The apartment was spacious, well equipped and in a brilliant location. The bed was really comfortable.

The amount of messages I received prior to staying at the apartment was off putting. I booked the apartment which was over £250 for 2 nights. I was then told that I must pay either another £25 damage waiver or £250 plus a £10 admin fee for damages. I duly filled out the requested forms only to be asked multiple times to complete them, even though I had done and messaged to tell them. When we got to the property there were a number of signs around the apartment telling us to take our shoes off and not to let our child run up and down the hall. I completely understand that the owner wants the apartment to be looked after but I found the extra money and all the messages about being careful, clean and quiet very off putting. It did not make me feel particularly welcome or relaxed which I should have done when spending £250 for 2 nights.

It was dirty and had to be re leaned. It took 24 hours for this to happen.

Good location , near bars and restaurants and shops

Kitchen tap exploded on turning on , had to mend myself. Not all windows able to open. Bathroom a little tight. Couldn’t work the hob.

Central location excellent, very spacious apartment.

Very minor improvements would make it more comfortable. Kitchen towel, soap in main bathroom, keys for bedroom windows, bins in bedrooms, more teaspoons, note on how to close ensuite shower door properly. All very minor.

The two flights of stairs were an issue. My wife pulled a muscle and found the stairs difficult.

few things missing in the kitchen such a tea towels and a French press. when we arrive the travel cot we requested wasn’t set up, after half an hour of struggling to set it up we realised it was broken. a quick phone call and they brought us a new one out which was great, but the hassle would have been saved if it was set up for us in the first place. there was also no additional towel despite the addition of the travel cot so I just ended up sharing with my baby, again not a big deal but something that could be easily fixed.

Mattress too soft/broken. Kitchen crockery, cookware very lacking. Microwave broken. Not full inventory of kitchenware. Upstairs apartment very noisy.

Very spacious, bright and airy. Great location too! Nice decor and good facilities.

There could of been a few more facilities in the kitchen for cooking. Also felt like there were ‘rules’ we had to follow - we had to leave the property in an immaculate condition (even though there is a £50 cleaning cost within the price) such as wiping down the kitchen and taking the bins out. We have a small baby and would have preferred not to have had to done all this at the end of our stay.

The property was very clean and comfortable. Nice trendy furniture and decor. Everything you need for a relaxing, comfortable break.

The apartment was lovely, cosy with everything we needed inside it's such a pity we went at a time when work was being completed and we were not even informed.

The fact that there was scaffolding up outside most if the windows including sitting/dining room windows and a bathroom.Also workmen appeared the next morning to fix the roof they were two workmen stood at sitting room level looking in at us!!! We had to go out first thing in the morning to avoid this, we had to have breakfast out.We were not informed about scaffolding and any work going on outside that building more so outside the apartment we were staying in!!! It was so unfair, first thing in the mornings hearing workmen and then seeing them looking in at us, it felt very intimidating!!!

Sofa not very comfortable, style over substance. Also 1 chair, could do with 2 comfortable sofas or corner sofa unit especially if there were 4 people staying at the property.

Its location, close to bars cafes and shops. Although not on the sea front the distance was not far It had Everything you could think of. Spotlessly clean. Very comfortable

Lovely and spacious, clean,light and bright in lounge area due to 3 windows..open plan to kitchen which was nice.One of the 1st things you notice is how soft the carpet is!!Ideal location,short walk to beach.i could quite easily of stayed here much longer!I definitely recommend this apartment..lovely and quiet too .If you book here enjoy!😀🍦
