not a complaint, just something I accidentally discovered)

The property was very cute, clean and stocked with all the supplies that we needed for the weekend. There was a great view of the beach just right across the road. It is within walking distance to Caddy's, which was a great place to grab a quick bite to eat or hangout for the day. Just across the bridges was lots of shopping and plenty more restaurants. We absolutely enjoyed our stay and plan to book the room again.

We wanted to stay a couple nights near Caddy's and the Beach and this was perfect. I want to go back and stay a week next time.! I am ready to go back and hopefully see the sunset this time.. Too much rain.

Are short visit there was awesome and the place was just says it said it was just exactly what we needed just enough space for the two of us and still within walking distance to just about everything we look forward to being able to maybe book this place again and stay longer next time

The property was perfect! Super clean and had all the amenities you need from towels, coffee, chairs and umbrellas. The location was literally across the street from the beach and just a five minute walk down the beach to Caddys Bar, Ka Tiki and Sea Dog Brewing Company. We hit up Uber the entire trip and didn't rent a car. We spent way less than a rental car would have cost. The best part of all...the Sunsets!! We absolutely loved everything about out stay and will be back! Thanks for such a memorable property and stay!

Awesome location, walking distance to beach!!

The location is amazing. Walking distance to a beach bar, tiki bar, and steps to the beach. We rented bikes for the week and got our groceries delivered from the Publix up the road. My only complaint was that their was not nearly enough kitchen supplies. Tupperware is a must for every vacation and there were not lids to fit every pot/pan. Also the beach supplies were a nice touch, however the foldout quad chairs were a little bulky for the beach. Some beach chairs and an umbrella sand anchor to help the umbrella stay would have made a big difference. Overall, our trip was quiet and relaxing. Everyone was friendly and we will continue to rent here!

This rental is absolutely amazing. All of the people in the complex that we ran into were friendly and the beach right across the street with private access is gorgeous! And caddies is just a quick 5-minute walk down the road, or the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back!

Unit is nicely decorated and very comfortable. Excellent access to the beach.

Very nice condo, had to vacuum utility room full of dust and a/c filter needs to be replaced. My wife is severely allergic to dust and mold. Will rent here again, hopefully in 2022!

Great location! Clean, quiet and friendly neighborhood. Well stocked for things we didn’t have like beach chairs, towels , hairdryer, iron. Will definitely stay here again!

The condo unit was as advertised, no surprises. Unit is on second floor, so no foot noise above us. Location is excellent, on the quieter area of Treasure Island. Meter parking is everywhere so it was nice to be able to walk. Great walking pier nearby. Sunsets across the street from the condo were spectacular. It is a friendly and safe rental.
