Excellent location, place for parking, 3min walking distance from nice not very crowded beach, Very modern, fully equipped house.New and comfortable beds and a huge sofa bed. The host was very welcoming and friendly It is also close to the bus stops :))

Location was excellent as a base for day trips

We travel with a baby, so we set high expectations. In Casa Fiorella we found everything that we needed. The place was very clean, well-equipped and cozy. The apartment is not located in the center of Sirmione, however you can find a bus stop 1 minute next to it and travel less than 8 minutes to centro storico. You can always take few stairs down and find yourself next to the lake. The host - Morris - was very kind and helpful. Much appreciated! <3

was not clean and we really could not sleep in the bed as we get bounced around with every movement of our partner Also in some points you feel that it is modern but with a cheap version as for example the shower head is very small, the toilet seat is not soft close or the roller blinds are automatic but you have to push the button permanent

Noisy street in front of the house

The beah was very close within a minute walk and we didn't have to use a car to get around., The beds were quite comfortable, everything was clean and the kitchen very well equipped.

The bunk bed is a good idea, but the top place is no really secured and - especially if you opened the windows - the place got quite noisy next to the main road.

The location,the cleaning of the appartment, the equipment we had in the kitchen,the parking,everything was above and beyond our expectations! Great appartment and great communication with the owner!

Great location near the lake, bicycle renting place and several restaurants, very clean and new, AC, a good size tv, good appliances and a variety of crockeries in the kitchen, helpful host

Bed sheets were not very good material, a bit noisy if the windows are opened due to proximity to main street. There is a laundry room, but no washing powder
