Friendly staff, awsome meals

I rezerved in this hotel 2 rooms, we was a family with 3 teenager .The internet did not working, only in the reception, I need pay extra 6 £ per day with my phone company to have internet.In my kildrem room the shower was broken, and the TV not working. I told in reception in the first day to fixit but until we went nobady fix it. The food very poor, also de drinks, not shows in the nights, for the kids not ice cream, not sweets. To have an omlete and 2 pancakes we need to wait in a queue 30 minutes. This hotel like 3 star hotel, horible, I do not recomend too anyone. They have their one private beach and there I have my drinks and sweets for my kids. The staff there did not let us drink our one drinks and my kids was impossible eat they sweets. This was with the pourpuse to buy their expensive drinks. Not good transpor from the hotel to the beach only 6 persons ecach time. We need whait there long time to return I will complain to my booking to do not sale like 5 stars hotel when this is like 3 stars. I will never return to this hotel. I am verry dissapointed because I payed lot of money, and I am sorry for my kids because we meeded to go out to buy food, drinks, fruits.and ice creams Please read the reviews beffore to go there. Every days they had lot of complains Horible, Horible it is a shame A bad dream!!! The worse hotel in the last 10 years and I travel every 3 months.

Hotel has so much potential Shame that the man agent seem to be keen in providing the minimum of everything So Wi-Fi was horrible only at lounge and still weak . Food was not the best as not a lot of protein is in offer rather a haven for vegg ppl. The room was decent with bed comfy yet tv was rubbish didn’t accommodate to foreigners and channels scrambled. No Wi-Fi available and got quite boring after 8 pm. The air con was 6/10 as looked old but did do the job just about. Staff friendly hard working . Pool 1&2 really good. Decent refreshments available through out . Snacks too All in all it is advertised as a 4* but really 3* I would say It’s ok value for money but one would except in 2022 Wi-Fi is a must with good coverage and better food on offer seeing turkey is a heaven for fruit veg and protein and Turkish cuisine is renowned throughout the world as a top cuisine .

This hotel is a very low quality, it’s dirty, neglected, towels and sheets are dirty and you need to ask several times for the service to change it. The food is okay but on the bar you have only one type of beer and one type of drink, alcohol is mixed with water and it’s also low quality. Private beach is shared with other hotels, is very far away and it has almost no sand, mostly mud. The bigger pool was okay, but it’s also old and neglected, the same as the whole hotel. We liked the smaller pool, it was enjoyable and peaceful. The only complaint regarding the pool might be a water filtration, I don’t know if it’s normal but the water was a bit salty. There was a really bad smell coming from our bathroom all the time, the room wasn’t cleaned properly, the floor was dirty. Balcony door was broken, the TV wasn’t working and there is no place to dry swimming suits or towels. On the Internet you can find the information that this is 4 stars hotel but I suppose it is not true, the quality is really bad and there is no sign in the building about that rating, instead there are only printed old 4 point reviews from tripadvisor.

I was here with my whole family, and we all loved our stay here, its not perfect but defenitly worth a higher rating then it has now (5.7) Staff was superfriendly speacially towards my old parents, Food was at times deliscious, great large pool and another midsize pool just nearby, They allowed us to choose our rooms, and we got uppgraded to rooms with poolview, very thankful for that.

Distance to beach may be a problem for some, however the nice large pool was more then enough for us. wifi was kind of weak sometimes.

Smimming pool was ok Food - first 2 days, food selection and quality was very weak. Poor wifi signal quality.

I reserve 2 room 1 twins bed and king size bed and other room is just twins bed as i booked from booking app When arriving to the hotel I shocked first thing no elevator it should be room service carrying our bags to the room, no one picked up ( ok never mind) 2nd shock the room’s same twins bed and when telling the reception ( you reserve from app we can’t change it ) in photos ther was a beach ( the real it’s far 15KM) i take ALL INCLUSIVE just breakfast and lunch and dinner with water is free ( thay typed all free including mini bar ) am sorry to say that but that’s a true i will never reserve any more in this bad hotel and expensive for service typed in Booking.com

The property is good but the manager was bad with us. My new shoes wast stolen in the room 151 and manager refuse to buy to me another one or pay its sum
