Wonderful location. Well stocked kitchen. Enough beds for the 5 of us. Parking for 2 vehicles. Quiet neighborhood. Helpful that doors had locking instructions posted. Very much appreciated that beach chairs and towels were provided even though we brought our own.
Master bed was not as comfortable as I would have liked as I have hip issues. But younger people may be fine.

The house is located a few steps away from the beach. Very quiet neighborhood. The kitchen is very well equipped.
Wifi works well as I had to work some days.
Umbrella and chairs are provided to take them to the beach.
The house is lovely with 2 leaving rooms, 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms.
He had a wonderful time here. And definitely we will be back soon.

Very very nice place. Updated countertops, comfortable bed. Clean. Great location. Good AC and water pressure. Updated shower. We would love to rent again!
TV operating instructions could be posted or left somewhere. 3-4 remotes!?? Some beach chairs would be nice and a fan for the Master bedroom.

Wonderful home , hosts provided everything and more and access to the beach, groceries were terrific. Would stay here again. We had a family of five with three teenage daughters and it was perfect for us all.

We did not have cable for 5 days of our stay.
Beach chairs are for children! They cannot hold an adult , they don’t lounge back so at the beach you were so uncomfortable!!! Not sure why he didn’t go for proper beach chairs!!!

Very spacious condo, the pictures don't reflect that. Despite the fact that you have to cross the Gulf Dr to get to the beach, it's only 200 steps from the beach, which makes it a shorter walk to the beach than of many properties elsewhere on the island located on the oceanside of Gulf Dr.
With literally almost everything being perfect about this property, the only minor improvement I would suggest is to fix the slow-filling toilet in the master bathroom.

Amazing location just across the street from the beach.The path is flat all the way across which made taking a beach cart very easy. As well it is central to most of the popular restaurant locations to the north and Publix to the south. The place was exceptionally clean, there was not one bit of sand, hair, or mildew anywhere, which is almost unheard of. The king bed was comfortable enough, however did not try out the other beds. Shower was nice in master with great water pressure.
Nothing really, if I had to say something the towels were scratchy, but that’s it.

Excellent location! I was surprised with how roomy it was! It was also so close to the beach (right across the street!). I would recommend! Nice and quiet neighborhood and amazing location! Loved my stay and the host was accommodating and answered my questions timely!

Location was great
It’s a duplex and not a home as advertised.

Convenient to the beach. Not a lot of vehicle traffic. Water flow was strong & hot water for showers. Modern appliances.
WiFi could be stronger as Roku constantly buffered. DVD player connected to big TV did not work - disc drawer was jammed. One sofa cushion was stained. As we removed king bed sheets, it revealed a blood stain.

Toilet paper rolls half empty on arrival only to realize no extra TP in the middle of the night. Only paper product in the house was coffee filters.
Twin bed mattresses are bad and head frame was not mounted so very noisy.
