Our family has a “wine camp” weekend every Summer and this year we chose Napa. We found THE MOST wonderful location and hosts there could possibly be. The home is charming and very convenient (walking distance) to Napa shopping and restaurants. The hosts were very easy to contact and filled with wonderful suggestions for a fabulous Napa experience. We’re going back next year and staying here!

The house was perfect to celebrate Mom’s 87th Birthday. We used the BBQ and outdoor patio, had coffee on the front porch, walked into town and explored, had dinner in Yountville.

Cutest house ever. Close to town and love the Victorian style house. We came for a girlfriend’s trip and this house was perfect for us all! Cozy but big enough. Loved every room had its own bathroom!

As a group of six adults, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at DeMar house. The location was fantastic, the recommendation for restaurants was spot on, and the home itself was so warm and welcoming. A little gift basket with water and snacks was available for us upon arrival and all the instructions were organized and readily available. The home itself was so comfortable and cute, we felt right at home! Really appreciate all Guy and his wife did to make our stay relaxing and special. We all especially enjoyed coffee on the front porch in the mornings, a wonderful gathering place. Walking into town was so easy and convenient. We never had to drive our car unless we were going farther afield to a vineyard. The DeMar house was located centrally so we were able to get around Napa and various vineyards with ease. All of us would highly recommend the DeMar house for a Napa stay.

4 high school friends (over 60) staying at the home so all beds were used including the sofa bed. We agreed most of the beds could use replacing. But the home is beautiful & conveniently located to not only downtown Napa, but also easy to get to the wineries. Beautifully maintained home (except the beds). We agreed we would stay again!

We were in town for a family wedding. The house comfortable fit us and our four adult children. Having three bathrooms was very useful. It's an easy walk to downtown.

Guy & Christina are the best hosts we have come across in our vacation rental experience. Their info helped us plan our stay, activity and food in Napa well. Their place was as advertised and very well maintained. It was well equipped, very clean and extra care taken on instructions to safeguard the house.

This is just a wonderful house. Decorated in a way my Victorian loving daughter adored. Plenty of room. Clean, nice bathrooms and extremely cozy beds. Very close and walking distance to downtown Napa in a lovely neighborhood. Owners were a joy to work with and offered good suggestions for the neighborhood. Kitchen was very well appointed for a rental. Would stay again!

We truly enjoyed our stay. It was wonderful to walk into a house that already had the heat on! What a way to welcome us. Also, we were pleasantly surprised to see holiday decorations. The house is beautifully appointed, the beds very comfortable, the location can't be beat. It was an easy walk into town. The welcome basket with apples, crackers, and water were appreciated. We had everything we needed in the kitchen, for playing games, even the movie and music selection was great. We absolutely would come back to this property again, and probably will.

We loved everything about Del Mar House. The three bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms were exactly as described in the listing. Everyone in our family was comfortable and slept well. The house is a short walk to downtown Napa. We had a car, but we wouldn’t have needed it. Beautiful, comfortable home. Will look to stay here again.

Staying in the home was amazing! Only a 2 minute drive or 15 minute walk from all the restaurants.
The house was very spacious, with comfortable rooms and bathrooms. Absolutely loved the backyard, we had the most amazing time staying here for my friend's bachelorette. Highly recommend.
The hosts provided us with recommendations prior to our stay and was readily available for questions.

Perfect place for 3 couples! So nice to each have our own bathroom. Location was great! Walked to get coffee, lunch, check out the local farmers market etc. Also easy drive to each of the wineries we visited! The host offered great communication and recommendations. Property is interesting decor, definitely not modern but we enjoyed it. We also very much appreciated having trash bags, paper towel etc! Would definitely stay again.

This was a perfect set up for our grad school reunion of three couples. Plenty of space for gathering inside and in backyard. Very walkable to downtown Napa. Fully equipped kitchen and amenities. The stereo system is only good for living room area so need to bring a little Bluetooth speaker for kitchen area (this may be by design due to noise ordinance in Napa). We highly recommend this house and would definitely stay here again.

This house was perfect location and everything we needed for 5 adults. We did wine tastings and in the evenings we walked to dinner. Highly recommend this home. Also highly recommend California Wine Tours. Thomas was absolutely the best driver!!! Guy and Christina recommended them and we will use them next trip!!!

we had a wonderful girls trip! able to walk to great spas, dining and shops - and the wine train! House very clean and quaint. Gray to each have our own bedroom and bath. Bathrobes a plus!! Also close to all wineries with a car. Owner very helpful at booking - made contact and sent very helpful information on place to eat and visit. We would stay again!!

Great house for Napa excursions and a home base for evening strolls through the town. The decor may not be for everyone but we found it charming and enjoyed winding down on the back patio. Beds were comfortable, one shower had low water pressure, but otherwise, all good. Easy call to recommend to others.

Six friends (three couples) celebrated 60th birthdays in your wonderful home! Having a private bathroom in each bedroom was so nice. The kitchen had everything we needed. The beds were comfy and the entire home was clean and we could tell extra care was taken to make keep the house in good repair. We ate meals in your beautiful backyard garden. We also walked to restaurants and shops-no car needed. Your lovely home was convenient to drive to many wineries! We would love to return and do it all again!!

We had a perfect stay! Three roomy bedrooms, each with their own baths. Gorgeous property and convenient to downtown, maybe a 10 minute walk. Owners made sure the check in process was easy. They also have great suggestions on places to eat and visit. Highly recommend!

A fantastic week of great food and wine. This was a perfect house for two couples. Space for all of us. Well appointed kitchen. The front porch was nice for morning coffee. Back patio surrounded by nice plantings was a relaxing place to unwind from a day of tastings. Walking distance from downtown. Easy access to the highway to head up the valley. Definitely the place to stay when we come back to Napa.

From start to finish, our experience was excellent with this rental property. The house itself is exactly as advertised, tastefully decorated and well provisioned. The location was perfect, easy 5-10 minute walk to anywhere downtown. Communication during booking and checkin was to notch. Highly recommend this property if staying with 2-3 couples and want to be close to downtown Napa location.

This very thoughtfully decorated home is within walking distance to downtown. The house was clean and inviting. We loved the themed rooms, the music CD's and all the different nooks in the home. Communication with the owner was easy and clear. The welcome basket and welcome note was a nice touch. We loved our stay and would definitely stay again and recommend it to others.
