First of all, it’s a beautiful place in a perfect location. We rent a lot of properties and have never had a place that was soooo clean (even the drawers where the pots and pans are was spotless) or a host that was so generous with amenities (Colleen provided tide pods, dishwasher tabs, lots of soap, lotion, paper products). It was a pleasure to stay in this very comfortable and luxurious home. Kitchen exceptionally well appointed… from chip clips to coffee scoops to serving dishes she has it all! Thanks Colleen!

Great place to stay. Location is perfect. Everything is walkable. Bus stop to the ski basin is right around the corner. Property owner and her team were very responsive. Condo was very nice, clean, and comfortable. Would highly recommend and would stay here again in a heartbeat.

What an amazing condo to spend time in!
From the moment we booked to the time we checked out everything was smooth and easy. The owner was quick to respond to any questions and address any issues we had prior to and during our stay.
The condo itself is amazing! We had 2 couples and the bedrooms are both large and separated by the common living space. So many large windows everywhere to check out the happenings on Main Street in the front as well as getting the view of the mountainside trail coming down to Town Lift in the rear. The balcony is spacious and makes for a great photo spot.
Modern, comfortable furniture throughout. Quality appliances and electronics. Oh- and the bath towels are fluffy and soft!
The uderground parking was a big plus as it snowed almost 20 inches in 2 days during our stay.
Location on Main Street is perfect for a quick walk to Town Lift for skiing as well as to the amazing restaurants and shopping.
Later in the evening we did hear the pedestrian street noise and early in the morning we could hear the snow plow and delivery truck noise but it definitely wasn't bad enough to keep us from wanting to stay here again in the future. Using the sound machine app on our iPad did a great job of cancelling out any outside noise.

We are so thankful that we found Coleen's Town Lift Condo! It was absolutely perfect in every way. The location was killer - we could walk to the Town Lift (easy easy walk with skis, even in ski boots), across the street was Butcher's Chop House restaurant and a few blocks away was Riverhorse. Atticus Coffee is amazing (get their Mexican Mocha) and some great shopping is right across the street. The underground parking was a great perk as well.
Inside the condo, the kitchen is well appointed and had everything we needed to cook in for breakfast and a few dinners. We LOVED the steam shower in one of the main bedrooms and the other one had a jacuzzi tub. The beds were super comfy and there were tons of extra towels and blankets available. Wifi worked well and the living and dining space was really comfortable.
Coleen as a host was very responsive and nice. I'm thankful we didn't need anything from her while we were there and I feel confident she should have helped us if we did.
We are absolutely considering coming back and will stay here again in the future for sure. Don't miss this place!

We stayed here for a week with another couple and had a great time. It was a perfect location for us since we downhill skied every day and they skied two days with us, then they were able to shop, hike, snowshoe, and visit museums and galleries from our central location in town. It was awesome to be able to walk to dinner every night. You can uber, bus or do instacart for groceries. Only downside is being in town, we recommend a white noise sound machine due to the late night revelry and early morning snow scraping. Could also use black out curtains or take an eye shade to sleep. The views from all the windows are wonderful but do let in some streetlights at night. The management was incredibly responsive and easy to work with. Watching the snow fall in front of the fireplace on the beautiful streetscape was like a dream. LOVE this place!!

Overall our stay was great.. the only thing that I would consider next time is the noise level from outside. Every morning at around 6:00am, garbage and delivery trucks could be heard in both rooms (guest and Master). After a day of skiing we wanted to be able to sleep in... That was not possible and unfortunate because everything else was great.

What a beautiful, comfortable 2 bedroom loft. Parents and 3 kids loved the vibe and convenience to food, bars, theater ski lift.

What a fantastic place. Everything that you hoped for in a family ski trip. My husband and 2 teenage boys stayed at this location for spring break this March. Less than a half block from the Town Lift. At the end of the day you can ski almost to the door of the condo. There is a ski locker right outside of the condo door for storage that is perfect. The condo had everything you could think of even humidifiers. Beautifully decorated and spotless. Colleen has everything buttoned up and gets back to you immediately with any questions. All along Main Street there are restaurants and bars. We didn’t rent a car so this was a great location because we walked to dinner every night. I did see a previous review that stated it isn’t a quiet location. I agree- the activity in the streets below starts early with snow removal and ends late with people walking home from bars. We love the city vibe and had no problem with that. But it is noisy. This is a 5 star location and condo.

We love the condo. It was in a perfect location. One minute walk to town lift and right in the middle of town. Most important, Coleen the owner was fantastic. She made the small touches like wine, beer in fridge, coffee etc. If I had questions, she would text me right back. I took this trip with my 24-year-old daughter and we were just so impressed and very comfortable. We will definitely rent from Coleen again.

Absolutely perfect spot, it’s a half a block to the town lift and right by all the bars, shops and restaurants in old town. It doesn’t get any better. The building and unit are great, Coleen was promp and courteous with direction and any questions. Book it and enjoy!

Excellent 2 BR/2 BA condo in the heart of Park City. Check in process was easy and seamless. Owner was easily accessible and check in on us after we arrived. Unit was clean and nicely laid out. Very cozy and spacious. Plenty of room for our family of 4 but could easily accommodate 6 with use of the pull out sofa. Ski locker proved to be very handy as ski rental shop below the unit does not store skis overnight. Town lift is just 1/2 block away, as is High West Saloon. After a hard day on the slopes, you can literally ski to the street, take your skis off, and walk into the building side entrance. Main St restaurants and shops were within easy walking distance, less than 5 mins for most. We didn't even need to rent a car, as we took Uber from and to SLC. Would highly recommend for anyone considering a Park City ski vacation with easy access to the Town Lift and all that Main St Park City has to offer.

This condo is fantastic. The location is perfect if you want to access the Town Lift easily, as well as everything Main Street has to offer after hours.
The check-in process was well explained prior to our arrival which was very helpful as our flight was late and we arrived after midnight. The unit was spotlessly clean and well-equipped with everything we needed for our stay.
I would highly recommend this condo and hope to stay here again.

Our first time in Park City and Colleen's condo was the perfect place to stay. Short distance to town ski lift, walking distance to everything on Main Street. We enjoyed watching all the activity from the balcony and the cabin was cozy and clean. We definitely will be back and would recommend to anyone who is visiting the area. Perfection!!

Great Location, Great Condo
This condo was perfect for our 6-night spring break ski trip. We felt more like we were staying in a friend's home as opposed to a rental property. We've stayed at countless VRBOs over the years, and this experience was among the best.
The owner and property manager are great with communication and responsiveness. The condo was clean, well maintained, well equipped, nicely decorated but not cluttered. There were also little notes and helpful information in frames and sheet protectors all around telling you everything you needed to know about how to function all the essentials and then some.
We did not rent a car since we were only there to ski, shop, and dine. We did take an Uber from the airport. Since you cannot get into the Main Street door without the key (which is in the unit), make sure to do your review of the helpful information the owner provides ahead of time so that it is clear when you arrive where you need to tell the driver to find the underground garage entrance off of 7th Street. It was a piece of cake for us to get in due to the clear communication.
We walked or used the free bus system the entire week. The bus information is available online, but you can also grab a brochure if you stop by the old Town Transit Center when they are open. The free bus system is outstanding – clean, prompt, convenient.
This is very convenient to Town Lift, so you can easily get up to the slopes. To get all the way back down after your skiing adventures, just take one of the blue runs or, if you are a green ability level, just hop on the “inbound” bus loop back into town. Buses/shuttles come frequently, and it’s less than a 10-minute ride back down.
Some reviewers have commented about the noise. This condo is in the city, and it is the corner unit of a beautiful building overlooking Main Street. Yes, there will be some delivery and trash truck noise, and yes, it starts early so that they are out of the way before you and everyone else wants to get out and enjoy Main Street and all that it has to offer. If you prefer a quiet, secluded place and be able to sleep until 9am, perhaps something on a mountainside would be best for you. In our case, we knew what we were signing up for since we have lived in the city, and this place was absolutely perfect in that regard.

Convenient
If you plan on walking main street for dinner, galleries, or shopping and don’t want to use Lyft, this is your corner spot. If you’re a light sleeper, this is not your spot. The location couldn’t have been better after being out on the mountain and after a short rest, head out to dinner. On the other hand you are in the hub of entertainment for the entire mountain, delivery trucks & snow plowing begins at 5am. The condo spacious & the patio is fantastic for people watching. The host was incredibly informative & friendly.

Terrific condo, terrific location
Ski-in, ski-out, and a short walk to everything you need on Main Street.
In terms of the skiing, just go downstairs to the ski shop, rent your skis, and walk across the street to the Town Lift. When you are done for the day, take a right before crossing the bridge over Park Ave, and you are now next to the High West Saloon and across the street from the condo again. Doesn't get any better.

Perfect Location
We had a wonderful stay at this condo. The location is perfect for hopping on the town lift to ski and for exploring Historic Park City. We were within walking distance of shops & restaurants, and even rented our skis at the shop in our building. The condo itself is the best supplied condo I have stayed. The humidifiers were most appreciated. Our only other comment for future renters is that there is some noise coming from the street at night, and that there is also quite a bit of light coming in the shades at night from the street lights. Other than that it is a fabulous place to stay.

Fabulous location!
Condo was very comfortable and well stocked with necessities like tp, paper towels, tissues, laundry and dish soap (things not usually supplied in my 15+ years of renting through VRBO). The location was unbeatable...lift across the street and great restaurants and coffee shops in walking distance. The owner gave great advice about using Park City Passport for transportation to PC and then back to SLC airport. All in all, it was a great trip! Oh, and we rented skis directly below the condo...couldn’t have been easier!

This property is AMAZING! It is clean, spacious, exactly as pictured, has convenient parking, and the owner has thought of absolutely everything you could need to make your stay comfortable right down to the bathroom amenities, kitchen necessities, clear instructions for everything from keys to appliances to door locks, and even has a fully functional office set-up. It is in the heart of historic Park City with shops and restaurants just downstairs which is convenient for snowy days or evening trips out. And the view from the wrap around windows...wow. You can watch skiers on the mountain or people watch as patrons stroll down Main Street. And it is steps from the ski lift. The owner is very communicative and helpful as well. When I go back to Park City, I can not imagine staying anywhere else.
