Spectacular Home with Private Beach Rights
Hermosa casa con cinco dormitorios y 3. 5 baños. Nuestra casa ofrece una gran cocina con encimeras de Corian y electrodomésticos de alta gama, 5 habitaciones y un estudio privado con cama Queen (para 12 personas), 3. 5 baños y más de 3000 pies cuadrados. Hay una suite principal de 500 pies cuadrados en planta alta con balcón privado, y otro dormitorio principal en el primer piso. Disfrute de una cena familiar en la mesa de comedor o en el porche cubierto. Hay una sala de estar en el primer y segundo piso. A tan solo 50 pies de la playa con vistas fenomenales al mar. Escuchar las olas de las zonas de vida o su dormitorio.

PROS: Location, Location, Location. While this property is not directly on the ocean, it is only a 5 min. Walk. The house is very spacious. Kitchen is well stocked.
CONS: Property has a musty smell throughout. So much so that all our belongs smelled this way. Could use a deep clean, carpet, light fixtures, small appliances. Also, be prepared to make up the beds upon arrival.

This was our second year at this property for a reunion of long-time female college friends. The large, well-stocked kitchen, living space, accommodations, water views, and easy access to the beach keep us coming back. Property manager was professional and prompt. Thank you for sharing your home!

We absolutely loved the house with all the rooms and the balcony. The beach was amazing, the grandkids loved looking at all the seashells!

This was our 2nd time renting this gorgeous home! It is the perfect spot for our annual girls weekend! The home has everything you need and is in the perfect location! Steve is amazing to work with and very thoughtful- thanks for the late check out! We'll be back next year!

This house was PERFECT for our group of 10 women who first met during our freshman year of college ... 45 years ago. We cooked, ate, and walked the beach and neighborhood. Plenty of room for us to spread out. We especially loved the large covered second floor porch with ocean views. House was stocked with everything we needed plus more. Thank you!

This home was a true gem. The gated community was quiet and perfect for our family . The house was well stocked with every amenity, clean, spacious and an amazing view to boot! The proximity to the private beach made this a perfect location for a beach vacation ! Highly Recommend

The house is huge and very comfortable. The living area and master bedroom are on the upper level, affording great views of the ocean. The kitchen is very well equipped with lots of natural light. Walking to the beach is a breeze - just cross the road and there is a walkway to the beach. The backyard is also cozy and nice to relax in on a sunny day. The outdoor shower is sure to be handy (we did not use it since it was early May). All in all, a wonderful stay.

We had such an amazing time at this property. It was my family of 5, my parents, my sister's family of 4, plus my cousin all there to celebrate my mom's 60th birthday for the weekend. The house was the perfect size for all of us. The views and location were amazing. Steve was very easy to contact before and after. And he was very understanding when my 4 year old son unfortunately broke a lamp. You can tell Steve really takes care of his house. The beds were comfortable. We truly just had such a wonderful time hanging out, enjoying the views from the porch and walks on the beach. My only negative comment is you could hear all the movement upstairs from the bedrooms down below. Only issue with that was when we put babies/toddlers down for naps. I totally plan on staying at this property again in the future if Steve will have me!

This rental was beautiful and was absolutely perfect for 10 girls friend to get together for a long weekend. The view, the distance to a quiet beach and the set up of the house was perfect.

This home is spectacular! The views are heavenly. We had an amazing time celebrating my husband’s 60th birthday. Kitchen was fully stocked, covered porches to watch the sunsets. We definitely want to rent again!

We reached out last minute regarding a stay for my fathers birthday. The owner was so accommodating of our stay in working with us to ensure we were able to make it and taken care of given the blizzard that ended up hitting. The house is absolutely stunning and we will never forget being snowed in for Grandpa's 60th! Will definitely consider returning and recommend to others!
