This 4 bedroom ranch home worked well for our family visit to southern Utah. The location is a half hour from Springdale and is easy to find. There is a grocery close by which does sell beer. If you need more than beer, you'll apparently have to go to Hurricane. House is clean, well laid-out, and comfortable. TVs, grill, appliances, washer/dryer, garage door all worked fine. There were a few minor things that needed attention which the host will hopefully address. One ceiling/light didn't work. A chair and towel rack needed repair. Non-stick pans were worn out. Showers had shampoo and conditioner, but no soap or body wash. The standard check-in, check-out messages from the host were good. But I didn't get answers or acknowledgement of messages sent TO the host through VRBO. If you need something, you will probably need to call him.

We enjoyed our stay here. The house was clean and comfortable. The neighborhood and home are a little dated, but we didn’t mind as the location is so convenient to Zion and we had everything we needed. The owner was great to communicate with! Thanks for a lovely stay.

Two families stayed at this beautiful home. The layout of the house is perfect. The house is very clean and comfortable. You don’t feel like you are staying at an stranger’s house. The home decor is beautiful but just enough, so you don’t have to worry about little ones bumping into something and breaking any decor. Bedding and towels were very clean. The kitchen spacious and well stocked of dinnerware for any meals. The distance to Zion was very convenient. The rental manager was gracious to accommodate our check out time when we requested a few extra hours to watch a sporting event. Also, there are a few options to buy groceries not that far from the house. The washer and dryer were a life saver. We loved our stay at this house and we plan to rent again in the near future. I would recommend to friends and family for sure.

The house is nice, clean and cozy. It has spacious bedrooms. The neighborhood is quiet. Location is convenient to Zion National park, about 35 minute drive. It takes about 2 and half hours to drive to Bryce National park. We are very satisfied with the house for staying 3 nights from 9/21/2022 and will rent this house again if We come back. The property manager, Tyler Howard is very nice and often contacts me for any concern I have and if I have any problems for check in.

This home was very nice and the location for perfect for hitting the canyons we were visiting in Zions.

We were very impressed and happy with our choice staying in La Verkin. This home is well maintained and was very spacious and cozy for our family of five. We very much enjoyed our time here. During our stay, we visited Zion National Park (approx. 30 minutes), Kolab Canyon (approx. 15-20 min.) and Sand Hollow State Park (approx. 15 min.). We had lots of fun at Zion and did many hikes except The Narrows which was closed due to flash flooding (giving us a reason to come back!). At Sand Hollow State Park, the kids enjoyed cliff jumping. Tyler was very easy to communicate with and a great host!

We enjoyed our stay. All appliances and facilities were clean and available. Definitely recommend the place.

A large house for a great price. We used this place as an anchor house to go to Zion national Park, the north rim of the Grand canyon, and Bryce national Park

My sister and I and our spouses take a vacation together every year. This year we planned to visit Zion and Bryce Canyon. We chose this home for its location to the entrance of Zion. It was perfect. The home was very clean. It had 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Kitchen was stocked with anything needed for cooking. Included a coffee pot, toaster and blender. There is a very nice patio off the back of the house with table and chairs and a gas grill. We did not watch much TV but for those that do, you have Netflix, Hulu, Amazon available. LaVerkin is adjacent to Hurricane and you really can’t tell where one ends and the other begins so the towns have everything needed including good restaurants and a Walmart Super Center. I would highly recommend this nice home in LaVerkin. Tyler was so easy to work with and reached out when we arrived to make sure we had no problems getting in, which we did not.
