Parking is limited near the entrance. We had to Park near the casino a bit far from the entrance.

The rooms felt extra small two queen beds, rooms were stuffy no air circulation even with ac/box going all night

large spacious room however the room lightign was POOR, dim and I couldn't see well.

The lighting in twhe room was very dim, I cpouldn't see well. On;ly 2 weak bed lights and a small wall light near the TV.

This is my second stay at this hotel. Both times were great. It’s clean, quiet and the rooms are very well laid out.

It’s really only a minor thing but the toilet paper holder is in an awkward spot in relation to the toilet. I found it easier just to grab the Kleenex rather than reach back to the TP holder.

There are better hotels in Peterborough, so search around. Here are my reasons: They use throw-size pillows instead of normal queen or king size pillows for the bed.. which I've never seen at a hotel before.. it felt like I was sleeping on a friend's couch; very loud heater that activated every 5 minutes (I had to use ear plugs to sleep); the breakfast offerings were gross and soggy; the gym equipment was cheap and the stretching mats had a ton of dirt marks on them; there's only a few parking spots, so I had to park far away in another lot; I got overcharged for my room (it was almost 20% higher than booking.com's confirmed amount) and it's been very difficult for the hotel to reverse the charges... even after I showed the front desk agent my confirmed booking total from their own staff via booking.com and email confirmation. As a result, I had to contact booking.com, send them information, and waste everyone's time in the process. In other words, the service was lacking and there was zero empathy for my experience. As one of the more expensive hotels in the area, I expected at least a 7/10 experience, but got 3/10.
