Clean and spacious apartment, close to bus/tube/train stations and many shops.

This was the worst experience we ever had with an accomodation. We had a booking for two nights at the “Glorious Cloud Apartment” (from 10th of July until 12th of July 2022). On the site it was mentioned that the check in starts at 15.30. We arrived at the property at 17.00. One employee was there, he initially told us that the apartment is not ready yet, afterwards he said that it was all cleaned up, but they still had to change the bed linen and the towels. We were heading towards a concert therefore we told them that we only want to leave our luggage and that they can finish the cleaning upon our return. We entered the apartment to leave the luggage and we noticed that the place didn’t look cleaned at all. We send a message to the landlord telling him this and that we will arrive late at night, so they will have plenty of time to clean. We came back after midnight and the apartment was in the exact same conditions as when we left. They only left a pile of bed linen and some towels; we had to change them ourselves. The beds were very dirty, disgusting, I might say, full of stains (including something that looked like blood). The bathrooms were also very dirty, sinks not cleaned, hair everywhere). One of the two bathrooms didn’t have a door. It was more than obvious that no cleaning has been done before. Those were no decent conditions to accommodate guests. We only stayed there for the night because it was very late, we were new in the city and didn’t know where to go. The next morning, we booked two rooms at a hotel and left the apartment. We send a message to the landlord, informing him about the entire experience, we attached photos for everything, and we asked for a full refund of the booking. He excused himself and assured us that he will refund us the entire amount. Although at the beginning it seemed that he apologized and he understood the situation, later on he did not keep his promise.

It is an "almost" apartment Almost perfectly cleaned, almost the same as on the photos, almost comfy, etc.

The owner should be much more involved in the daily procedures. Second bathroom with the shower has no: door toilet brush convincing hygiene proper functioning ventilator (15-30 minutes if You switch on the light) The master bedroom window pane (one pane of the double window) is broken. The living room inner window can not be closed. The flat is on the groundfoor so a burglar could come in in no time... altough I was confirmed that it is a safe district... There is no free parking on the street, the closest one (if You are lucky is 10-15 minutes)

We found used bedsheets in the cupboard. Kitchen can be a bit more equiped. As the appartment is on the ground floor it is not secuire to leave the windows open at ningh. It was a bit unusual that there was no door on one of the bathrooms.

The appartment was big enough for my family, metro and bus station was close.

Very hard to get parking

it is a sweet house with a very good location. near is a good shopping mall and many good bars, but the flat is located on a very silent street. no one was disturbing us.
