This upstairs apartment is cozy and comfortable. Yes, the stairs are steep but the train didn't disturb us. It's great that there's two parking spots. The host is very accommodating and helpful. You can walk to downtown Plymouth.

Perfect. The bedrooms are small as stated but we were very happy to have 2 bedrooms. Equipped with the newest appliances, furniture, wiring etc. We were there for a conference. I got to do some biking in great park just 5 blocks away.

This apartment is fabulous! Everything you might need is included! The kitchen has everything you need to cook meals including some spices. There's a stove with oven, dishwasher, a full-size refrigerator, and a regular size microwave. The two bedrooms have very comfortable beds and extra pillows and blankets. Even 2 pairs of disposable slippers are included! The bathroom is very clean and modern and includes a small washer/dryer combination. And there's plenty of hot water.
The living room has a comfortable sofa and 2 comfortable chairs. It includes wifi and a large screen TV with a variety of channels. It was also decorated for Christmas! In my opinion, there isn't anything that was missing in this apartment! And there were a lot of unexpected extras. This was a great place to stay, and my husband and I will definitely stay here again! With downtown Plymouth being a short 15-minute walk, there are also lots of things to do within a short distance. Christine was very helpful and a great host!

A small gem
This little apartment was perfect for our needs. It was well-equipped (except, surprisingly, it lacked a vegetable peeler) and we never heard a sound from the downstairs neighbor. The manager was very helpful and quick to respond to questions. There is a steep flight of steps that was not a problem for us but that might be a challenge for anyone who is severely mobility-impaired.

This property was stocked with every helpful thing you could ask for from herbs and spices to facial wipes! Really appreciated all those enhancing accommodations. The unit was clean, towels were nice, beds comfortable. It’s on Main St so a little traffic noise and it’s hard to get away from the train whistle in Plymouth center! Very nice. We would definitely rent again.

Upper flat in Plymouth, MI
Lovely well furnished upper flat in a quiet neighborhood. Christine provided many extras such as coffee, tea, toiletries and wifi. This flat is about three city blocks from a variety of restaurants, shops, a movie theater and grocery/deli. Sidewalks make it an easy walk to downtown. It's about 15 minutes from Detroit metro airport which was handy for us because one of our party flew in.

We were very impressed with our accommodations and the owner made sure that all of our needs were met. The description talks about a train but we were never disturbed by it. We will definitely try to stay there again when we travel back to the area.

Great home away from home
This is our second time coming back to Christine's home. We stayed here for a week when visiting family in Plymouth, Ann Arbor, and Northville. The place is very cozy and has a great layout. The location is also central to so many cities in different directions. Everything is very clean and Christine's is wonderful. We'll be coming back here year after year.

The property is cozy, but is just enough room for a small family. It was clean, and everything was easy to find. The television is nice. The host was easy to get a hold of and checked in on us while we were there (over the app, not in person). We rented during the holidays and they asked us if they should put a tree up before we arrived which I wasn't expecting but was nice. There was a guide in the kitchen. The kitchen had new appliances. The bathroom is small but clean. There were amenities like shampoo, etc, in case you forgot something. They have Alexa installed for your entertainment and internet search needs. If you have a hard time getting up stairs I would keep this in mind. The stairs are steep. We enjoyed our stay and plan to utilize this rental again when visiting Plymouth if it is available.

Clean, comfortable, quiet, and cozy!
We stayed in this flat for 4 days during a visit to family near Plymouth. We never like to stay in hotels so were looking for somewhere we could cook and have a bit more normal living experience.
We had a bit of difficulty trying to get in to our flat due to going to the wrong door, but fortunately because the wonderful owners live downstairs they got us to the right entrance. Christine was warm, welcoming, and quick to respond from the time we reserved through check-out.
The flat is small but very nicely appointed with comfortable furnishings (especially the beds) and plenty of hot water. It is also very quiet which is a huge must for us when travelling. We hardly heard the owners downstairs and hope they hardly heard us when we were there.
I'd say the flat is perfect for two people. With two bedrooms, two couples or some combination of 3-4 family members/friends could sleep there but it would be tight due to room size and lack of storage. The bathroom is small but again, very nicely done.
The main reason I say it might be tight for more than two people is lack of dining space if you really want to cook and eat there. There are two stools in front of a small breakfast bar, and an IKEA collapsible table with chair inserts but really nowhere to put it and cook at the same time. This would probably not be an issue for people that want to just have light snacks/meals in the flat and mostly eat in restaurants.
The other thing to be aware of if you like to watch TV is that the owners have elected to have streaming options only (Netflix, etc.) so you won't get local news or regular channels. But the streaming is super fast and easy, the TV is huge, and there are plenty of options. I was sick for a day and stayed inside and had plenty of TV options between naps.
Overall I'd say this place is really great and will be our "go-to" accommodations whenever we return to visit family. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 was dining space, and that's really a matter of personal preference.

Clean and comfy
We had a wonderful stay in this clean and comfy place while attending our nephew’s wedding at the Inn at St. John’s in Plymouth only 8 minutes away. The decor is adorable. The kitchen was bright and sunny, the beds were extremely comfortable, and the couch was one you could really snuggle into. We loved strolling around the quaint town of Plymouth to meet relatives for coffee at the coffee shop, pick up fresh food st the market, and sit in the park and people watch. We had a delightful, relaxing stay!

Amazing Place with Amazing Hosts
Christine's rental is a cozy 2 bedroom with all the amenities you could possibly want. Within a few moments of downtown Plymouth, there are restaurants and shops, while still being on a very quiet street. The rental has all the plates/pots/utensils you would need to put together a multi course meal for 4. The rental was perfect for my extended stay during my relocation to MI. Christine is very attentive to anything you might need. Truly an amazing owner and rental!

Relax and Refresh with Modern Convenience
We wanted a home base and found much more while visiting family in the area. The flat is charming, clean, and convenient to many attractions. Downtown Plymouth is fantastic, less than a mile away, and full of great restaurants along with city sponsored activities (e.g. concerts, farmer’s market, etc.) After a long day of hiking and visiting breweries/wineries, it was great to relax on the most comfortable couch ever! Christine was wonderful to meet. She is responsive to questions and the flat has the items needed (e.g. coffee, toiletries, etc.) if you forget something. Although family is not always easy, hanging out in this home away from home was.

Fantastic Flat!
I was in town for business and decided to stay here instead of a hotel. I am glad I did. It was a quick trip from the airport (Detroit). There were two rooms with big, comfortable beds. There is also a full kitchen that has all you need to cook a full meal. There is also plenty of dishes to serve said full meal. They also had a Keurig coffee maker with plenty of Keurig cups to choose from. There is a large TV for entertainment and a giant, comfortable sofa. The wifi worked flawlessly as well. If you decide to enjoy the town of Plymouth, Downtown Plymouth is just a short drive down the road (about 5 minutes, if that). The Downtown area had plenty of places to eat and there was a variety of activities in the park in the evening. The hosts were amazing and were very knowledgeable about the area. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and plan on staying there in the future when I am back in town.
