Perfect house for a friends trip! We loved spending time on the deck overlooking the pond. Kevin was a great host, she was very accommodating and helpful! Even though it says it in the description, I forgot, so make sure to bring sheets…the host was very helpful with this though! Overall great house, would definitely stay again!!

Had a wonderful time at this lovely home. Well appointed. Clean. Conveniently located. But, the best part was the beautiful view, lovely deck and backyard, and peaceful environment. We didn't even want to leave to go to the beach (but we did). Kevin was helpful and gracious.

Kevin is very welcoming and accommodating. She reached out with check in information the week before our arrival, answered questions promptly, and was helpful with suggestions in the area. The house is located about 25 minutes to 2 of the National Seashore beaches, that we visited. The rail trail close by was very convenient as was the closeness of grocery stores/restaurants.

We had an excellent family vacation at Kevin’s house. The house was clean, cozy and well organized. There was enough room for four adults and two kids. The view of the pond with white water lilies from the deck was amazing and the house was just a short walk from Buck’s pond which was perfect for swimming. The owner was very nice, approachable and accommodating.

We had a lovely stay at this property. It is located 10 minutes in any direction to all that the Harwich area has to offer, and also close to Route 6. The pond out back is peaceful and gorgeous, and we really enjoyed using the deck. The rooms are spacious with lots of storage. The owner is caring and very communicative...so patient with any questions we had. Would be a great place for a larger family with older kids or parents who could stay downstairs and younger kids upstairs - plenty of room for all.

We loved our stay! The property is located on a peaceful pond which was incredible to wake up to. Centrally located, we had a quick drive to beaches, lakes, bays, and shopping. Kevin was extremely responsive and helpful with all of our questions. We will definitely be back!

Loved staying at this beautiful property. Deck overlooking pond in back of house was so relaxing. So close to everything. We didn't mind busy road in front, easy to back into driveway and get out. Quiet in the house and when sleeping, house decorated so quaintly, clean, spacious. Kevin thinks of everything, she is so kind! Took Harwich Ferry to Nantucket, excellent, loved Chatham as well, mini golf very fun, great swimming at Bucks Pond. Highly recommend!!

Had a good time at this property. It was clean and had everything we needed. It was close to a lot of restaurants and fun things to do, including a pass to Bucks pond- calm, clear water and a small sandy beach which is great if you have little kids.

We were a quick ride down the road to Buck's Pond. The four year old loved swimming out to the middle of the pond in his life jacket and building sand castles all afternoon. We tried two of the beaches around the pond, the home came with a parking pass which made getting there with young legs and grandparent legs more convenient. We did a day at Red River Beach, another great family friendly option. The cape shower was a great asset after each sandy swimming day. A great stay!

Kevin’s house is ideally located in the heart of Cape Cod, and next to a beautiful pond. The views on the pond are amazing, making the terrace exceptional. The house has everything needed for a family (including a pack n play, a booster seat, many toys…) and Kevin is a wonderful host that made everything easy for us. We would love to stay at Kevin’s house again.

We can not recommend staying in Kevins wonderful home highly enough. It has everything you need and it really feels like a home away from home. It is not a clinicly cold modern place with spartan intrior, but a well kept "real" home with attention to detail. We loved it...especially the view across the Lake!
Everything on the Cape is quite close from there, with some very nice free beaches only minutes away.
And then there is Kevin....she is the most wonderful host you can imagine. She made sure everything was in order, could easily be reached for help or info, yet never intruded on our privacy. We can not thank her enough for that brillant week at her place.

We stayed here in June 2022. House was clean and a decent size for a family of 4. Owner is super responsive to requests. Great pond views and the kayak was an added bonus for my boys to use. Location was great - centrally located to both Chatham and Orleans (Nauset Beach).

This house was clean and very comfortable for 4 adults, 2 couples. It sits on a large pond with beautiful views., lots of seating and a fire pit. Centrally located,
it’s a mile to bike path and a few miles to shops and restaurants. The owners live on property up stairs and were lovely

Very nice getaway spot, hosts are freindly and responsive. The pond view is lovely and peaceful. The hosts provide beach pass for access to fresh water lakes. Harwich is proximate to other Cape Cod favorites. (two notes--property located on active street, not set-up for walking/ kitchenette well equipped to prepare simple meals- note no oven).

Loved our stay in this very comfortable and relaxing apt with a spectacular view of an idyllic pond out the back and kitchen windows. The location is perfect to be able to get to many of the Cape's tourist and leisure destinations. Kevin was attentive to any of our queries or needs in a timely manner. Kevin was very nice and hospitable, she even checked in with us every now and then to make sure we were doing okay. Check in was super easy, Kevin even let us come a bit early which was great since we had a long drive. We loved the pond view, it was a very nice spot in the morning to sit on the deck and enjoy a coffee. The location was perfect! In the heart of Cape Cod and not too far of a drive to other highlights of the Cape in either direction. Our favorite thing was that Kevin supplies us with a pass to Bucks Pond, which was a highlight of our trip! It was a very clean lake that you can swim in and a nice small beach that wasn't too crowded. Loved it!

Wonderful location in the heart of the Cape! The house was clean and comfortable with everything we needed in the kitchen. The outdoor shower was lovely to rinse off the sand after a day at the beach. And the owner always responded quickly when we had questions. Would recommend this to anyone wanting to visit Cape Cod.

Great Spot
Stayed here for this year’s summer vacation to the Cape and it was great. We’ve stayed in a few different places and this one was the best yet. From the backyard view, to the fire pit, to the cleanliness of the property, it was a slam dunk. Would certainly recommend this to a friend.
