Loved the area

Loved this property! Our hosts Janice and Doug were very attentive, took care of any issues, which were very small. Loved sitting in our lanai, sipping drinks by the pool, and watching golfers go by. The golfing was a great deal, and made use of it almost daily. Great location to a number of beaches, and shopping! Plenty of room for 6 adults Loved our stay!

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely home very much. Peaceful neighborhood, close to beach, shopping and parks. The pool area was great for observing golfers and enjoying outdoor meals.

House was as advertised. close to the golf crse which was handy. the golf course is challenging and tee times were accomodating. overall we enjoyed our stay. unfortunately with the cold spell the house was cold in the a.m. 64 degrees. also this caused the pool to be unusable even though it was being heated costing at $20.00/day. There was a few frosty mornings to consider. all in all a good time.

We stayed almost 7 weeks and really had a great vacation. The house is very nice with pool, game room, lovely interior and a nice neighborhood. Communication with the owner was very nice, questions were always answered very quickly. Perfect!

We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay! The furnishings are comfortable and well appointed. The pool was marvelous. The game room was fun. Great neighborhood. Plenty of shops nearby. The frogs in the canal sang me to sleep every night.

Was a very nice house great area and the neighbors were very friendly and helpful with the area. Would definitely stay again!!

My sister, daughter, and I had a nice Spring Break chilling by the pool by day and hitting the local cities at night. Very convenient to St. Augustine and Daytona Beach. The keyless entry is awesome because we check-in very late at night. The convenience of not having to get a real key to check-in is very nice. Being able to use the garage was very pleasing. We were very grateful for it on check-out day because a really heavy rain storm occurred the entire time we were loading up the truck. House was very clean upon arrival and was a very nice layout for our party of three. There are no loungers in the pool area, so we did have to bring our beach loungers over when we wanted to sunbathe outside of the pool. The pool heat was an additional charge which was reasonably priced, and still needed when we went, so very happy we did that. Very nice house and will stay here again if its available for our next vacation.

Great location in Palm Coast. Large house, on a golf course, in a quiet subdivision. Four nice bedrooms, plenty of bathrooms, nice pool and a spacious game room. Great home to use as a base to beach hop and explore the area. We were extremely pleased with our stay.

We arrived at the property and we checked in with no issues. The house was big enough for my family. The issues we had here is that EVERYTHING is controlled by the owner. The a/c, the heat, the hot water tank and so on. The house was not ready for a family like it said in the listing. There was no toilet paper, no nothing. The owner charges you extra then the listing says, just beware. We had a family of 6 stay for 9 days, and we had no hot water. This house has 4 bath rooms and only 1 person can take a shower. If any one else wants to take a bath or shower it will be COLD. Also, there is no TV'S in the bed rooms. Just very upset on the hole house. THE BEST THING ABOUT THIS HOUSE IS THE NEIGHBOR ON THE LEFT. HE IS A GREAT MAN AND VERY NICE!! If you want to rent this house be prepared to have no hot water when you want to take a shower. No TV's in the bed rooms, be prepared to be controlled by the owner for the ac or heat. This house is not recommend. I sent the owner pics of the house when we left and still haven't heard back from her. Very sad but a lesson learned!! JUST BEWARE!!!

Our large family fit very comfortably in this spacious and well equipped house- as if we were in our own home. The heated pool was a good option especially n the colder months; and the other amenities (pool table, foos ball, games, etc.) were enjoyed by everyone! The location was very convenient and close to our family who lives nearby. The neighborhood is very quiet, with friendly next door neighbors. The owner was very responsive. My only recommendation would be to provide a larger /comfortable bed (King size ) for the master bedroom. Highly recommended vacation home. Thank you.

The owner of the property was extremely responsive to any and all minor needs that came up. The home itself is located in an extremely quiet neighborhood, yet close to all necessary businesses. Clearly a lot of thought went into the furnishings of the home, which is very comfortable and well maintained.

We stayed a month in this lovely home. The owner was very responsive to all our questions. The home was very clean and well decorated. Quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. The pool overlooking the golf course was great. We've rented many time through VRBO and this was by far the best home we stayed at. Perfect in every way!

The property exceeds its listing description. Quiet neighborhood. 15 minutes from Flagler beach. 5 minutes from a variety of restaurants. There is a large and thoughtfully equipped kitchen plus an out door barbecue. We dined in the screened Lanai, with a view of a golf green. The second floor has a full sized pool table + foos ball+ video games..

The property was amazing. The next door neighbor on one side drives golf balls into the dire tion of the far street. The neighbor on the other side is a grumpy, old woman. Do not enjoy your stay outdoors after dark or she will complain.

Renting the property was a breeze- wonderful experience!

The property is beautiful and exactly as described. The 4 bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect for my vacation with my mom and my sisters and me. The kitchen is huge and fairly well stocked for a vacation rental. The game room is great (though we ended up staying in the pool most of the time). The pool was PERFECT! The enclosure kept most of the harmful sun and the bugs out but still allowed for a great breeze. And the fact that it is a salt water pool was great! No harsh chemicals to damage our hair or skin and it stayed crystal clear our entire stay. The weather cooperated very well and we had a great vacation! It was so nice to see my 74 year old mom relax in the pool! Thanks so much Janice! *The only thing I would add is a hand rail to get in and out of the pool. We made due using one of the outdoor chairs for my mom because she has arthritis in her knees and sometimes needs a little stabilization. *Also, I didn’t realize the game room and one of the bathrooms is upstairs. This is not really a problem, I just didn’t realize this until we got there. My mom didn’t venture upstairs due to her knees but it wasn’t an issue.

Great location and huge house with lots of space

We stayed for two months (February/March) and were very pleased with all the property had to offer. The home was clean and comfortable, location was perfect! We enjoyed discovering Palm Coast and Flagler Beach. Looking forward to another stay in the future.

We loved our stay here. This was a very well furnished villa that felt like home. It was more spacious than we had expected and had everything you could possibly need. The entire villa was spotless and clearly very well looked after by the owners. The villa was ideal for a family with lots of space to chill. It was great to have a separate games room which was not within the garage and great for families to chill out. The pool area looked out onto the beautiful gardens and golf course. Lovely location - nice and peaceful yet only 10 minutes to the beach with many restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Well worth a day trip up to St Augustine. If flying into Orlando area, definitely worth travelling the few miles extra to find this gem. We look forward to returning here in the future.

Our stay here was our best ever! The home is lovely, tastefully decorated, comfortably furnished with all the kitchen appliances and tools to make it feel like home. We enjoyed staying home, sunning by the pool, walking over to the Clubhouse for lunch (which has a pretty amazing chef), then a round of golf, jumping in the car to go to Flagler Beach (15 minutes away), shopping, restaurants and movies close by, and bicycle paths all over! A really great house, in a great neighborhood. We'll be back for sure.

The house was very clean and well furnished. There was lots of room for all of us to have their own space. The pool and game room were used a bunch too. The neighborhood was quiet and the neighbors were also friendly. The house was close to the beach which was only a very short drive. We did not have to drive far at all for groceries, shopping or restaurants. We also did some site seeing in Daytona, Port Orange and St. Augustine which were all no far away at all. The owners were very helpful and attentive. Our family would definitely stay at this house again.

The house was beautiful. Very close to shopping and only 6 miles to the beach. The home has everything you need for a great time. Upstairs is a play room with TV, pool table, foosball table, and games. There was plenty of room for all 8 of us to enjoy. This is a great rental. The only thing I would add is one more big pot to cook in. We made spaghetti one night and there was only one big pot to cook in. Other than that it was perfect. I would recommend this rental to anyone.

This place exceeded expectations. Myself and three of my brothers all had our own bedroom and bathroom, the beds were very comfortable and the house fantastic. Pool table and cues were of great quality. The place is located in a nice quiet area, but close enough to the ocean and all your vacation needs. Spent a day in St. Augustine and played golf and the World Golf Hall of Fame. The Cypress Knoll Golf Course 17th hole is right ut your back yard. 20 to 25 bucks for 18 holes and a cart. Greens were in great condition but a little weedy on the fairways and rough. Hard to complain for the price. The ocean is 5 minutes away and the beaches at Flagler, Daytona and Ormond are all gorgeous (I would recommend getting up early and get to the beach for the sunrise, spectacular). I would recommend this place to all. Very spacious and clean.
