Amazing views of Saranda and the sea. Very serene and quiet. Was able to gaze at the stars for the first time in years. Perfectly located at a tophill. Perfect for romantic getaways and escapes from the busy city life.

It's roughly a 10 minute drive from the nearest shop, so make sure you grab some late night snacks. There was a fridge with 2 bottles of water, tea and a teapot waiting for us when we arrived. The host kindly provided us with coffee when asked.

The view, a lot of silence and very clean, new furniture.

Wifi did not worked in the apartment. The router was placed in another apartment and it was no signal. One exact location (maybe on whatsapp) would of been userul, only with the address from the booking app was difficult to find. The location is on a hill, pretty up and google maps indications were on the main street. The location is very poor signalised. Staff there do not speak english. I missed one coffee machine.

The view from the location was amazing! Everything is new and clean.

The internet had a poor connection to some of the apartments. The road to the accommodation is a bit tricky. Would be nice if there was someone who could speak English.

Wonderful accommodation with the best view you could immagine

The suite has the most beautiful view over Sarandë and Ksamil, looking out to Corfu. The terrace is a perfect spot to enjoy the sunset, and chill out. The room is well decorated with comfortable bed and sofa. The bathroom is very nice with a good hot shower. The hosts provide fresh bedding and towels daily. It was spotlessly clean every day thanks to the lady who works hard up to keep it up.

There is a big problem here with lack of facilities/amenities. There is a fridge, but no options to cook or prepare food- no kitchenware, plates, cutlery. Just drinking glasses and a bottle opener. This would have been ok if there were nearby cafes or restaurants, but the place is very remote and the nearest restaurant needs a car to drive to. We ended up having to buy plates bowls and cutlery just so we could eat breakfast and the odd light meal. Whilst the hostess is very nice, the host was insistent, pushy and frankly rude. We were told to pay our €850 immediately on arrival, in cash and had to contact through booking.com to confirm we could pay by card. There is in fact a card machine despite him insisting you pay in cash. There are 2 building, each containing 2 suites. The walls between you and the neighbour are very thin, you can hear everything which got quite annoying when neighbours were up late partying. There’s also no privacy between your terrace and theirs- not the end of the world but for this very high price I would have expected more privacy and more peace and quiet. Value for money here is not good, especially given everything that is missing.

The owner was really stirck about the check out time. He extended the chexk out by 30 min (from 10:00 to 10:30). He showed up at 10:23 asking “are you leaving now?”. That was kind of weird and really uncomfprtable.

For thouse that are traveling with familys îs a good location, no need to go up for the 1 location, view over the blue Ionian sea and a good place to be on every evening with breeze blowing.

You need to plan to have food with you or else you will have to drive 15min to Ksamil to get whatever necessities you need

The apartment and everything in it was really clean, modern and spacious, and the owners are friendly.

The apartments and the suites are at different locations, so if staying in an apartment you will not have the same view as at the suites. The view is what you see only on the photos for the apartments. Also, the apartments are very close to where cows live, so you are definitely able to smell it.

That was the best view ever, in compare with any other hotel room I've ever had in my life. But many other things could be better, for sure. Incredible, stunning sea and mountain landscapes were 10/10. If you want to find a place with the view you will never forget - you should come to this place. Maybe i would like to come back also one day. And until this time maybe other things will be improved gradually also there, I hope. It was spacious nice looking room, the one out of two main ones with front sea view, that has picturesque sea panorama (the cheaper rooms that were on the backside of our main house I would not recommend, as they have no such view, you better pay a little more but you will get memories from this view for a lifetime). High wooden ceilings in the room I liked. It is quiet, remote place, practically almost no people (at least it was like that in august 2020): a good place for a calm rest with enough privacy from big crowd. There is a huge terrace where you can spend time contemplating unforgettable scenery. But it is not a real hotel - it is a guest house, with no services except cleaning (at least!), which is done by the owners themselves (as I guess they economise on hiring a cleaning lady) - by an elderly Albanian couple who pretend they are just managers, but no - they own this resort. This owners-couple were periodically making quarrels sorting out their relationships not far from our house, so we were forced to listen their loud bickering all the time (especially annoying shrill woman's voice), which were spoiling idyll and silence sometimes. And this place is very far from everything: most of the good beaches are not close (the closest beach to the hotel to which you have to go down the mountain, I didn't like at all). In general, the sea is very pleasant in this region, but I would not say that the beaches itself pleased me of how they equipped. They are small and crowded.

There is no kitchen in the room (which would be useful), so we couldn't cook (but there is a fridge that we were using all the time). This Guest House do not bother providing breakfast or lunch: NO food at all for this -not very cheap- price (which is 2 times higher then in other hotels). Going to the city is not so close, and you will have to go by car, which will take you a lot of time to drive somewhere, eat and come back, so you have to be ready for that. There is NO laundry which is a disaster for long term stay, despite owners had a washing machines for hotel needs, but they refused to help us to wash our clothes, which was not at all hospitable. There are no bathrobes in the shower; no electric kettle in the room to boil water (so I managed to receive from them rare specimen instead: antediluvian gas-ring burner); there were no standard warm blankets (only light sheets to cover and separate plaids which is not at all comfortable to combine); there are not enough shelves in the bathroom to put cosmetics. They have absolutely terrible night-lamps installed on the terrace that dazzle just in your eyes (for illumination of which owners may be vainly proud of, i presume),so that the view can't be clearly seen at the evening. I had to cut off the top part of 1Liter juice packs and cover these horrible lanterns like with a hubcap, so that they would not shine at night, since it was impossible to turn them off, which was a challenge. There is no any visual barrier with the terrace of the room next door to the left from where we have lived, so you are forced to constantly observe your neighbours, which deprives you of you privacy. They should plant bushes with human height size to separate this two front-view main-rooms terraces from each other to give guests a privacy they paid for. Cosmetics in the shower they did't change every day, I guess in order to save, until I reprimanded them.

They have amazing view from terrac, you can enjoy sunset or moon light, sea, nature :) they clean the room everyday and helping anything that you need or ask.

Was amazing experience, northing to annoyance

Amazing views and so peaceful. Helpful owners. It was great to be able to sit out on the terrace for hours if you want to avoid the crowded beaches. There are 2 beaches nearby which is handy but they can get busy.

The driveway up to the accommodation is not an easy one! It was reasonably well signed but could do with a sign outside the gates at the entrance. It would have been great to have tea/coffee making facilities. The fridge was really handy but it would have been great to be able to make hot drinks in the morning and enjoy the view. The WiFi was not strong in our room, but it wasn't a huge issue for us.
