Gorgeous location with perfect access to the water. We brought the boat and the lift worked perfect with access straight to the lake. Next time we will also bring the skis for the lift next to it.

We loved this property. Plenty of bedrooms and great location on the River. Quiet community and easy access to groceries, boat launch, restaurants. Everything you need is here!! The only complaint we had really has nothing to do with this property itself. So mainly just an FYI for other renters. The neighbors many cats roam the yard and irritated our dogs, that we did bring with us. Couldn’t leave the dog food outside for them during the day as the cats would eat it all. Other than that this is a fantastic property and we will be visiting again. Highly recommend

The house was ok. It was close to town, and we had family photos made by a photographer on the dock that turned out beautiful. I should have checked the square footage, because the house was smaller than I thought it would be. No dishwasher. The dock was not suitable for a boat rental.

Property was great for us with some of our kids. Bedrooms were clean and comfortable, porch and breeze way added places to hangout. Dock is great for chilling with the lily pad. Little things could be improved - like ice maker didn't work and we weren't aware.

Enjoyed our stay. Everything worked and it was easy and close to everything.

We had a very nice stay at this house with all of our adult children. The house is a great set up for a large group, with plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms. The outdoor spaces are excellent! There is a covered carport area with nice seating, a screened in dining area, a beautiful treed yard, a covered dock, and nice boat launch area. We had plenty of places to congregate over the weekend. We had an issue with the AC, which was attended to in a timely fashion. My only recommendation would be to bring any special kitchen things you might require if you plan on cooking, as the kitchen is pretty basic. We planned ahead and had no problems.

My family enjoyed their stay here. The location was particularly top-notch; the water was right there and despite the chill, there was kayaking and swimming. A place to put our feet up while sitting is the only addition we'd recommend.

My husband and I rented this house for us and a large group of our friends. We were all very comfortable the whole time. there was plenty of seating for all of us to hang out together. The guys love to fish so they particularly loved the dock and available kayak the house provided. It rained the second day we were there, however everyone was still able to have fun under the COVERED patio, which was very spacious. the walk to the water was also very pretty and had steps that made it easier for those who have a hard time going downhill. I defiantly recommend this for anyone who is looking to stay in Kingsland!!

This place is awesome!!! Conveniently located, awesome view, very accommodating, and great host. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. We hope to return!!!

We absolutely loved our stay at the Wake Zone! It's the perfect spot for your family and there's plenty of space for everyone within the 5 bedroom house. The backyard and boat dock was amazing! We thoroughly enjoyed fishing, swimming, and taking our boat out for the day. It just had everything we needed and then some - will certainly be visiting again!

Very relaxing stay. Pictures on line show the main living space to be roomier than it is. The beds were comfortable and the floor plan allowed for sleeping in. Overall would recommend.

Great house! All five bedrooms were cute and comfortable. For us, the lake/river was a bit too busy with boats and jet skis, but we loved using the jet ski ramp for our kayaks. Surprisingly, the covered patio ended up being our favorite hang out spot. It was perfect for washers and had a nice breeze almost the whole time. Temps were super high but the house stayed cool and between the shade, the breeze, and the cool water we were able to enjoy the outdoors as well. Our only complaint was the kitchen. We were short on silverware and dish towels, but those were quickly delivered when we brought it to the owner’s attention. As an earlier reviewer stated, the pots and pans were pretty bad. If you plan on cooking, I would pack a saucepan and skillet. There was a nice griddle, though, and a crock pot. Plus, lots of wine openers and measuring cups. All in all, it’s the perfect spot for a big group that enjoys boating.

This property worked great for all ages (27 to 89). Having three bathrooms was a plus and the outdoor spaces were amazing! Close to grocery. Great dock and screened in porch! Not having a dishwasher was doable. (We did purchase a dish rack at the dollar store.) We would definitely book again and enjoyed this area of the lake very much!

The property was very clean and in great shape when we arrived. Everything matched with the online photos. We had a great time and had plenty of space with 4 adults and 5 small children.

This was a perfect place for our family. Everyone had their own bedroom and the decor in the home was so pretty. We even caught fish from the nice dock.

This home is filthy. You can’t cook due to the smoke detector directly above the stove. The furniture is uncomfortable. The pots and pans, towels and other kitchen utensils are cheap and unusable. The location on the lake is lovely. The fully fenced yard is nice. It needs an outdoor fire pit.
