This was the first time in 9 years my husband and I got away just the two of us. It was for our 10 year wedding anniversary. The condo was clean. The view was beautiful. Everyone we met was kind. The condos were quiet. I really don’t think we heard any neighbors. The beach was clean. Would definitely like to stay here again with our whole family.

The condo 94 we stayed at was perfect for my husband and me! It was well stocked with anything you would need for the beach to having a meal in the unit. They had plenty of pillows to choose from that ranged from soft to firm! The bed was pretty comfortable as well! We went to the beach and rented the cabana and umbrella which was perfect for the first three days. We then spent some time at the pool on the other side of Palm Bay Club by the bay and that was really nice as well. Staff in the office were all very pleasant and professional!

I wish we could’ve stayed forever!!! A beautiful, clean and welcoming condo. The views were incredible from our balcony. The service from the employees at Palm Bay Club was top notch!! Can’t wait to go back!

It was very nice. The sunsets were amazing. Unit was nice clean and it was great that they had an umbrella that you could take to the beach. Cooper was very nice he brought out our beach chairs everyday. It was a pleasant vacation. We rented a car which was great. Unfortunately the pool you see from the balcony is not part of this property.

We had a wonderful stay both on 1st and 9th floor in April 2024. Our son, daughter-in-law and 20 month old grandson joined us - It was a first for our grandson. We had so much fun. What an amazing stay. The Palm Bay Club was as advertised and so much more. Beautiful grounds and amazing staff. My family was immediately impressed before entry to our room. This was only enhanced upon walking into our rental. What AN AMAZING condo! Every bit of attention was paid to the fine details to make our week-long stay perfect. There may not be a better view of the sunset in Siesta Key than there was from our balcony. From the decor, to the cleanliness, down to the little things like beach chairs and multiple appliances. They did not miss any details to make this place one of my favorites i've stayed in in all my travels. Its not a matter of if I book this condo again, its a matter of how soon can i book it again.

We have stayed at the Palm Bay Club many many times. Have always been pleased and enjoyed out stays except this time. Unit 094 was located right across from the trash/laundry room which made it very noisy. The unit itself was cheaply furnished. The white curtains the living room area had huge brown stains on them. The knives were almost all rusted and the kitchen was stocked with very old unusable items. We stayed a month and it was definitely not worth the money we paid. I will say the partial view from our unit was decent enough and the security and property staff were all great as usual.

We stayed for a few nights during a Christmas-time vacation. The views from the balcony are wonderful and the space was just the right size for the two of us during our short stay. The location is close to the Village and easy access to the beach. Very secure and overall great stay!

we could only stay 3 nights, but had to good beach days. Our last full day on the beach was just spectacular, not a cloud in the sky, no crowds, warm water and a gentile breeze. Looking forward to a longer stay next year

We have stayed in unit 94 twice. Our first experience was so good, we decided to go again. Second time was just as great as the first! The condo was so clean. It is equipped with everything you need. The king bed is very comfortable and the view is fantastic. We will be returning!

The resort in general is very nice. The view from 94 is great. The write-up for this unit insinuates it is updated. Well, the workmanship is junky. We saw two other units (104 & 118). These are updated nicer/ more modern making them look roomier and more comfortable. 94 had mold spots starting in the shower & patio doors, gaps around doors, bathroom door barely closed / force to lock. Poor attempt at shabby chic, just shabby. Would go again to Palm Bay. I would just choose a different unit.

But I needed medicine so I had to hike up the stairs The other issue was the dryer on our floor was terrible! I had to run out load three times to get it close to being dry

We really liked the one bedroom condo on the 9th floor. It was so close to the beach...just 10 steps from the front door. The open air covered balcony if our room looking to the northwest was my favorite! The king bed was very comfy. The pillows were not. We used the nice blow up mattress but I had to buy a 1.5 inch form mattress topper for it! After that, it too was comfy. Another king blanket and softer pillows would be a great addition. It does have a Keurig machine. Laundry and trash shoot are right across the hall...very convenient. Cleaners were desperate to get in the room and were knocking at 9:57am! I told them that I still had 3 minutes as I packed faster!! The office should tell people about Tower parking and about the trolley system/cabs etc to the village. Clean condo. Me and my two boys felt right at home in the little condo. The only other big negative was that there was only ONE ELEVATOR; owners of other units told me it has been that way for FIVE years with one broken!! I would stay here again.

The view from this 9th floor unit is even better than pictured. The building is older but we’ll maintained and immaculate. The unit decor is attractive and the furniture is comfortable and in good condition. The unit is small but has more than enough space for a couple. The kitchen had everything we needed except a cutting board. We bought one and took it home with us.

We've stayed at The Palm Bay Club in the past (bay side) and really enjoyed our time. This rental was nice overall, and the Oceanside views were nice also. The first day we had AC and door locking issues. Maintenance responded within 20 min and fixed it.
I personally did not find the bed comfortable but it suited us fine. New appliances were a great addition, and made it feel clean. I will say I think the condo needs a deep clean as there was a lot of dust and dirt. Having the beach umbrellas available were great for our toddler at the beach.
As always Palm Bay clubs private beach area is fantastic and their beach attendants are great. Pools were warm and clean as usual.

This was our 3rd time we stayed at Palm Bay. The staff was very accommodating. The unit we stayed in could use some updates such as a sofa bed instead of a blowup mattress. The furniture on the balcony needs to be replaced as it is very worn. All in all we enjoyed the views and location of the unit. We would recommend to family and friends.

good news was we came a week earlier this year and avoided most of the spring break college crowd.Bad news was this unit not decorated as nice as last year's place despite it being owned by the same person. No blinds for windows was the biggest pain. Also very inconvenient that only one elevator was operational in the Tower all week. (esp when on floor 9 and stairs aren't an option)
