This place is grate. It has everithing you need. Has a good access to the beach. Furniture is outdated and mattresses are very and very dirty. Cleaning is very poor, every bathroom has something missing, mold dust and dirt is everywhere. Overall is really nice place with bad cleaning.i might will come back

This condo had great space and had most everything we needed as far as kitchen supplies, plenty of towels/face clothes and beach supplies. Could be cleaned better especially needed to be swept under tables, couches and beds , but we just did it. The front porch was nice but with rain storms , a puddle was accumulated there most days and remained for days so we couldn’t get to the swing seat without walking through the puddle. May just be this time of year in Florida. We enjoyed the property ! Would come back in the future!

Casa de Playa is in a great location and within walking distance to several restaurants and shops. The rental is spacious and fit our group of 7 well. It is beautifully decorated. The master suite is very spacious. 3 bedrooms do share one bathroom, but the vanity mirrors and countertops in the hallway alleviate some of the pressure on the bathroom. The Storage locker for the beach equipment was awesome. No dragging of chairs, umbrellas, and beach toys upstairs. There was only one key to get from the pool to the beach and with a group of 7 adults this made logistics challenging. The kitchen is very large and easy to work in. The unit would benefit from additional cookware/serving platters for those dining at home. Overall, we had a great stay at Casa de Playa!

The condo was beautiful and spacious. I inquired about getting a portable crib for our 1 yr old granddaughter and the property manager emailed me back right away to say I’d have to rent one and sent info. However upon arrival I found a portable crib in a closet. Everything else was perfect.

Perfect size for our family of 9. Nice heated pool and easy access to beach. Lots of seating areas and accommodations for families. Grounds are not maintained - steps and hand rails have not been cleaned like forever. So lots of sand inside. Outdoor grill needs replaced. Condo entry door was not shut when arrived as door sticks. Had to slam or key code to close door every time we left or entered condo. Bathroom doors don’t close or lock but bedrooms do. Kitchen well equipped but had to run vinegar thru coffee maker for it to work.

My husband and I have family in Largo and have been to Indian Rocks several times. We wanted our best friends to experience the area so we brought them and their three kids (ages 3-15) to check out the area. The condo was very nice, clean, beautifully decorated and had plenty of room to accommodate all of us. The deck does face Gulf Blvd but you are only a 2 minute walk to the beach. The kids loved the heated pool and loved walking the beach searching for seashells. They even were able to fish on the beach a couple of days. Would recommend this place especially if you have a family and want everyone to have their own room.

We love Casa de Playa! It’s decorated so well and accommodates our crowd. If I find a nice clean place to stay on my vacation I stick to it. We love the location and the food.

Overall, very nice property. BUT sound insulation between our unit and the unit above must be paper thin. We could hear and almost feel every footstep from above. People jumping out of bed above us sounded like a fender bender car crash on the road outside our windows.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying here, and it was great for our family! There is some street noise that can be a little loud outside the master, but a sound machine made a difference.

Overall the week was good. The room was large and accommodated our family nicely. Decor was modern and the amenities listed were accurate. The kitchen was as well stocked for all cooking needs and the cleanliness was solid with the exception of the accumulated sand under the couch. The refrigerator ice maker was very small and didn’t keep up with the needs and the water dispenser was terrible.
The negatives were that keys / locks used to enter the pool area and the beach were difficult. I saw several families having the same issue with the locks not turning or keys getting stuck. The sound between floors was bad , family above us with children and adults in which you could hear every step running or walking so this was not ideal especially late into the evening. The dumpster is located on the ground floor just under this unit seems to only get emptied once weekly and the garbage piled up quickly, often overflowing. This caused a terrible odor that could be smelled when sitting on the balcony. Lastly they only have a single BBQ that was in poor condition, in fact it had so much grease accumulated that the flair ups caused food to burn and the ignition start didn’t work. There doesn’t seem they have a maintenance person that comes to take care of these issues.
Overall we still enjoyed our stay but I would say they need to improve on the overall maintenance.

We were very disappointed that there was one little “old” beach chair. The manager was contacted and brought one nice chair. The picture and description showed 6 very nice looking beach chairs. She also offered us free tickets to an event of our choice which was very nice. We were there for the week to hang out on the beach and nice beach chairs are important to us. Again it was a beautiful condo, perfect for the 10 of us and we had a great time.

Overall, our stay was great! The condo was just as pictured with all of the amenities listed. Beds were comfy and plenty of room for our party of 9. The beach was beautiful! A few things that would have made the stay even better… our feet were black if we walked barefoot through the condo. Everything appeared clean, but the floors could use some TLC. Our unit was listed as being able to accommodate 10, however there were only 7 bath towels which was annoying. Also, please look into updating the beach gear. We had 4 mismatched chairs, several of which that were rusty and uncomfortable.

This unit was very spacious. It was a great location. Walking distance to all the restaurants. I had 4 teenagers with me that loved the makeup/ vanity area. It was perfect for everyone to get ready. Would stay here again. The only negative was having to keep track of a key to get in and out of the pool and to the beach. We managed not to lose a key. Highly recommend this unit!

Excellent location. Quiet, family friendly building. Unit exactly as pictured on VRBO website. Only 4 stars for checkin as unfortunately unit was not ready for us (cleaned) at 4pm. Look forward to returning next year.

We loved this spacious condo! Perfect for 7 adults and two kids under the age of 3. Right on the beach with a pool made for daily fun as did the close proximity to restaurants and coffee shops in town. Everyone we spoke to from the management company were pleasant and responsive. We will be back for our annual family vacation!

This was a great location for my family and my sister’s family to have a relaxing getaway. I only wish they had listed a crockpot as an asset they had, we would have changed our grocery order accordingly. Also, they didn’t provide enough toilet paper so we had to buy more, but wasn’t much of a problem as cvs is right down the street. The kids loved the pool. Would recommend for a family!

The cleaning people didn't do a very good job of cleaning, but they came back out and we were comped a free party cruise boat right. Over all the place is amazing and we had an amazing time!! Would love to go back and stay there again!!

We are repeat guests of this specific condo and LOVE it and the area. However the cleanliness was disappointing compared to previous years. The property manager/staff were AMAZING to work with and so friendly & helpful.

This is a beautifully decorated room with so many additional features. It was easy to check in and everything was perfect.
The only down was the one key to the pool gate. Because we were such a large party with two small kids… when one went up from beach the others have to access to enter gate. Should rethink and add keyless or two keys.
Everything else was so nice even with our few hiccups. The washer belt broke so we were not able to wash the last two days but it was nice not washing too. LOL.

Have been coming to this area on holiday for many years as we love it so much. It was our first stay at this property as we needed a 4 bedroom condo. The condo was gorgeous and very spacious. It made our holiday so enjoyable. We made amazing memories and will definitely be back.

Although our unit was not oceanfront..the ones facing the ocean are the biggest balconies you can imagine. Location location location.. Casa de Playa has it !

Indian rocks
We had 4 couples that stayed for a week. The condo is big and beautiful. Never felt crowded. It has everything you need for a beach vacation. We had a couple very minor issues and they were correct so fast. It was amazing. We hope to come back in the future.
