Casa adosada que consta de, planta baja tiene una habitación de matrimonio con tv / dvd y spa en la habitación con baño con ducha. A la parte trasera de la casa tenemos instalaciones de lavandería, almacenamiento de bicicletas con 4 bicicletas de montaña, 4 patinetas, todas usadas a riesgo propio más cascos que puede utilizarse en cualquier momento durante su estancia, así como tablas de surf para su diversión en la playa. También hemos dejado 2 juegos de palos de golf (no es bueno pero bueno para una ronda)
Frente de la unidad tiene una sala de estar con tv y dvd
Cocina principal en el segundo piso y área de comedor con balcón y zona de barbacoa, incluye TV por cable / DVD. Continuamos tenemos baño principal / inodoro y 2do dormitorio de la reina
Tercera planta área familiar principal con tv / dvd con 2 sofás cama desplegables también se completa con una mesa de juegos. Siga hasta la habitación superior que contiene 2 camas individuales.
Toda la ropa suministrada, camas con donnas y tapetes, también se suministran toallas
En este paquete, si viaja con un bebé, tenemos una cuna porta, una trona y un cochecito de bebé para su conveniencia

Esta es la ubicación privilegiada, ya que está situado a 1 minuto a pie del skatepark y la playa para sus senderos de ocio a lo largo de la playa y alrededor del lago Pertobe. También en su puerta trasera 1 minuto a pie de mineral spa, 15 minutos a pie caminar a la aldea marítima y una hora en coche a los 12 apóstoles en el océano Grande, media hora en coche de la encantadora ciudad de Portfairy
Warnabool tiene buenos restaurantes de hecho al lado está el Seabal y el Ladybay y, no se olvide de su centro de artes recién reformado, que el entretenimiento es de alto nivel, así como su cine abierto los 7 días de la semana

This house was in a great location. Unfortunately it was incredibly dirty, definitely not up to standards. We will not be coming back to stay here.

Filthy shower recess with visible mould. Biscuits under the bed. Disposable bed pad under the mattress protector. Power went off when using spa. No bbq. Balcony seating covered in bird droppings.

Some areas need more cleaning and issue with old power board that the heater was plugged into overheating.

Wasn't very clean as we found a lot of rubbish including an apple core eaten and rotting away under the couch, rubbish in the bedside tables, no remote for the downstairs spitsystem, broken childproof gate and the highchair for babies is not secure and is dangerous as well as the railings outside balcony is rotting away as well as rats living on the balcony but apart its in a reasonable location

We enjoyed the stay plenty of room for us all, maybe a little cleaner a few cobwebs and spiders around. Thought by the pics it had a BBQ but unfortunately it didn’t. Otherwise all good

Great location
We did enjoy our stay here in Warrnambool. The property is close to the beach and breakwater and a short drive to the shops and restaurants. Three stories of town house means lots of room to spread out.

This property was not very clean, l had to ask to empty the bin ,the railing on the wall is just hanging on.over all condition of the property needs some maintenance.

Ideal location for a beach getaway
A fabulous location and great set up for families with separate areas for adults and teens. Although the building is clearly not new it is clean and functional. Would recommend and stay again.

Great spot
The property is in a great location next the parks and beach. All amenities provided and can comfortably cover family groups. It was clean and well maintained and the owner was a coma dating to our requests. The spa was a great touch. We'll be back.

Excellent Accommodation
We took or cousins who are visiting from Chile to Warrnambool for a 3 night stay. It was a great choice of accommodation! All we needed to take was clothing, toothbrush and tooth paste. The property was fully equipped with clean linen, towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, the kitchen was well equipped with everything you would need for breakfast, lunch and dinner and not to mention the sporting equipment and soccer table. The kids were entertained and the bikes were great and allowed us to explore the area. The location was superb close to the beach and Pertobe park. It gave us a great opportunity for walking and leaving the car behind during our stay. The BBQ was a great too and made lunch easy to prepare. It was clean and well maintained. I would definitely recommend this property to family and friends. Great location and great accommodation! Thank you :)

Great location - few items to fix
The location was great, the kids play room was well used by the kids and the kitchen and lounge rooms were good for the number of adults we had. But the fold out lounge type beds were so uncomfortable that even the kids would not sleep on them so I would not recommend staying there with more than 6 people. Also stove top did not work and washing machine had to be filled by a bucket.

Perfect place to stay
We stayed one night in April 2016, there were 7 people including 2 kids. Everything was perfect, a lot of space especially for kids, they spent all the time upstairs playing games table. Ideal location just minutes to the beach and famous "oddball" island, close to huge adventure playground.

We loved our stay, only had to take clothes and shoes. Plenty of space for the whole family even during wet weather. Kids love it. if you take a crawling little one maybe take along a pop in gate, we use boogy boards to block the stairs but if you're there a few days a gate would be better.

Felt claustrophobic
I was glad we were only there one night. The kitchen was well set out but everything else seemed second hand - the beds were not comfortable or the pillows - it was a nice touch though having the bikes.

Excellently equipped for large Families
Best family accommodation that we've ever stayed in. Everything was provided, we only needed clothing and food. Perfect location, walk to the beach, Lake Pertobe, the Skate Park, the BBX track, and the breakwater.
Even on the rainy days the kids were entertained with games, and the fooseball table. The addition of bikes, skateboards, and boogie boards meant that our 6 kids never had a chance to say "I'm bored" for the entire week that we were there.
As a family with limited income, we are saving like crazy to come back, hoping to make this destination a yearly event.
Thank you Tony and Elise for a wonderful, relaxing and stress free holiday. You truly have thought of everything for families.

Great times ahead for those that stay here.
Amazing location for the property! It cannot be understated just how well equipped the apartment is and the inclusion of bikes and boogie boards made packing and transport during the stay a breeze. We found the property to be more than adequately clean however ran into issue with the hot water not being very hot, or having the longevity for the 8 people as advertised. Owners also deserve commendations for being fair, understanding and easy to communicate with whilst also offering an incredibly good deal.

Great location, but....
Although this is in a great location, the cleanliness of the place wasn't good, I had to vacuum floors and clean bathroom and kitchen as cleaner had done terrible job. Also the spa doesn't ever have hot water only tepid water so no romantic hot spas and takes ages to half fill using hot tap only as otherwise water would be cold! Would be nice accomadation place if things ironed out.

What a lovely place!A delightful property which has everything you would want for a getaway. Our only regret was that we only had one day. Our children loved the bedroom in the loft which had a lovely entertainment area with a great game table. All bedrooms were extremely comfortable, with the kitchen well equipped and very functional.
