We had 5 of us staying in the home which was very comfortable and roomie. Main reason we were there was for the beach and it was a short walk. We enjoyed the back deck being able to sit out and enjoy each other's company while sitting at the picnic table. What definitely stay here again

Each year my wife’s brother hosts the entire family for a week at their house on Devils lake. This house was perfect as we were only 3/4 of a mile away and also a block from the ocean. The hose was great for the six of us with plenty of room and a good layout.

As with all things by the beach, things wear out. The screen door off the dining room fell off, notified the owner and it will be replaced.

Booked this home for my family to stay in over the Christmas holiday. The home perfectly accommodated all of the guests and was an amazing space to host our Christmas dinner. My family raved about how nice the house was each day, I felt like the photos didn’t do it justice. The rooms had ample space, and the living room was spacious yet cozy. Would absolutely book again for any trip to Lincoln City.

The location was quiet and the house made you feel like you were home. Plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen was well equiped with anything you need to make meals at home. The hot water never ran out during showers and plenty of towels available. Overall our stay was fantastic and I will definitely stay here in the future.

Hosts were responsive to questions. All was as listed. Home worked well for our group. There was no available internet during our stay, but we were warned when we arrived that there were issues. Only suggestion is to update and repair damages in small bathroom.

Well appointed home with a useable kitchen including many small appliances, cooking pots and pans, utensils and even salt and pepper shakers. Nice grill on the deck for outdoor grilling.
Beds are comfortable and the house was clean. The beach can be reached via stairs within 4 blocks either direction.
Lincoln City and Depoe Bay provide lots of good eateries, shopping and grocery stores. Local seafood is abundant and very good.

We had an amazing vacation at the beach house. We had everything we needed!! The kids loved playing the boatd games and the grown-ups enjoyed some grown-up beverages and BBQ. My husband hit a homerun when he surprised us with this beach house vacation!!!

The property was clean, well kept both inside and out, accommodating, and cozy. The home slept 8 people comfortably it felt like home away from home. The home was well equipped which we appreciate we love to cook our own food. The home is on a dead end street and it was very quiet which we loved they had a lot of family games and movies we enjoyed the movies at night with the fireplace. Melody is very sweet and communicated right away we actually forgot a few things at the house and melody was so kind to send them to me in the mail we are so relieved and greatful she did that. This beach trip was the best I will definitely stay again in the future.

This house is beautiful! It has all the amenities you need and than some. If you run into a situation the hosts are incredibly responsive, genuine and generous. Working with the host was one of the best things about this property. You feel heard and validated. This property is absolutely gorgeous and it was in the best vicinity for me to everything. I get lost A LOT. But the house was easy for me to get to. I'm hoping they will let me rent again as I am in love with it. Very welcoming home. Thank you again for sharing your home with us!!

This is a home not just a vacation rental house. We really enjoyed our 12 night stay. It had all the comforts of home with lots of big and little extras. The kitchen was very well equipped. We really enjoyed the gas fireplace. Has new carpet & couches and a walk-in shower with grab bars. My 95 year old Mom with a walker could get around fine and wants to go back next year. Good location. One and half blocks from the beach but beach access is a few more blocks away. Melody was very accommodating. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay

This was our second stay at this house and we enjoyed our stay thoroughly. We could tell there had been some upgrades, new carpet and a new couch. We really enjoy the fact that there is garage access and a laundry room as we fish and crab while we're there and it gives us a place to load and unload without being in the elements or taking things in the house. Communication has always been great with the owners as well. I'm sure we'll continue to keep coming back!

This place is Amazing. There was enough room that we didn’t feel cramped. The location was close to the beach and the casino. Melody and John gave me plenty of communication before my stay and even while I was there. My family was extremely happy about how clean the house is and how much games board games they had. I would definitely rent here again.
