We were thrilled with the accommodations. The kitchen was well stocked and had updated appliances. The beds were comfortable. The complex is great for kids. It’s a very convenient location. We will be back next year.

Great place, even better than the pictures. Very convenient location wise. Great place for multiple families. Only complaint is the requirement to wash and dry all linens prior to checkout, since not all the linens fit in the washer in one load, and the washer and dryer are both very slow.

We went up this weekend for a girls weekend in the snow. We had a wonderful stay. Diane was easy to communicate with and incredibly accommodating. The property was well stocked with extra rain boots, laundry soap, spices, board games, puzzles and many other things rental properties are usually lacking. It was easy to get to Tahoe City and Palisades. I would highly recommend this property to anyone.

Our family flew in from Florida for four days of skiing at nearby Palisades. Close to Tahoe city and the grocery store and multiple restaurant options. The drive to the ski resorts is close and easy. Unfortunately, with a recent Southwest cancellations and bad weather, we did not ski every day, and actually came in a day late and our host was gracious enough to refund us one nights of lost accommodations. The unit is comfortable and warming. We enjoy the hot tub. Would definitely recommend it.

Diane is an amazing host. She extended our check out which helped us plan our day more efficiently.. She also responded quickly to all of questions. We will definitely consider her property for future trips to the Tahoe area.

We had a nice time relaxing. This space accommodated 4 adults and 4 kids. We enjoyed using pickle ball stuff but unfortunately the hot tub was closed.

We had such a great time relaxing and exploring Tahoe and the location was perfect for our family of 6 (4 kids 12 and under) to go ski and hike during our time there. The rooms were great, the kids loved the bunk beds and we had a lot of fun with the board games when it was time to relax after skiing and hiking. Definitely a great location!

We had a lovely stay at this Lake Forest cabin. It is exactly how it's described and really comfortable for 6 people. We loved the decor! It is very well stocked with everything you need to cook great meals. It has a wonderful patio that was excellent for barbecuing. We had an exceptionally warm weekend in February! The hot tub does fill up on Friday and Saturday nights, but it was mostly empty at other times of the day. I think they clean it every morning because it was always sparkling when we went out. The grounds are lovely and very quiet. There's an amazing bakery a 5 minute walk away. The host responded to every question super fast and was very helpful. Make sure to budget some time on the day you leave to wash the linens. It's a bit of a challenge if you want to get out early, but possible if you plan ahead.

Location was great. Condo was mostly comfortable. Kitchen was pretty well-stocked. The listing says the hot tub is off-limits for COVID, but this isn't true, it is full open. The listing clearly hasn't been updated in a long time, as it also links to info for the 2021 ski season. Had some issues with the property: - No smoke alarms in bedrooms. I'm pretty confident this is illegal and is a clear safety issue - Heater is very uneven. Upstairs is roasting, downstairs is cold. It looks like all/most of the vents are upstairs, but the place where the temperature is measured is downstairs, so it blasts the upstairs with heat until enough leaks downstairs to increase the temperature up to the set point - Checkout instructions are way more onerous than typical vacation rentals. Normal would be: put the dishes in the dishwasher, strip the linens off the bed. MAYBE start the linens in the washing machine if you're nice. This one required you to fully wash and put away all dishes, plus wash AND DRY all linens. This is easily multi-hour process. We were lucky that some of our group was not skiing on our checkout day and had time in the morning, but it is a ridiculous expectation. What if we had an early flight to catch or something like that?

The host/owner is amazing and very easy to communicate with. Her home is perfect for a Tahoe getaway and is in an excellent location. I would stay here again in a minute! Very clean, comfortable, and cozy! Thanks for being a gracious host!

Nice resort property in condo community with hot tub outdoors in the snow. Kitchen well outfitted for cooking, and cozy bedrooms. Well plowed during storm and only 20 mins from mountain. We'll come again!

Because of the weather condition, the owner generously allowed us to check in /out one day early. The house is cozy, has everything we need, good lighting, nice neighborhood, 10 minutes walking to the beach. We rented various places in Tahoe area, this is the best so far!

The place is well situated for easy access to Tahoe City, shopping and Truckee River rafting. The kitchen was stocked full of cookware, utensils, plates, glasses; better than many other places we have been in. The beds were comfortable and there were even little shampoos and conditioners. There are many board games to keep you entertained. The place was clean and seems well maintained for its age. We didn't even have time to check out all the community amenities like pool, spa and tennis court which are all close by. The owner was very communicative and friendly. We would certainly love to rent again. Do note that there can be quite a bit to do the day of check out. Although we did the dishes the day before, the laundry took longer than expected if you need to run 2 loads as the dryer seems to take longer, perhaps because of altitude. It would be great if there is an option to have the laundry done as part of the cleaning cost so we didn't have to rush about at the end of a very nice relaxing stay.

We are a family of 5.... the property was spacious, well maintained and very clean. The manager was easily accessible to answer any questions. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

What a wonderful accommodation for us! So close to tennis, pickleball, swimming, great walks and the beach only a 15-20 walk to a great beach at Tahoe. For our four active granddaughters it was like Disneyland with pee wee golf and horseback riding close by and...after they left my daughter with her 1 month old joined us! a great vaca for all

Easy, convenient,quiet location. Nice unit.

It was so cozy and the decor is adorable. The 6 of us were very comfortable. The quiet pool and hot tub was closed for renovation, but not a problem for us as we were interested in the kiddie pool anyway. The children loved the playground. The manager is fantastic! She was very helpful. We will be back again!

We loved our stay here! We have 4 children and it was perfect for our family. There was a baby seat and pack and play which we really appreciated. We also loved the smart tv and being able to watch Netflix! It’s really close to downtown and we were able to walk to the lake. We would definitely stay here again!

The condo was in a convenient location to all shopping and Squaw Valley to go snowboarding. Also very close to Tahoe city park where we were able to go ice-skating and sledding. The condo had everything we needed except we thought there would be access to the hot tub which I believe was closed due to Covid however it would have been nice had that information been updated on the site before booking. After a long day of snowboarding my family loves to soak in a hot tub! They did have a roomy bath tub in the master bedroom so we just took turns using that. Not quite the same as being able to sit around together and recount the day but it worked to relieve the sore muscles. Wonderful kitchen as I love to cook it made it very easy to have everything I needed. The condo is absolutely adorable and comfortable. I’d stay there again!

We had an issue with the heating system but she was on it immediately and made it right as soon as was possible with constant communication.The property is as described; I'd say if anything a little under represented. The amenities were not all able to be used given the winter months, but there was some great community stuff that we could see.Location withing North Tahoe was awesome with everything we needed not too far away.My only suggested improvement is the amount of tasks for the checkout process which is difficult to get all done in the midst of packing as well, but if you get up early enough it can be done.Would happily be a repeat vacationer.

The house was nice and everything about house was excellent. The kitchen was nice I could cook everything, and at night I could sleep comfortable. This house was a 5 star for sure!

I think you would like more in person, is close too the lake we walk all the time, the cabin is well maintained they have everything you need you just bring food and your self, my family love my cabin we rent 2 more and this one have the best location and amenities .And the owner is so nice thank you for the opportunity to stay at your place we definitely coming back
