This is our second stay at Pat’s. We love this house. - superb location, a few blocks from downtown. - cozy rooms, deluxe bedding. - great kitchen for cooking - beautiful patios for coffee and reading The only thing to mention is it can be noisy (traffic) because it’s on a Main Street. But that doesn’t matter to us. Everything else is divine. We will stay here every time we visit if it’s available. Pat is a very responsive hostess!

The house was very clean and incredibly well furnished. The owner clearly takes pride in providing plenty of towels, lovely bath accessories and a wide range of kitchen supplies. Located within an easy walking distance to downtown, we loved coming and going to all the events in historic Flagstaff without having to drive. We had a truly wonderful stay - I would highly recommend this property.

Comfortable, spacious and well-equipped house in a fantastic location. Yes, there's a bit of traffic noise from San Francisco, but only the upstairs bedroom actually fronts on that street. The host, Pat, is responsive and friendly. We'd absolutely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay in Flagstaff. The location of the property is very close to downtown restaurants and shopping. All within walking distance. The owners communicated well and were accommodating.

Perfect location just a short walk from historic Rte 66 shops and restaurants! And, despite being on a main street, the noise was quite minimal. The house is really unique and a bit quirky but so comfortable and inviting. We appreciated the large dining table and spacious living area with plenty of seating, perfect for our large family! We were all able to be in the same room without feeling crowded at all. I especially loved sitting by the fireplace, with a glass of wine, watching the snow fall thru the huge picture window. So relaxing! Pat also has an art cabinet which is a super cool touch! We were fortunate to spend time outside around the fire pit our 1st day as it snowed a ton the next 2. The consensus from our party of 8 was all positive! We hope to return later this year when it's warmer to enjoy the house and more of the yard!

The location was PERFECT. All rooms and mattresses cozy. Every detail was taken care of. Sleeping with windows open, fresh air, the smell of rain- magical. The fire pit in the evening wrapped in a blanket- relaxing. It sits on a busy road, but you hardly notice. The gardens are beautiful. The kitchen perfectly equipped. Divine fluffy towels in the bathrooms. Perfect location to walk downtown. Or take a loop up towards hospital. We saw a sweet little deer along the trail. I hate to give a glowing review because everyone will know the secret of this wonderful home. Cannot wait to go back.

Big house! Everything you need and close to downtown. Flagg weather is great. Enjoyed the outdoors and the patios on the house. I’ll be back.

This home had everything our family needed and more. The location was perfect for taking a quick walk downtown to do some shopping, as well as easy driving access to the ski slopes. Pat was a wonderful and responsive host and her home was very clean. We can’t wait to stay here again.

The property met all expectations based on description and photos with perfect location in Flagstaff. Would certainly stay again with the space perfect for family with the four bedrooms and patio space out front and back. No issues during our stay and excellent communication with Patricia when we arrived and settled in.

The house is situated north on San Francisco street, with lovely outdoor seating in both front and back of the house. The house was clean and well kept. A full kitchen and nice decor, and a great sitting area indoors too. We stayed here as a jumping off point for multiple day hikes in Flagstaff. It proved to be a great relaxing point for us. Also, being that it was walking distance to downtown, it was easy to find food when we weren't in the mood to cook. I would definitely stay here again.

No AC except for a loud portable unit upstairs, which needs it on hot days, the rest of the house was comfortable even in the heat wave. Convenient walk to downtown and great restaurants. The home was more than we expected and we appreciated all of the amenities. We even brought our reusable Christmas tree for the kids, but there was already a tree available. [Thank you! The best thing about this property is the location. It is an easy walk to downtown, so close that we were able to walk down to get our takeout orders. There is ample off-street parking with room for two cars in the cavernous detached garage as well as a large driveway/alley area. The driveway has a steep curb due to city regulations. The neighborhood is very pretty, with 1920s-era houses and lovely yards. There is also a small park and duck-laden pond within walking distance. The house itself, which is an old structure that has been remodeled more than once, has an unusual layout, and several design features suggest that it was perhaps not originally built to be a house but was instead some type of public building. The "master bedroom suite" is an extremely large glorified finished attic and we did not use it, which made this effectively a three-bedroom, one bath unit. We had some problems with the fireplace, which is not merely decorative but is part of the heating system; however, the owners communicated promptly and helped us get everything working properly. The kitchen is good for basic cooking but with so many restaurants nearby, we did not need to use it very much. The bedrooms that we did use were comfortable and nicely appointed.

Beautifully decorated, multi-bedroom retreat in Downtown Flagstaff. Artistic touches throughout, from unique wrought iron features in lush back and side gardens to charming interior décor with comfort and style in mind. Well appointed kitchen suitable for gourmet cooking or just heating to-go orders from nearby, terrific restaurants and microbreweries (walkable to Brix, Josephine's, Mama Burger, Hops on Birch, Beaver Street Brewery, Dark Sky, Mother Road, etc.). Wonderful and relaxing backyard with conversation seating/ and natural gas firepit. Comfortable beds, nicely furnished and immaculate throughout. Pictures do not do justice to this charming, historic beauty, nestled in an upscale mountain neighborhood. Pat is an attentive host and we look forward to our next stay at this superb VRBO property!
