The property was in a great location and pretty big for a good group of close friends and family. Close to restaurants and bars.

We didn’t use the pool, but it was there. The backyard was mostly shaded and not a lot of sun.

This place was perfect for our bachelor party group. Slept 5 extremely comfortably and could have fit 10 more at least. Everything was clean and nice. House is 3 minutes from old town so right in the middle of everything and made it very easy to get around. We would definitely stay here again and had a great time.

The towels were dirty and the floors were gross but the location was great. The property managers also emailed me so often repeating the same information

The furnishings in this property were very nice but the beds were very poorly made and they did not seem very clean. The rooms did not stay very cold but the space was nice & if the homes cleanliness was better we would consider staying again

Stayed here with 12 guys and you cannot beat this location. Cleanliness of property was great and communication with management company far exceeded my expectations. Would stay here again. A+

The house was cute! However the price was outrageous after all the fees! There was broken glass under the barstools and near the yellow couch. The kitchen table only had 5 chairs not 6. The outside table was so unsteady we did not even attempt to use it for fear that it would break on us. The pictures for the property showed an umbrella for shade and mentioned yard games didn't see any of that. We went to Walmart and bought a couple umbrellas so we had shade. The front bedroom room had no window coverings it was so hot with the morning sun coming in, and the fan remote batteries we're dead. The bedroom off the kitchen wouldn't lock. The ceiling fans in the back two bedrooms were sending morse code all night so didn't sleep to good even after trying both rooms. A personal package for I guess the owner was delivered to the property while we were there. But the communication with management company was difficult so I am assuming that hopefully the HIGHLY price cleaning fee for the cleaning crew that didn't even sweep the floor under the bar stools and near couch would let the owners know of their package.

The property was great and met all of our needs. We had a wonderful trip and enjoyed the home.

From check-in to check-out, was a great property overall - no issues getting into the property, the space was great and accommodated 12 adults well. Had some issues with the TV, but it didn't matter because we were out by the pool or walking around Scottsdale the majority of the time! Would definitely rent here again!

The house was awesome and perfect for our visit. We could walk everywhere we wanted to go and the house was perfect to grill to hang in one night. Will definitely rent again.

This house is great for a group setting with lots of bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate guests with out feeling cramped or waiting in line for a shower. The house, yard, pool, everything is great. Will look to book for next year as it was perfect.

While the fees added on top of the nightly rate nearly doubled the anticipated cost which had me surly from the start, it was quickly eased upon arrival (and having enough people staying to spread the pocketbook pain). The property was well appointed and was perfect for our needs, a bunch of old college friends having a fantasy football draft weekend. It had plenty of beds and towels, was clean, and the pool and grill were put to good use. Only a couple small complaints we had were it was HOT and the thermostat was locked by passcode, there were no plastic cups in the kitchen which we figured there would be for pool time, and the master bedroom stayed hot all night. However, management was attentive to the temp issue, we managed the cup thing, and the master bedroom thing was not a problem in the end. The concierge was courteous and we enjoyed the location of the property most of all. It was 5 minutes to old town, which in 110 degree heat was nice. Great stay!

This was the perfect home for our first visit to Scottsdale. Great location close to the entertainment district. We had a large group and there were plenty of towels, pillows, etc for everyone to be comfortable.

This home is gorgeous! Came out to Arizona with my family and if you're doing the same look no further! GoodNight Stay was exceptional hosts providing the 5 star quality you deserve. We had no issues with our stay and highly recommend this home. All of the furniture was clean and brand new. The pool was a huge hit with the kids and the location of the home can not be beat! We were minutes away from world class hikes and restaurants. This home is the perfect way to experience Scottsdale for everything it is!
