Very clean property and excellent location. Loved the remote check-in system.

The property is great for those who plan to stay for longer time or have to be in Tallinn rather regularly and need to fit in certain budget. Apartments are rather small, but enough space for 1 person or a couple to stay and prepare small meals. Rather fresh and clean. Very, very good for this price category.

Sain küll kaardi kuid pidin ka telefoni teel küsima oma toanumbrit, sest toanumbri kohta infot ei tulnud 3. auto parkimise kohta parklasse sain ka alles päev hiljem teada, et kuhu ja kuidas parkida kui saatsin sõnumi lugedes eelneval kommentaare kuigi broneerides saatsin soovi autole parkimiskoha vajadusest 4. Toas puudus õhukonditsioneer (pidin magama lahtise aknaga, õnneks olid soojad ööd) 5. Voodi oli väga ebamugav võiks olla peal veel kattemadrats, mis ei aja higistama, kui oleksin olnud kahekesi, siis see tekk oleks jäänud väikseks kahele, padi oli ebamugav ja väike 6. Lõin oma varba veriseks vastu voodi jalga 7. Oli küll pott milles suppi keeta kuid lusikaga pidi potist suppi tõstma võik ikka kas või väike kulp olla 8. Oli pesumasin kuivatiga kuid puudus pesupesemise vahendid, et pidin poest ise ostma suure paki selleks, et korra riideid pesta 9. Puudusid igasugused instruktsioonid ja juhised ja ka ei olnud kuskil infot wifi paroolide kohta 10. Puudus majapidamisepaber millega nõusid kuivatada paraku kasutasin wc paberit selleks 11. wc peeglid olid väga kehvasti puhastatud 12. Duššisegisti juures võiks olla veidi suurem riiul kuhu saaks šampooni jt pudelid paigutada pesuajaks. See mis oli on ainult väikesele seebile paras 13. Kolmandapäeva hommikul ei tulnud kraanist korralikult vett ainult nirises vaevu (tegin ka video tõestamaks) 14. Ei mingit merevaadet ei toast ega terrassilt 15. 8 korrusel terrassil olles oli võimatu olla kuna haises solgi järgi

The bet mattress was terrible!

The hotel itself is nice, check-in is easy, parking is great, there is a rooftop terrace, but it's not the cleanest place, starting with the fact that the bathroom wasn't cleaned when we arrived and ending with the overall cleanness.

the room is not designed for three adults, the third set of towels had to be requested, they brought it only for the shower, and the payment was for 3 people, the maid should know how many guests would arrive, there was not even a sponge for washing dishes in the kitchen ...

I really liked the self check-in with an app, which you could use on any door in the facility. The room had everything you need for a stay and it was clean an comfortable. Connection to the city centre is good, grocery stores nearby.

I wouldn't say it's a dislike. But I think for guests it could be mentioned that id their check-in is from 16:00, then the app will also start working from that moment.

Nice place/mini apartment to stay for few days. You have everything you need. Amazingly cool terrace to chill during evenings and watch sunset.

The location and price were decent. There was an air hockey table in the lobby that the kids enjoyed. The whole place feels quite modern.

The rooms were very cramped and bare. The only beds were sofa beds, which are never comfortable. The curtains did nothing to keep out the sunlight, making it very hard to sleep during the northern summer when the sun stays out all night. The kitchen was poorly equipped with cheap things. You had to use an app and smartphone to open doors, but it was excessive. Too many locks, making it really inconvenient, including INSIDE the apartment, i.e. the bedroom doors had locks, so if you left your phone in your bedroom and went to the kitchen or bathroom, you'd end up locked out of the bedroom. But the worst was that on the two nights that we were there, fire alarms went off on both nights, and we had to evacuate in pajamas with kids who had just fallen asleep. Days later, my daughter is still traumatized, asking every night if alarms are going to go off again. Both nights it was because another guest or resident had burned food in the kitchen. Stuff like that happens, but for it to happen two nights in a row makes me wonder if there's a problem with the kitchen setup. Like I wrote above, the equipment seems cheap, and the lack of windows makes ventilation impossible in the kitchen.

Perfect location, bus and supermarket just 2 minutes away. Little but comfortable appartment with everything the traveler needs.

The LogIn app to access house and room. I don't like apps wanting access to my data, just for opening a door. Just give me a simple key.

Next to a small pub, which is noisy in the weekend in case you let the window open. too much furniture which is unnecessary for short visit

It was more than I expected. There's all I needed in one room. For me it was really needed to have a possibility to wash my clothes, because my trip was organized for business. Bed was comfortable and all in all - it was so clean and cute for resting. I'm really happy that I chose this place to stay.🙂

Nice apartment with everything you need as a family can cook your dinner and do the washing, very good location and everything is new. They even let us in a couple of hours early as we had a crying baby with us which I thought was nice of them. It was easy getting in through the app you get a key in your phone.

The pillows were thin and uncomfortable but still got a good night sleep because it’s a quiet location
