Friendly Staff, good location

Great Location. Comfortable Bed. Clean.

Was advertised with free parking - in reality only 2 hours. On confirmation it stated meal deal for guests at £5.95 per person per meal for lunch and/or evening meal, this was declined by proprietor. Shower although clean was very very weak in pressure. We booked this accommodation on the proviso of free parking and the meal deal - which when we asked said "there is no parking" and "never heard of any meal deal" - very disappointed.

Fantastic location , in the centre of town , super friendly pub with superb food , accomodation was cosy clean and staff amazing . Nothing was too much trouble.

Absolutely nothing we didnt like .

Location was great, right in the town centre. Plenty of free parking in the street outside. Staff friendly & helpful. Landlord offered to help with my bags. A good atmosphere. Breakfast, at additional cost, was of good quality.

A little more outside lighting to help you navigate your way from room to street and visa versa. Gates were a little tricky to open and secure again with the bungee cord.

Comfortable, spotless and beautifully decorated room. It's set back from the pub so was remarkably quiet despite being right off the market place. Everyone in the pub were very friendly. Food and drink prices very reasonable. Can't fault it.

Central location for what we wanted, friendly, helpful staff.

Pub & restaurants closed early so we had to dine somewhere else, this was probably due to the time if year. Shower very disappointing, not much power. Immediately outside our accommodation was a marquee & due to the windy weather we could hear it flapping all night 0

Love this place,it's very clean and is situated opposite the market place. Staff are great as are the owners. Stayed a few times now when we visit family..

Clean, modern and great location, in the centre of the town.

Would have been nice to have a fridge in the room.

Located right in middle of town, room was excellent, staff great, food was good, can't really fault it.

No parking on site, 2 HR free parking outside but staff told us of a free car park 2 mins walk away

The location was perfect for us. We were attending a family get together. We had a drink at the bar but we did not have breakfast.

A nice quiet relaxing town with ducks running around, people are friendly

There was not anything about it that was unpleasant overall it was clean and welcoming

All members of staff were friendly and welcoming and the accommodation itself for our stay was very comfortable, and good nights sleep was had for both nights.

It was ok for 1 night. But it is an awful place to get too on Market Day.

I didn't like that I had clicked on breakfast, and when arrived to be told they didn't do it. Also to be told that he was too lazy to get up and cook it.
