Wanna get your lake on? This place is a must. Water is close enough to almost touch. Love it!

Loved it. Beautiful condo. Great amenities. Beautiful view if the lake. It was quiet and peaceful. Just what we needed.

Nice view, but building had loose/missing boards, and I gathered 8 roofing nails and a large screw from THREE parking spaces. There was obviously a renovation going on, but nails in the parking area is an unacceptable situation! We added our list of issues to the list already there from a previous occupant that the property manager was unaware of, and property manager asked me to send her our list of repairs/issues instead of going to inspect the property herself....and it's always great to pay an outlandish cleaning fee and then be expected to clean before you leave.

I must say that we really enjoyed our stay here. The view of Lake Hamilton from the balcony as the sun rises & sets was perfect! Our host Sheila, was just a text message away & helped out with any issues asap. Definitely have to plan another trip to this location in the near future. 👍👍👍

We love this condo. Best view on the lake and the location is perfect for us. Property manager was very helpful.

Although there were a few nice upgrades the workmanship was subpar.
Example - the utility area had half patched walls and a cup to catch water drain form AC. Safety features need attention . Microwave location was very unsafe while a drawer in the kitchen had no track and would fall out when opening. No working smoke alarm( painted over). Finally the floors and balcony needed sweeping. We did our own cleaning. The washing machine and toaster were dirty.. We rent from VRBO at least twice a year and have not had an experience like this. Did like that VRBO transfered our booking to another site.

Tv in the living area would work then lock up!

The location of this property is perfect for us. It is very close to restaurants and Kahuna Bay Marina. The view of the lake is wonderful, and the sunsets are spectacular. Communication with the manager was easy and she responded very quickly. It’s a great place.

We had 6 days of bliss staying in a beautiful condo with everything we needed. Gorgeous view in perfect location. Comfy beds and furniture. Tastefully decorated. Couldn't have asked for better!! Will be back soon!

Only bad thing was the AC. The condo never did cool off and it was low 30’s in the mornings there and mid to upper 70’s when we went there so I would hate to see how hot is gets in the summer

Family stay for my Grandmother’s 100th bday
I was here with my two children (18 & 20) to celebrate my grandmother’s 100th birthday in the middle of December. It was a really long drive and we weren’t there for long, but were very comfortable here. We walked in after driving all day and there was a Christmas tree decorated and lit up for us and Christmas decorations throughout. It was such a sigh of relief and made me smile. The views were beautiful to wake up to each morning and we were happy to come back and relax each afternoon. It was a perfect match for us and although our stay was short, it was very enjoyable. Thanks so much! We loved our time in Hot Springs and hope to return!

The condo is beautifully positioned about 30 meters from water’s edge and a boat dock afloat on Lake Hamilton. Nicely appointed. Comfortably furnished. A 15 minute drive from city center in Hot Springs. My only problem was with the TV. This is Olympic year. And I never discovered a way to watch the Games. I would not hesitate to stay here again. But never during the Olympic Games.

The condo is beautifully positioned about 30 meters from water’s edge and a boat dock afloat on Lake Hamilton. Nicely appointed. Comfortably furnished. A 15 minute drive from city center in Hot Springs. My only problem was with the TV. This is Olympic year. And I never discovered a way to watch the Games. I would not hesitate to stay here again. But never during the Olympic Games.
