Clean and quiet
The room bathroom needed maintenance. The shower bar was falling off wall. Also, half the bathroom was updated and the other half was poorly touched up. The room carpet felt tacky as if it was shampooed and not rinsed.

I liked the convention location, comfy beds, free and delicious breakfast, wide variety of tv channels, and friendly staff.
Some child was sick in the pool, and it was closed my entire four day stay. The metal elevator is a little creepy.

The pool closed an hour early, with no notice. I understand staffing shortages, but post the early closing so guests can plan accordingly.

This was only thing we didn’t enjoy. With the many contractor and workers staying here there should be an attendant at breakfast . No fruit of any kind was on breakfast bar. It was either wiped out in first hour or very little in the first place. Everything else was satisfactory.

I didn't know how to use the toaster. The attendant showed me how after I suggested it might not be working.

Breakfast and location were excellent. The hallway Was excellent and very clean.
Some parts of the bathroom were not clean. Shower had bad caukling and looked third rate.

Great location and good breakfast.
Bathroom shower tub was gross. Cracking and peeling caulk. Mold on shower handle area. Bed OK, not great. Fridge had so much ice and frost on it that we couldn't really put anything in it.

The breakfast was wonderful and just kept coming. Our compliments to the servers. Many choices of hot items. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Beds were comfortable. Was easy to find. The front desk girl was more than accommodating, helpful, and pleasant. Breakfast was good, pretty much like breakfast at most hotels these days.
One of the rooms I booked had dog treats all over the floor, and dog hair in the bathroom. Also, dark hair on the walls of the shower. Gave the impression the room was only partially cleaned. Pool was small, busy and noisy - not the hotel’s fault. Rooms not very well sound proofed, had banging on ceiling, wall next door and people very noisy in the hallway coming in late at night. Almost slipped in bath tub due to slipperiness.

The breakfast was really good. I had trouble with their conditioner every time I turn around I would wake up hot and I had to turn it down more.

The breakfast was very nice. It was very busy, and the woman keeping things filled and clean did an excellent job.
It was a little noisy. We could hear someone speaking very loudly in the meeting room and music with a heavy beat coming from somewhere in or near the hotel
