Estupenda casa de campo a nivel del mar! 2 habitaciones con camas Queen, 1 sofá cama Queen - Capacidad 4-6 (Más de 4 es un adicional de $ 10 / noche por persona). 1 baño completo - Cocina completa, sin lavaplatos - Lavadora y secadora - Ropa de cama y toallas amuebladas. Limpieza diaria no proporcionada. Área para sentarse en la parte posterior y área de descanso compartida de Tiki con parrilla y agujero de maíz. A solo unos pasos del acceso a la playa (@ 200 pies). The location was great, low traffic quiet neighborhood, 5min walk to the beach. Vottage eas clean, kitchen well-outfitted.

Nice property Outside yard needs some work but the bungalow was clean and well equipped. Would use it again. Pleasant dealing with owners. Liked the location close to the beach.

Great location for quieter side of island but still close to everything. Quick cab ride or longer walk. Only complaint is wifi is not very good, but not a big deal.

Pa's place was perfert for our vacation. Quaint and cloze to the beach. My wife is handicap and this ground level house was perfect. We were able to borrow a beach wheel chair from the Tybee lifeguard station
We will try to book this place again. Oh yea , the outdoor shower .

We loved that the cottage was close to the beach & within walking distance to local shops & stores! We had family members visiting Tybee also & we were all within minutes of each other which made our visit even better! My wife loved the nautical decor because she grew up near the ocean! Our daughter-in-law & granddaughter loved the beach too!

Had a wonderful stay at Pa’s place. It is small but in a great location. Would love if they could add some soap to the showers just to make traveling a bit easier but overall had a great stay.

This little place is quaint and cozy! Just passing through Tybee for a couple of days and it had everything we needed. Lots of great places to eat and shop within walking distance and easy beach access. Management was very communicative and friendly enough to let us in early since we arrived sooner than expected. Checking in and out was a breeze. Thanks again!!!

No Drive way available. A/c was not working properly in the living room and one bed room. Too many bugs inside and outside.

Cute house only a block from access to the beach through the backyard. Very close to our favourite restaurant and candy shop. We would definitely stay again during our next visit to Tybee Island.

Wonderful, clean and easy walk to the beach. The owners were very friendly and answered all of my questions. If we needed anything while we were there, they were only a phone call away. We will definitely stay with them again and recommend them to family and friends.

Very comfortable and plenty of space in this cottage!! Perfect for 2 or 3.
Nice walk to the beach about 5 mins if that! Mosquitos are a serious issue but it seems be around the area!

We had a nice stay. The cottage was very cozy and convenient location. Rooms had window AC units which were louder than we could comfortably sleep with, so we turned them off at night. Yard and drive were dirt which we inevitably brought inside despite our conscience efforts not to. Comfortable but dated. Loved the short walk to the beach.

Perfect getaway
Pa’s Place was just perfect. It was comfortable, clean, well stocked. The location was perfect to walk to the beach and nearby restaurants, doughnut shops. The outdooor area was very nice. We loved the outside shower. We will return.

Daughters 19th birthday trip
Absolutely loved the location of the property, short distance to the beach , very cool “party” area . Walking distance to amazing restaurants ( salt island is delish !) surf shop where you rent boards .

Expensive For Small Space
Arrived with no check-in communication from management. Had to call to get key lock combination. Walked in to musty odor. Mold in bathroom linen area because of no room ventilation. Musty dresser drawers. Rusty clothes dryer. No closet hangars. Cable TV for bedrooms but not in living room. Gaps (bugs) under back door. Very bright light bulbs. Living room seating for only 3. Tiny bedrooms. Comfortable bed. Cheap, wood pulp style toilet paper. Dirt parking space.

Excellent Stay
This was an outstanding bargain for this area and was an outstanding place to stay. A short walk (2-3 minutes) from the beach without having to worry about parking. We parked the cars at the house and basically walked everywere we wanted to go, restaurants, sightseeing, beach, ice cream (check out the sugar shack!). All in all one of our best 4 day weekend stays. I also recommend catching a show at the local theatre, as in live shows, we had a blast.

Quick weekend away.
It was great that we were able to stay here for an abbreviated visit. We were pleasantly surprised by the great location and walked everywhere, except to Publix. :)

Lovely home
We got engaged while staying here. It was amazing the house was so comfortable and even with the heat outside the house stayed nice and cool. Ocean was just a 3-4 min walk till you had water on your feet. Recommended this place for everyone. I know I will try to use it again!

Small and quaint but super clean. Location…Location…Location
The property managers helped me pull off a surprise 40th for my wife. My wife usually handles the details, but I wanted to surprise her. Pat and Julie were unbelievably helpful and answered all my questions. Beach access is a simple walk (just a few houses away).
Don’t forget to bring bug spray if you are out in the evening (you are on an island…there are going to be a few bugs outside).

Pa's Place is cozy
The pictures don't do this place justice. It was clean and neat and the bedroom mattresses where very comfortable. We loved having the washer and dryer for our beach towels too. The tiki bar area with the gas grill was perfect for dinner before we strolled back down to the beach to watch the fireworks! Thank you for a wonderful staycation!!

Convenient location
The house is small but comfy, in a great location that’s walkable to the beach and several restaurants/stores. My only annoyance was having to pay an extra $100 because one additional person joined us. We were still under the limit of people (the limit is 6, and we had 5). What’s next, charging per shower/hand wash/hour of electricity used/etc.? They should just list the house for 4 guests. More than that is too crowded, especially with just 1 bathroom.

Great place to stay, easy to find, easy access to everything. Quiet neighborhood. Nice property, plenty of room for 2 - 4 adults. Highly recommend!

We had such a fun time at Pa’s Place! The house was clean and stocked with everything we needed for the weekend. The beach was just a short walk from the house and we loved the outdoor common space!

Enjoyable Place
This was a quick, last minute, Labor Day weekend get away with the kids. The place was very clean, just like the pictures. It had things like paper towels, dish soap, extra garbage bags, and a whole lot of towels in the bathroom that makes the stay easier. I didn't read the directions on how to get there, just put the address on the GPS, and that was my mistake. Do bring a hair dryer if you are not on the beach wave kind of look 😊 and bug spray, it is quaint in the outside but the mosquitos will eat you alive.

Great Cozy Getaway
The property owner, Pat Solomon, has a great cozy home just 3/4 of a block from the beach. Everything was furnished as described. Establishing contact was very easy and convenient. Highly recommended! Will try and come here next year.

Just right
Perfect escape for our little family. Love the privacy of the cottage and how close it is to the beach. Pa's Place was bigger than it looks from the outside too. The hosts are always so accommodating. We'll be back.
