Yes I had a handicap room which meant everything was small.. the bed was barely off the floor… I’ve never slept so low so I didn’t sleep well… they didn’t have anymore rooms…. They need to let people know so I could’ve made the decision if I wanted to stay…, all they said was my apologies never tried to resolve… don’t think I would ever stay at that one again

Really appreciated Erica at the desk. Always cheerful, knew us by name, it means a lot and makes it feel at ho.e.

Only one complaint. And,this seems to be a Fairfield system problem. A room for two and only ONE chair!!!!!! What is,with,that.?

Booking, didn't send the information, so room was available thru Booking, but the hotel help me and I paid for a room on my own, still waiting on a refund from booking.com since they made so many mistakes, have spoken to the most rudest people working for this company and their lack of support.

Property was clean. the front desk was very nice and friendly. even text me to make sure all was well. And the shower was AWESOME

The breakfast tasted really good.

I noticed a lady dropped the serving spoon on the floor and she put it back on the counter for others to use.
