Impresionante loft de lujo de ladrillo y madera de 2,500 pies cuadrados con techos de 15 pies ubicado en el corazón del vibrante vecindario West Loop. Esta unidad de esquina de diseño de 3 dormitorios / 2 baños fue completamente renovada y es ideal para grupos que buscan una escapada lujosa de la ciudad en medio de los mejores restaurantes y vida nocturna de Chicago. We stayed here 4 nights in May to visit our son and had our other kids join from Florida and Boston. Great location near the L and lots of really nice restaurants within walking distance. Second floor location was a bit loud with restaurants below and across the street but each room had sound machines and ear plugs if you needed, which we didn’t. Very safe location and we walked everywhere. The beds were comfortable as was the furniture although it all seemed like IKEA type of kit stuff that wasn’t that durable. Maybe we expected more with the Architectural Digest claim. Either way we enjoyed it and would stay again.

Super cute and spacious loft in perfect location for access to Fulton Market restaurants. Stayed here with my husband and 3 teenage sons for Spring Break and it was a perfect choice. Easy access to downtown attractions via the Morgan station - could easily be at Millenium Park within 15 minutes. Great communication with owners and easy to access property. Parked nearby in recommended garage which could be accessed literally across the street and 24/7. We usually use the parking lot apps as recommended, but we had a large SUV and several spots were too small, so the garage was the best option. Yes there is noise from the adjacent restaurants in the evening and from the trains. It’s Chicago and it’s a super fun area - so that was completely fine for the fabulous space we had in return. And, everyone slept fine with the provided sound machines. Bedrooms are huge and beds are very comfortable. The amount of natural light throughout is a huge plus when staying in a big city and we thoroughly enjoyed the windows and views. Kitchen is fully equipped. Having laundry was an added bonus. Already sent property info to my friends and family - it would be the perfect location for a girl’s trip or large family gathering - especially with the option of adding the associated lofts as needed for space.

A very spacious loft with lots of sunshine that was well equipped and clean. The property manager is very prompt to address concerns and address noise levels if guests are breaking rules but earbuds will help to block out the market traffic of this lively district.

We never slept for 5 nights because of the rowdy restaurant and bar that is right below the loft. The main bedroom is just above the garbage dumpsters and the garbage pickup was unbearably loud from 3-5am. The main bathroom smelled of real sewage. It is a nice loft but the noise at night and thin windows made it impossible for us to sleep at night. A real nightmare. Would never stay here again because of the noise below and outside.

After a global business meeting in St. Louis we ended our trip to the USA with 2 casual nights in this wonderful city. Fulton Market is a fresh and young area and that appartement is exactly that as well. It is friendly around the house, but at nights it can get busy due to nightlife and bars. But that was part the reason we stayed there. Everything inside the house is in proper state. We stayed just two nights and most of the times outside. When again in Chicago with such a crew, we’ll check this appartement again.

Great apartment!
This apartment is huge and beautiful, and in the center of everything! Check in/out was easy, and the hosts were super responsive. Cannot overstate how gorgeous this place is. Insider tip - bring earplugs. The only downside to being in the center of everything is that the music and party outside goes well into the early morning, and since it’s an older building, the walls and windows are pretty thin. I slept fine once I got some earplugs!

The loft is beautiful, the location is phenomenal. Check in was super easy. It does need a few things updated/fixed, I'll communicate with the Staywell team. Know that if you are a light sleeper, it is a tough place. The windows and doors are not sound resistant. The street noise is real, especially when trash and recycling gets picked up every morning between 4:30-5:45 am!
Despite the noise, it was a great stay. Oh, the beds and pillows are uber comfy! Overall it is lovely!

My family (me, my husband, 9yo, 6yo and 18 mo old) stayed here for a long weekend to attend a family wedding. Really awesome neighborhood with tons of restaurants, bars, etc. We mostly ordered in (due to COVID and wedding events) and had amazing take-out options at our disposal. Due to location, there's potential for it to be loud (typical city living), but the apt. is stocked with ear plugs and noise machines - neither of which we ended up using and we slept just fine. Parking was a bit tricky to figure out (we had a large car with car-top carrier that wouldn't fit in a garage), but we were able to find street parking without a problem once we learned the system (there are some secret, non-metered spots scattered around the surrounding blocks). Neighborhood felt extremely safe.Apartment itself was enormous - more than enough space for our family and to host extended family members for dinner one night. Family room is sparsly furnished for its size, but that was fine. Kitchen was fairly well stocked with utensils, pots, pans, etc. which we appreciated since we cooked meals for our toddler almost every day. Washing machine/dryer was also a huge plus when traveling with kids. Check-in /out process was super easy. Apt was clean, very modern and fun - would be great for a group of friends or a large family.Our only complaints with the place (which are specific to our situation) were that the apt is on the 3rd floor and requires walking up 2 very long staircases (the ceilings of these apts are very high!), so it was a lot of effort with multiple kids, bags, stroller, etc. every time we came and went. Also, the apt was not the most ideal for a toddler who just learned to walk (e.g. concrete floors, sharp corners), so one of us had to be on toddler duty the entire time. But our older kids were just fine! Otherwise, everything was great!

Just what we needed!
Staywell Management was prompt and professional. The property is exactly as described and has all of the basic kitchen supplies for a night in. The TV is a bit small for the space, but that’s because the common area is VERY large! We enjoyed Fulton Market for Restaurant week and the loft was within walking distance of everything we needed.

The space was HUGE. Made it great for entertaining and enjoying the space in general. Location was prime and idea, we walked majority of the time as the weather was nice and wanted to enjoy the West Loop scenery. The rooms we incredibly spacious and cozy. Absolutely enjoyed our stay and would return again! This place is ideal for large groups and proximity to enjoy what Chicago has to offer!

Due to Covid, we were not out much but we did order takeout from the restaurants nearby and it was all so good per usual. I loved staying at this apartment! We would definitely stay here in the future.
