Este aire acondicionado cómoda de 3 dormitorios y 2 baños se encuentra en una calle tranquila y se encuentra a 3 minutos a pie de las tranquilas aguas de la bahía. La casa cuenta con un dormitorio principal con baño / aseo y un baño principal con bañera y ducha separada. También hay un segundo baño separado. La propiedad es ideal para familias con una selección de juguetes proporcionado junto con un árbol de pivotar la parte de atrás. Para esas noches frías de invierno hay una caja de fuego que calienta toda la casa y se proporciona la madera. Los jardines repletos de sombra, están ordenados y bien mantenidos y hay un montón de espacio para 2 a 3 coches y el barco.

Such a lovely weekend down south! The house was

The location was perfect for us. A short drive into the main part of Dunsborough or to the beach, though more active people could’ve walked. I need a wheelchair, so driving was better for us. The home was also perfectly placed for doing day trips into anywhere in the Margaret River Wine Region. We chose to stay in the Dunsborough and Yallingup regions this time around, and enjoyed our 3 days away.
The fireplace was fabulous, with ample firewood supplied to keep us warm on the cold winter evenings.
The lounge room had 2 comfortable lounges, well set up to watch movies in the evenings. And the smart TV had amply movies to choose from. There was also a DVD player provided.
As advertised, there was a stack of games available for those who enjoy them. The kitchen was well stocked for our needs. The BBQ and outdoor setting looked great, but we didn’t end up using them.

Bed was not very comfortable. Comforter and it’s cover was very worn out.

A great place for a small family or group of friends. The property is very clean and has everything you need for a holiday stay. Check in was seamless and communication from the host Des was very clear. The location is ideal with the beach a 5 minute walk away and Dunsborough village nearby. We will be back!

We spent a couple of days including Christmas here .. fantastic in every way - a well equipped house with everything you would need for a vacation. The property was clean and so close to the beach .
You do need to bring your own linen and towels though .
I would recommend this property to anyone wanting to stay in Dunsborough close to the bay .

The house was perfect for our needs. The rooms were spacious and clean and it was lovely to have a little garden for our little one to run around. Location was great, close to town and the beach. We’ll definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed staying here, the house was great. Had all the amenities we needed plus more. However the house did not seem it had been cleaned, we had to vacuum and wipe benches and having a 4 year old who plays on the floor a lot was an issue. The hot water also ran out very quickly. Having paid a cleaning fee, I feel we should not have had to pay.

Family trip
This b property is ideal for small family group with kids. Everything is offered: excellent t wifi and Netflix, toys,board games, mini table and chairs and bunk beds. There are even kid friendly plates, bowls and cutlery. A great spot and very close to the beach

The owner is extremely rude! Accused me of not using our own sheets!
Our stay was great, the house was clean. The location was great! We left the property exactly how it was when we arrived. One week later I received a very unprofessional call from the owner. We had left one blanket that was used and put onto the bed, on top of another blanket. We forgot to fold it. When I got the call from the owner, he wasn’t nice at all. He started yelling and accusing us of using the blanket instead of using our sheets, and was going to charge us $40. Well, We did use our sheets. I thought we were allowed to use the blankets in the house! Obviously not. Very disappointed because I was going to book a few more stays and so were the girls. But you lost our respect. All 5 of us. He really needs to learn how to speak to people. So yeah, don’t use their blankets.

Great midweek getaway
My partner and I stayed at this property as an early Valentines Day present to each other. We were not disappointed. The property itself is ideally located just a 10 minute walk from the Dunsborough town centre and 2 minutes by car. The property was very clean, the gardens beautiful and has all the mod cons for a relaxing holiday. The house is in a very quiet street and the neighbours were extremely friendly, with a real feel of community in that part of town. The property was large but not so big that two people would get lost in it. We spent most nights out but we also enjoyed Netflix in with a couple of drinks in what was an extremely peaceful environment. Something really unusual happened when we left. Desmond the owner reached out to us to thank us for keeping the property in order. I thought that it was fabulous for the guest to give that feedback and well done Des on that count. Human kindness and acknowledgement never goes unnoticed. Overall we have no hesitation in recommending this property, tremendous value for money. G and J

Loved loved this gorgeous house it had everything we needed. The 2 bathrooms were an added bonus.. We thoroughly enjoyed this property and it’s location. It had all that we needed and more. It was bright and airy and cute outside area which we used often. The beds were comfy also. I would stay there again.

Great affordable stay
Our family had a great stay in Quindalup. Prefect location to see all the nearby caves and perfect beaches. The house had everything we needed which made the trip relaxing and stress free. Would stay again for sure. Thanks Des.
