Esta casa personalizada cuenta con 3 dormitorios más un altillo, 2 baños y una sala de recreación con mucho estacionamiento. This space was perfect for eight of us (three couples + a pair of friends.) The dock is in great shape, there were paddleboards and kayaks for us to use, plenty of linens, nice supplies in the bathroom/showers...The host was really responsive and available. We've stayed in a lot of places on Flathead Lake, and this is our new favorite.

We enjoyed fantastic views of sunsets & mountains. The young people had a fabulous time on all the boats & paddle boards. The water was cold & very clear, but after pedaling the little boat into the afternoon past several properties, I was warm enough to wade into the lake over the stoney bottom up to my waist & swim out to the closest ladder on the dock. Our 11 yr old enjoyed paddling mom & aunt out to the flowing square. They sat sunning using the 2 chair backs & small table that could be pulled up from the surface of the float. It would be difficult to find a better location adjacent to the water. And the entire kitchen & house contained all the needed items to cook and sleep well!

We had a wonderful stay at the beautiful house on the lake. We love the gift basket provided for us as well. The home has all of the amenities needed and some additional items for family activities. My kids enjoyed the availability of the paddleboat, kayaks, and fishing poles. Homeless located in a beautiful spot on the lake and we had breathtaking views every morning in the evening. Thank you, Carl and Lanni for a wonderful vacation.

This property is a beautiful location to relax and enjoy wonderful views and some lake time. Close enough for a day trip to Glacier National Park. Morning walks were nice as were the Bald Eagles, Osprey, bear, and deer that visited! The house is clean and well-stocked with water toys and kitchen items. Wonderful week with our adult children.

The house was nice and big for 6 adults. It was the most well stocked kitchen and bathrooms with supplies. We made use of the kayaks and paddle boards every day. The pictures don't do the lake justice.

This home provided a beautiful, well cleaned & supplied home for a most relaxing vacation for our family of 5. Communication with Lanni was excellent & she has thought of everything that a group could need for time on the lake. There are books & games for rainy days & e We hope to return again soon.

The private boat dock was fantastic and provided many hours of fun paddle boarding, kayaking, fishing and floating for the adults and the kids. The home was so well equipped with everything we would ever want or need! Beds were comfortable for our family of 5 adults and 4 kids. Kitchen was well stocked and we enjoyed eating in the kitchen as well as on the outside deck with beautiful views! Grocery stores and restaurants are in nearby Polson about 15 minutes from the house. We used Big Arm Boat Rentals, just a few minutes away, for a pontoon ride one morning.Lanni, the host, was so helpful and super accommodating!

A great family vacation! Lanni and Curt were awesome! They were quick to respond to any questions we had. They made our stay very convenient. The cabin has a great layout for family gathering, while still having place for alone time. We had stunning views! The property serves well for adults and small children. We got to fish, kayak, paddleboat, hike, cook out, watch fireworks AND celebrate an engagement (to name a few), all from the lakehouse! Everything was wonderful! We are already talking about our next trip back!
The only thing I would change is the firepit. It was located on a steep angle, making it somewhat difficult to sit in chairs or make s'mores with our grandson.

Our week on the lake was fabulous! The house was perfect! It was stocked with everything you could possibly need. We were thrilled with the bonus of being able to use the water toys. The views are absolutely spectacular! We had the perfect balance of fun, adventure and relaxation. Lanni & Curt have gone above and beyond to make sure that you enjoy their piece of paradise just as much as they do. We had a few tiny hiccups along the way, and they were so quick to respond and get everything worked out for us. They are incredibly kind & thoughtful, and made our perfect vacation even better! We would go back in a heartbeat!

Amazing lake home stay
This was our first experience with lake living and we are now hooked!! Clean, comfy, well-stocked and nicely appointed, this home was the perfect base for exploring the lake and GNP. We spent several days out on the lake, making good use of the water toys and fishing gear they graciously provided.
The main floor windows allowed for relaxing views of the gorgeous water and surrounding mountains. At night we made use of the games and fire pit. We had an amazing experience as a family here!! Thank you so much, Lanni and Curt, for the opportunity!

Perfection on the Lake
This property was bright and airy with a wonderfully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and linens, and plenty of water and rec materials from kayaks, SUP, and fishing poles to puzzles, board games, and movies! While remote, it was only a short drive from Polson for groceries, Walmart, and dining out. We also enjoyed the comfortable outdoor furniture, dining table, and the gas grill to soak up every minute of the breathtaking views. Owners were responsive and helpful with all our needs. If you're looking for a relaxing stay on picturesque Flathead lake, look no further than this property!

A USC COVID Remote Semesters Dream Come True!
Our first year USC students were denied their first semester on campus due to Covid closures!… and so we looked for a unique location for them to be able to explore in the great outdoors while being connected to Wi-Fi so they could take their remote / online semester classes! How on earth are we to find this?… Good question! And then we found this amazing location and these amazing hosts who opened their rental to our students who had the most incredible experience in Big Arm, Montana! The house is perfectly outfitted for anything that you could possibly need! The hosts are so generous in spirit and think of everything! If you rent this house for your family and/or friends for a unique MT experience, you won’t be disappointed!!!! Enjoy!

Wonderful property! Perfect location in Montana. Great water toys, beautiful kitchen and linens. Owners had stocked all the basics down to wine in fridge. You won’t ever want to leave. Fishing was good. Picked cherries and owners were very helpful.

Amazing Place on Flathead Lake!!!!
My family and I enjoyed a great stay on Flathead Lake. First off, Lanni and Kurt were great hosts, they made the check in a breeze and were always easy to get a hold of if we needed anything. They set up baby gates before we arrived and made sure there was a high chair and pack n play for my daughter. They made their house in Big Arm feel like home for my family and it was truly appreciated.
The house itself is awesome! It had everything you could ever want in a vacation home. An amazing deck where we could look out over the water and watch the bald eagles and boats pass by as we had dinner. There is a BBQ and a traeger smoker which made cooking easy and fun. There were plenty of beach supplies, kayaks, stand up paddleboards, fishing pools, beach chairs, games, etc etc. We stayed for a month and never ran out of soap, shampoo, paper towels, etc, the house was fully stocked. Our family traveled all the way from Vegas and the fact that they had everything we needed made our travels so much easier.
The views from inside the house were great as well, you could sit on the couch and relax and still see the lake out the tall front windows. The beds were comfortable with nice linens, the showers were great, and if you felt like watching TV they have Dish as well as the apps to watch netflix, etc.
We highly recommend this house if you are looking for a great house on Flathead Lake with friendly hosts and everything you would ever need for you stay, I hope we are able to return next year!!!

Amazing property on Flathead Lake
I fell in love with the Flathead Lake area due in large part to this property. For a family of 5 this was exactly the right space. Our 3 kids enjoyed the lake so much. Lanni, Curt and Nathan were the best hosts. They were available when we needed them and so welcoming. The SUP, paddleboat and kayaks were a great amenity to enjoy the lake. The house was clean and homey with more than enough space for us to spread out. We enjoyed eating on the deck for every meal. I am embarrassed to say we had a couple mishaps as can happen. Lanni and Curt not only were so understanding but replaced the items we broke immediately. I truly felt we were staying at a family property vs a stranger's place. The location was close enough to Polson for us to stock up if we needed. I also loved that it was in a neighborhood that felt remote enough to really enjoy being on the lake. Can't wait to return!

Serendipity. We dreamed of a vacation with our kids and grandkids; we took a chance; we found ourselves in a world of light, sun, wind, clouds and then the stars, that made every moment of every day a treasured memory; and every night, a rest well earned. Lanni, Curt and Nathan made us feel right at home. The house welcomed our group of 9 from 2 to 67 years of age and covered all of our needs. We added family from Missoula including a cousin in a wheelchair for a spectacular day’s visit. And over it all Chief Cliff kept a solemn vigil. If you get a chance to stay here, don’t hesitate. Best vacation and house ever
Lanni and Curt were the most accommodating hosts in our lifetimes of travel. The location was perfect--quiet, right on the lake, easy access to groceries and town--and to Glacier Airport. The view from the deck (and from the living room) was beyond beautiful. The amenities gave us so much fun--kayaks, pedal boats, standup paddleboard, big dock. We loved our welcome basket full of Montana goodies--and as the well stocked pantry. Bedrooms were quiet.

Just Wonderful!
Our family of 8 adults and a 9 month old spent a week in this clean, well organized, clutter-free wonderful house. Furnishings, bedding, appliances, cookware, dishware, cutlery, and recreational gear are all high quality. Our son slept on the fold-out in the loft and it was so comfortable he didn't move to a bedroom when one became available! The owners are fantastic, and even made the extra effort to install child gates on the stairs, and purchase a high chair and infant lifejacket for our visit.
We would definitely look to see if this house was available when planning a future trip to Flathead Lake.

Beyond our expectations
Our family vacationed with close friends for our first experience in Montana. This rental exceeded all of our expectations. Every aspect of the house was high quality. The house was stocked so well. No detail was overlooked. We started joking that any item needed was stocked somewhere in the house we just had to find it! The grill, smoker, and deck furniture was exceptional quality and we all highly enjoyed them. The kitchen was stocked with any kitchen item needed, all high end quality. The dock was our biggest surprise. It was much closer than the photos suggested and our kids spent most of their time exploring the outdoors and playing with the watercraft (kayaks, paddle boat, and paddle board). We never even turned on a TV although available. Our youngest son even learned how to kayak for the first time! We all expected a breathtaking lake and beautiful scenery but were all pleasantly surprised that the property also matched the beautiful views. The owners and caretakers were always available and met our every need. Very friendly! We plan to return to Flathead Lake to vacation again and would not consider staying anywhere else besides this house. Thank you for such a wonderful property for our family to take home like long Montana memories.

Fabulous! The house, the weather, the lake - everything was great!
The house was perfect! It was supplied with everything you could possibly need, the lake was beautiful, the neighbors were friendly, the owners made us feel welcome; and, the caretaker, Nate, bent over backwards to make sure we were taken care of. We had friends from Vermont with us and they were so impressed with not only Montana; but, with the friendliness of Montanans and especially people in the Polson area. We had a wonderful time in a beautiful area and lovely home!!

Very much enjoyed the stay. We would say with only 2 bathrooms its a tight squeeze for all if you plan on having a full house. Pull out couch is OK for small kids only!! Dock is great and the toys provided are in great working order.

Our stay was terrific! The Jacobsons bent over backward to make sure we had everything we needed.
The house was beautiful. Great views, beds & bedding, AC, and lots of water toys for our use. The kitchen was very well equipped, and everything new and good quality. We made use of the large gas grill and Trager smoker grill. The property was very quiet, and Big Arm bay seems much smoother than the big part of the lake. We will definitely return. Loved every minute!

A great Flathead vacation!
We had a wonderful week in this beautiful home. The home is extremely clean and spacious. We had 8-9 staying at all times and never felt cramped. Lanni and Curt have provided everything you need for a great stay. The linens, bedding and furniture are all great quality and extremely comfortable. We enjoyed many hours on the deck and patio, which is furnished with ample and comfortable patio furniture. The kids enjoyed all of the water toy that are available at the home, as well.
We stayed over the 4th of July. Early in the evening there was a boat parade, which the kids loved. We considered going elsewhere on Flathead to watch fireworks, but decided to take our chances and watch from the house. We were not disappointed. Lots of fireworks around the bay, watched from the comfort of our patio chair.
Lanni and Curt are seriously the nicest people ever and so very helpful!! They own the home next door and are available for questions and concerns if needed.
This home is a short drive from Polson, Whitefish, Kalispell and many area activities.
One tip I would leave for future guests..... If you intend to fish off of the dock, you need a special tribal permit. Lanni provides the office phone number for this, but we could never get anyone to answer the phone or return calls. We finally learned that the permits can also be purchased ($13) at WalMart in Polson, which turned out to be a much smoother process.
Thanks so much for a wonderful Flathead vacation!!! We would absolutely stay here again.

A beautiful, warm home with a wonderful view
We needed a weekend retreat to get away from the noise of everyday life and boy was this home the solution! The home is beautifully built and felt welcoming as soon as we arrived. The furniture and linens are very nice and the entire home was impeccably clean.
The home came fully stocked (minus food and drink of course) so that all you need to bring are the meals you want to cook. It truly felt like a high end hotel.
Visiting in mid spring meant we obviously couldn't take 100% advantage of the lake but it was still very relaxing and enjoyable. The kids were adventurous and dipped their toes in the water and had fun playing on the spacious waterfront. There are a ton of water toys available for when it warms up and the upstairs and downstairs decks provides for a calm and relaxing spot for those that don't want to venture into the water.
My favorite part was watching the sunset/sunrise over the mountains and the lake. I took advantage with a cup of coffee and the sounds of the forest and it was one of the best ways to start a morning.
We will definitely be returning when it warms up so we can take full advantage of the lake and the water toys.
